I'll start first off that the man that came over to look at the mustang I was trying to sell was very nice. Even tolerant of our messed up yard at this time. Well, the original price he offered me went down, which is fine. My deceased father traded for it as a project, so it wasn't in the best shape. No title can be located. But he said he would be back the next day to tow it away and I expected the money before he took it. I waited. He never showed up and has not seemed to returned any of my calls. I just wish, if he ended up not wanting it, he would have just told me. I wouldn't have been mad at him. If this is a mistake, please call me.
First off, noone answers the phone, and now it appears to be disconnected, or they dont want to take calls. No one is ever there when they are supposed to be opened. I wasted my time driving there for noone to even be there during business hours on 2 occasions.. The couple times in the past I was actually able to get ahold of them, they didn't have anything but complete junk from the last owner.
I called and called and called and emailed for parts just for the " owner" to tell me he " rather not" here's the whole story I called for some raidus arms for a 4x4 Ford ranger and worked with the lovely office lady to get them shipped to me in Michigan, I told her id pay for the extra shipping and then she said she would call me back and never received a call back, then I called the following day to be told some story about the UPS and them not wanting to shipped and let's not mention that I already received an invoice for the parts including shipping. We figured out she would drop them off to UPS to be shipped to me and over nighted, I was all for it and thanked her, 3 days and still no parts ... I called again to find out that lovely lady was sick and that the owner would call me as soon as they could, still no call back 2 days go by again and I end up calling because I thought I was charged just to not get parts. The owner said he would figure out what happened and where it went wrong, turns out I was never charged even though I had an invoice. The owner was pissed when I found out that my boss wasn't charged for the parts and I apologize but I said I'd give him money because I really wanted these parts after I searched the entire USA for these parts. He told me to call the next day and I did and no answer, today I called and I got a " I rather not" .... One that is unprofessional, two I apologize and owned up to my mistake, three I would have offered to pay more because you are a small business and I support that and I desperately needed those parts. Also those parts for a single mother who had a vehicle she was giving her kid for graduation. A whole month almost wasted to find out she has to scrap that car.
