When I ask by phone price for change tire it is was $95, when I came to shop they told $185, think about before come to this shop!!!!

Don’t go this place. They estimates $1050 for trailer door hinge . I got $250 at a different location. This shop is scammers

Would give this zero star if there is. Had a radiator hose problem and need the part. Went with my broken piece and the guy asking me how much I do have? Told him exactly as the piece but don't ming longer than shorter o e...he asked again....he just told me rudely we don't have it. Poor customer service and wouldn't recommend the place.

They were dispatched to me because my truck wouldn't start. They arrived earlier than the estimated time. Once the issue was diagnosed, a tow was necessary. Cory took care of everything. He went above and beyond to tow my company truck 100 miles back toward my shop. The tow truck was clean and comfortable. I didn't even mind the country music! My only complaint was that he didn't allow me to have my drink in the cab. Fortunately, his driving didn't require my drinking. Lol Thanks fellas!

Charged $510 to replace one 10/20 tire. Joke of a place and highly recommend to stay away. Getting over on broke down trucks is a dirty way to live but this place is doing it.

Had a leak on my DEF tank. Changed the parts causing the problem quickly and got me going on the road!

Never buy Used Tires even they Look Good They sold me Bridgestone Tire together with put in on for almost 400$ .... Next day tire got flat because small hole on the side of the tire which was impossible to repair ... Owner seems very nice but I belive he exactly knew that He is selling me a damaged and impossible to repair tire for 400 $$$ ... Absolutly Never Again

Our son was in his way back to college at the University of Findlay when his tire light came on. He stopped and put air in it but the light didn't go off. My husband suggested he stop here to get his tire checked since it was late and we were concerned maybe there was something in it. Cory thank you so much for taking care of our son and easing this mommas mind.

I was very pleased with how fast they were able to get to my box truck. They also went above the call and towed us to our delivery location to unload before taking it to Peterbuilt to get fixed. Driver was very nice and they did a great job!

I called them after hours and they sent a tech named Steve. He came out in approx. 45 minutes later. He evaluated my issues and found the solution. He repaired the problem with my brake valve, abs system and I was on My way. Price was very reasonable. Thanks Steve and Beaverdam for getting me back on the road. Kell Kelley Mawson

They towed our Truck and Trailer to Kenworth dealership because Cop phoned them .I phoned and asked for price guy on call was rude and said we can only tell you rate when we complete the job. I said at least give me an Estimate but he said Nope. Then His guyed towed unit and he charged me double the price what other tow companies quoted. Overcharging money for sure .... Please be genuine to others.

I locked my keys inside at pilot just across the street from their shop. They were less than 500 feet away. They charge me unreasonable amount $185 for labor and $70 for service vehicle. Labor was under 10 minutes and service vehicle for what he could’ve just walked over. Taking advantage of companies isn’t right. This has got to be illegal and ethically wrong . STAY AWAY FROM HERE .

Stay away from this company!!! I was charged 422.63 labor for changing a tire!! The tire itself was 473.46. Total charge here was 896.09 for the tire and labor to install!!! This is a den of thieves. Giving them one star was too much.

These guys are top notch! Needed a tire repaired early in the morning and these guys were right on top of it! Thanks for the great service, I will for sure be back!

This is the worst place I was at flying J and Truck won’t start. So I call them they give me a pull start And they change $534.25 And they said cash only because They afraid that I may cancel the Credit card. So I paid with Tcheck They are so rude. Never will call them again. I wish I could give them no star. But google won’t let me.

Great service but prices are ridiculously high. They sold me 2 used tires for the price of new tires and 1 only has 2 weeks of driving on it and the other less than 2 months. Spent 2 hrs for 2 tires. I recommend finding some place else unless you have money to waste.

This place is a joke. I asked a quick quote for 8 drive tiers, & if they have bundle discount. This guy said you are wasting my time if you are looking for a discount. Dude all you had to say was no. That kinda attitude won’t get you customers through the door.

I called first thing in the morning explained my issue and they told me to come to the shop. As soon as I walk in the door they told me they can't get to it at all to find somewhere else. All together my trailer needed 1000 in parts and probably the same in labor. I will never refer anyone to this backwoods hack of a shop.

