I love having a reliable, local, honest, friendly mechanic! I've taken my Buick there a few times for service. Prices are fair, and I'd rather keep it local than any box store/repair shop! I would 100% recommend DB Auto to anyone!
First time customer. Brought my truck in for an oil change and to seek advice on how to clear my check engine light.
Scheduled an appointment online. Dropped my truck off the day prior to my appointment, and realized how easy and safe it would be to pick up a vehicle after hours. Their inspection and work report was done over the phone and included photos of issues, and nothing was done until I approved or disapproved of any work.
DB cleared my check engine light by diagnosing and repairing the problem.
This experience tops any dealership work I have had in the past, I will be back!
Took my vehicle in for electrical issues and got lied to that they received power to a circuit breaker and told me it was a simple part to replace. Get home and replace it and still the same issue so I dig into it myself and find no power at the circuit breaker and fixed the issue myself after a couple hours. Waste of $100 here.

I recommend them. They did a great job on my old car and were honest about everything. Also they worked within my timeframe to get my car working as soon as possible.
Very impressed with the service we received! They fit us in quickly and it was nice to be able to communicate via text message when we forgot to set out our wheel lock key for getting our tires changed. We are planning on returning for future maintenance and repairs!

I usually don’t write reviews but these guys knocked it out of the park. I had a handful of issues with my car that were limiting me from driving it to work efficiently. They fixed it up no problems and for a pretty good price I was able to do it all over the phone as well since I work in Columbus and was unable to do anything in person. They updated me regularly, explained what was wrong, the drop off/pick up box is super nice as well since I don’t get home usually till after hours and they had it fixed up for me super fast and got my car back to normal.
I had gotten a flat tire while visiting my daughter here in Plymouth. Valve stem took a crap. I got my tire off and took it to these guys and they replaced it in under 5 min for under $20! Great experience!! Thank you!
We purchased our vehicle from carmax and this shop is certified with them for repairs. We drove from Texas to visit family and my check engine light came on. We were able to schedule an appt quickly and get our vehicle fixed and back within a day without any delay in our vacation. Great experience all around. The guys were great and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend.

It was a clean and friendly atmosphere. The waiting area was very clean as well. They showed us exactly what was wrong with the car and fixed it within a timely matter. They are great with communicating and we appreciate that. I will go back for sure.
