I purchased a 2021 Tahoe from Jarrett in August and have had nothing but trouble since. Jarrett delivered the Tahoe to my home in Bismarck, I was overly excited being this was my dream car. I definitely overlooked a few things and got taken advantage of by Jarrett and staff. This vehicle was previously owned by a family friend of theirs that they needed to help get rid of as it clearly had problems. Owning the Tahoe less then 5 months it has been to the shop here in Bismarck 3 times, with every sensor it has going off. Currently there right now with an open case with GM. Jarrett sold me the Tahoe with a recall on it that was never fixed. I would have never found this out if other problems hadn’t arisen and another dealership informed me . Jarret forgot the spare key to the Tahoe on the day he delivered it and promised he would send it along with my garage door opener I had left in the car I traded. He never sent my garage door opener or a spare key after months. I finally got in contact with Parker and after explaining all the problems I have had with the Tahoe and Jarrett he did agree to send a spare key but was hoping puklich in Bismarck would program the key for free so he would not have to pay the bill. This is supposed to be a family run company. I buy new vehicles every couple years or so and I have never had so many problems with a vehicle much less in this short amount of time. When talking with Parker on the phone he reminded me this is not a new vehicle which I am aware of. This comment spoke volumes to me, unless the vehicle in brand new don’t expect Branjord to help you out or back up their pre owned vehicles they sold you.

The Service and Parts Departments have some outstanding people working for them. Was on a road trip from Florida to Alaska, and had a transmission failure on the way. They were able to help me with the warranty for the transmission, and gave me a ride to a hotel for the evening. Doug worked with the Billings, MT dealership to get the exception process for the warranty put in since I have a salvage title for an unrelated issue, which came back favorably. Special thanks to Brad for helping me get to the airport, so I could fly home until the warranty was taken cared of. Highly recommend!

Recently moved backed to the area and figured this would be a reputable place to service our vehicles. We bought our Escalade 7 months ago at Corwin in Fargo and have had zero issues. Brought it in for an oil change here and on my way home the vehicle shook if I went above 70 and the check engine light was on by the time I pulled into my driveway. Wouldn’t really think too deep into this if it wasn’t for my husband servicing his work pickup here over the winter and after he went to pick it up, he didn’t even make it out of the dealership parking lot before it started making noises and he had to turn around and bring it right back in. This place is absolutely “tinkering” with your vehicle to get you right back in to get serviced and take your $$$.
Went in for air for tire. It's winter and there aren't alot of choices of places to go. It seemed like an imposition. I realize they are busy and don't expect special treatment but customer service was below par to say the least. I will try to find a less intrusive place for air in addition to any other services that may be needed.
Customer service does matter.
Ripoff charged 180 to look at my truck. They are rude and do work unauthorized. I should have learned the first time I was there never again. You are a horrible dealership service shop
Walked in .. no one greeted me or asked me what I needed sat there for an additional 15 mins still no one came and asked if I needed anything . Poor customer service