Okay guys, i broke down on us30 OH, the guy on the phone was very nice, i asked him to tow my trk to their shop wich was 30 mi away, he said ok, it will cost 600$. After reading google reviews i changed my mind and decided to tow my trk to volvo dealership 25 mi away, when i called them telling them i wanted to go volvo they said the towing will cost 850.. volvo did a good job, i am still thinking even if they ripped me off 250 i am glad i didn't go there , it could have been worse.........thank you guys for your reviews.

Should of waited on the service instead of trying to do something out of your league. Been going to this repair facility for years and any shop didn't take kindly to repairs being done on their property by anyone but themselves. Paitence was key in my experience and arrogance and persistence pays. In other words don't be a dough

It only gets stars because the tow truck guy was AMAZING!!! We broke down, freezing weather... He came,made sure we had a hotel room for the night before leaving us. . My hunny called this morning around 11.. They hadn't even looked at it... Had no clue about it said they would get it in this afternoon... NOPE. He called back and asked for an update and they said it would be Monday. WHAT??? Passing the buck.. Lying... Shady as .... *grumblesss*. Mind you, I have a Service Dog and 1 in training.. (Not alot of options for rooms ) We are under a load as well as 1 waiting... So, hunny got a cab there.. Fixed the issue on his own and has been sitting there.. Waiting... They won't jump him or allow him to use cables.. He offered to pay .. They said 3 hours when tow truck comes back then $200 an hour! I am so livid!!! They towed a truck in and pulled it in to fix it.. Hunny asked why they couldn't do that for him? They said " you were working on your truck already". But failed to remember they had previously told him they couldn't get him in until Monday... NEVER GO HERE!!! Unless you need a tow! I love that man!! P.s. he's STILL sitting up there, waiting...

Completely a rippppppppp offf company!!!!! JOE the owner is a money hungry lier. Brought my truck in to get a transmission job. Joe told me that roughly 4500 if he finds anything else the most i was expected to pay is 5000 I was also told by Joe that he would keep me posted step-by-step if anything went above my $6000 limit I was also told that this company is not the company to add stuff just to be adding it if you don't need it.well Joe you are a complete liar. 1st thing 1st they never called me to update me about my truck ever!! I had to call them every single day for an update. I brought my truck on a Wednesday and was told them my truck would be done by Friday I didn't get my truck out until the following Wednesday with a bill of $7425. They charge me a $175 to pull my truck from outside his shop to inside of his shop then he cipher all of my fuel without telling me while ciphering out my fuel it spilled in his shop and he charged me $600 claim thats what they took to clean up. He over chargers for parts, theres so much i could sit here and right about these Deceitful people. But all I'm going to say is whatever you do please please please please do not be like me trust in somebody's word thinking they were going to do the right thing and give them my business when all they try to do was rip a hole inside of me please do not take your truck to this shop you will regret it. I don't want you to be another person on here having to write a review because they ripped a hole inside of you. if you can help it you're better off calling pilot to come out and assist you on your work or calling and Mobile mechanic to come and fix your truck before you take it to that shop I warned you! you will regret it if Joe gets ahold of your equipment.

Not professional at all. Got my truck apart then got very rude. 4 days to change my radiator broke a/c line told me not their problem. Go anywhere but here! I'm calling the EPA OSHA and BBB

Got here 30 min before lunch with blown trailer tire and damaged mud flap. All went to lunch at noon leaving me alone for over an hour. No sense of urgency to get me back on the road. Nice people. Did goid work when lunch was finally over.

Just last night I made a call while on route 30, about 35 mins west of Beaverdam, Ohio to grab a company box van. Prices were pretty high for the tow, but the wrecker driver was a very safe driver and made sure everything was hooked up safe. Driver was friendly and that is worth 5 stars. Thanks again for gettting to me quickly and for keeping safety in mind. Schilling Graphics.

Horrible service, insanely high prices. they lied about the repairs done. I would highly recommend calling anyone else. they took several hours to complete a less then one hour job. I don't like supporting people taking advantage of others.

Horrible over priced. Please don't do it. They were 27 min away and it took him 1.25 hours to get here. Then charged me for 2.5 hours of work. For a 45 min job. And that's if your slow. I have tires put on all the time on the side of the road and they were double my previous service call to a different company.
