Had a little accident ending with a busted bumper. They dealt with my insurance company ordered and put the new bumper on within days and also washed it for free! Above and beyond. Highly recommend these guys.

Very happy with my experience with Jeff (and various crew members) and Crown Jewel Automotive. Needed major collision repair on my vehicle and this was the Select Repair Shop in the area for my insurance company. Very happy with the repairs, the communication throughout the process and the time frame to complete it.

This place is awesome. I hit a deer. Company took charge, I had to do nothing but get them in touch with my insurance. They handled everything. My truck looks amazing. Truck was fixed faster than expected. Absolutely will be back. A+++ Highly recommend. Thanks again.

I brought my ‘65 Corvette to this business in early June with a list of minor mechanical & electrical issues to resolve. Was quoted what I thought was a fair price, which included a transmission rebuild because it wouldn’t go into 1st gear without downshifting (supposedly my linkages were going bad). Also needed a completely new wiring harness & “Detroit speed” motors for my lights & wipers. Lastly I was told I had a suspension issue bc my rear end was sitting up too high. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to complete everything, so I signed the agreement & paid my deposit for work to begin. I reached out to get a status update several times over next few months, but to make a long story short after months of me checking in & multiple delays, I didn’t get the car back until 9/12. I had also requested a list of parts that were original to the car which I was told was done. My parking brake, glove box, antenna & most of the electrical issues were fixed (the clock & gas gauge still don’t work), although I still can’t get into 1st gear without downshifting and the rear end still looks as elevated as it did before. I’ve never used the wipers bc I don’t take her out in the rain, but the headlights don’t operate any faster than they did before. Supposedly, they also replaced my speedometer cable, but the chirping noise I described to him is still present, so either they didn’t do it or didn’t verify that the issue was resolved (same thing with the transmission). Also despite asking multiple times over the past 6 weeks, I still haven’t received my parts list and at this point don’t believe I ever will. Your mileage may vary but all in all this has been a very mediocre experience. ***Response to business owner's response*** It's absolutely crazy to me that this information about the car being damaged from a previous wreck is coming in this forum. How do you discover something like that and not report it to the owner?!?! Had you ever called me and said that during the process, we could've had a discussion around alternate paths of repair or whether some of the other things were worth fixing. Also shocking to me that the original parts list I asked for multiple times was not documented as the car was disassembled. Changing my rating to a 1 star. Unbelievable!!!

Very good shop with very friendly people. Brought my 59 Cadillac out there after having it multiple places because of a vapour lock issue. They were the only ones who could figure it out. Highly recommended. Also had them do some paint restoration. If I could give them a 10-star I would
