Been going to you all for 18 years and you can't even call back to let me know if you have a few simple parts, you all act like I ask for so much, when I am the customer. To top it off, the last time I was there your staff was very disrespectful (the tall old dude and that other female with the attitude) as well because Angel was not there.. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
I am always treated well here. My mechanic said that I may need a new climate control module for my Ram, they had one and I bought it. I ended up not needing it, and they took it back and refunded my money.
Most bone yards won't extend that courtesy. This place is a class act and the ownership is top notch.
Found the part I needed desperately for my vehicle! They were more than fair on their price and very convenient to have the part ready for me when I arrived to pick it up! Would recommend if you need a specific part for your car!
I called and asked them about a starter for my Old pick up & thay said that thay had it in stock.
When I got there instead of charging me a core charge thay gave me a 15% discount for being a loyal customer.

They said that they have a 30 day return policy. I still had my original receipt and the part was never installed. I attempted to return it inside the 30 day window. My original total bill was $613.0
They said there would be a 25% restocking fee, which they did not mention at point of sale.
I agreed to pay the 25% restocking fee, at which point they decided to add an additional (and fraudulent) return shipping fee of an extra $200. So they would be willing to reimburse $288 out of $613..
That is a $325 difference...completely unprofessional, and a complete rip-off!
I then chose not to return the part, can't afford to lose $325 to a scam artist.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER, 1ST CHANCE!
I called Angel the other day inquiring about a wiper transmission for my Cavalier. She told me she had one and would have it pulled out and ready for me the next day. She also told me she would call me the next day when it was ready and she did as she said. Stopped in to pick it up and had a chance to meet her and her husband. I installed it last night and the part works perfectly. Before you think about buying new give these folks a shot as they can save you a bunch of money. Good people and great service.

I recently bought a part on eBay from County Line. It was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, it did not work out. I returned it and received a prompt refund. Very good company to do business with.
DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE bought a expedition from them owner and wife said it runs great and it make great truck title wasn't even in there name drove down the street no heat took it home found out they put tons of head gasket sealer in the truck to seal bad head gasket nothing but liars there scam artist so many stories like mine out there don't trust them
Countyline Auto Wrecking always does the best job they can. If they don't have the part you need, they will do all they can to find it for you. Still family owned and it shows....Great place to recommend to friends and family.
