I needed a transmission for my truck. Matt had 2 on the shelf and got me the lower milage of the 2. It works perfectly, he said it was checked before being pulled and told me the truck it came from had a cracked frame. Dude is honest, hard working and fairly priced. His yard is about 45 minutes from my home but it was easily worth the drive. It is difficult to find a yard that will deal with you honestly and promptly return phone calls. Mr. Car Parts will have a repeat customer from me. Simply by treating me respectfully and like a valued customer he showed me everything I needed to see. Most junkyard owners are crass, rude, and dismissive. I got none of that here. If you need something, give him a call, you couldn't ask for anything more.
This was my first experience ever in this industry, as I am IT by trade and was a little wary. Matt was professional, friendly, informative, and was able to provide the part requested at a reasonable price. I'd definitely call him first should I need another part.

I was looking for a Battery Connector for a friends 2007 Chevy Impala and went to Mr. Car Parts looking. Owner was cold at first but warmed up to us pretty fast and he even helped us look for the part and let us search through bins of wire harnesses. He was offering suggestions on how we could make the Battery Connector we needed and showing us how we could do it. Guy was a wealth of help and knowledge to us. We GREATLY appreciated the help and input. We left there not with the exact part but due to Owner suggestions and know how we left with enough other wiring to make what we needed and it didn't cost us $48+ at Advance Auto Parts!!

Consistent customer here. Owner is always helpful even if he doesn’t have the part, he will most likely find one for you or lead you to a source that does. Prices are very reasonable.
When you call Mr Carparts for a part he does what he can to get the part. If he doesn't have the part in stock he will find it for you at the lowest price available. When I call d n l parts in Medina they always say that they don't have the part I need.
A friend and I stopped up to get some parts for our cars. After talking with the guy that ran the yard, and discussing what parts we wanted, he decided to look the parts we wanted up on ebay to give us a price....If we wanted ebay prices, we would just buy them from ebay. I highly recommend driving out to pull-a-part in Cleveland or D&L in Medina.
