I ended up having troubles with my pickup as I was passing through. Fredrick repair took great care of me and I’m thankful they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. Highly recommend!

We are traveling from Michigan and during our travels had a wheel bearing seize up on our 5th wheel. We called Frederick Repair and from start to finish we were back on the road in 3 hours. I have to say the service we received was totally above 5 star. Thank you Tony Kolar for your help and taking care to get us back on the road.
If i could give more stars i would 6 +, You always worry when you dont go with the crew and theyre traveling without the mechanic (me). truck started acting up and was able to find this young man in the middle of no where and he had it back on the road in minutes, they re going to be late but theyre still rollin. I was driving west towards Richardton when my vehicle stalled out over by Antelope road. I googled repairs shops and Fredricks repair came up so I gave them a call and told them I was stranded. The guy on the phone said no problem and would send a man out ASAP. Tony showed up about 15 minutes later and started to assist me. I told him I was into hiking and nature and he said he knew this awesome place to hike. We hopped in his truck and he took me up to Young Mans Butte. We walked around for about a hour and I found a old cast bullet from one of Custers men. He then proceeded to tell me about the battle that happened here a long time ago and where Custer had his outpost. Tony then showed me the nature around there as far as what plants I could eat if I had a headache and what roots to chew on if I had diarrhea. He was a awesome guide. We went back to my vehicle and Tony noticed a loose connection and fixed it and started my vehicle for me. I asked him what do I owe and he said nothing since it wasn’t that big of a job. He then gave me a kiss on my check and walked back to his truck. By far best business ever hands down!
I was fortunate to be in range of this shop when my vehicle started losing power during a snowstorm last night. Turns out I had an ice dam in my air filter. Tony stopped what he was doing to help me out right away and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue so I could get back on the road. He didn't even bother to charge me! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Friendly stop for travelers.
My trucks check engine light came on so I dropped it off at their shop. They said they could get to it in a hour or so. I said that’s fine I have other vehicles I can drive. Tony offered to give me a ride home since I only live a couple miles away. Tony took me to my house and when we arrived there he asked if he could use my bathroom. Embarrassedly I informed him that my toilet was clogged and wasn’t working. He said he didn’t mind and used it anyways. After about ten minutes he came out and said it’s all good and gave me a kiss on the cheek and left. Not only are these guys mechanics but apparently they are plumbers too. Definitely gonna do business with these guys again.
This is a great place to do business. Was having some engine troubles during hunting season and swung through the shop. Figured out my problem and they even skun and quarter out my deer. Then one of the workers, I think Tony was his name, came over and taught me how to tie flies for fly fishing. Gave me a nice kiss on the cheek and sent me on my way. I’ll will definitely be doing business with them again!
Never thought I'd say this about a company, but please charge more. Especially for out-of-towners like me. I honestly felt bad paying so little for shop time. Especially when it was friendly, professional, and they made room for my equipment immediately.
The locking system on the door of my Sprinter van broke while stopped in the middle of a cross country trip, leaving me locked out of my vehicle despite having the key. Tony drove over immediately and spent an hour standing in 90 degree heat with his arms above his head trying to get me back into my van. He was very professional, polite and hard working. I didn’t think it would be possible to get in, but he did it after modifying and extending one of his tools to reach my center console. And without causing any damage to my van. I think they undercharged me based on the amount of effort he put in! I highly recommend breaking down near here if you can.
Zack is a real hometown mechanic who is honest, doesn't lecture you when you go over your oil changes.....waaaaaay over.....and doesn't push things you don't need. He, and his main guy Tony, are very professional, yet friendly. He can get your parts quickly and he's very accommodating and respectful of your time if you need something semi- quickly. Definitely recommend.
This is a great small town business that is much appreciated around here. Honest, exceptionally accommodating, adheres to your necessary time frame and gets the job done right. Had a flat tire on my bus that was noticed at 1:30ish with my route starting at 3:15. Called the shop and his other employee got it fixed within 15 minutes so I could still run my route. Definitely recommend!
The gentlemen that work here always go above and beyond. They're very respectful and very helpful. Timely as well as affordable and reliable. Highly recommend.
I ran my truck out of gas. I was exactly 2.4 miles from from Fredrick Repair and I thought they could help me. So I explained to them my situation and asked them if they could help me for a reasonable fee. The guy on the phone said: no problem, somebody will be there in a few minutes. His employee shows up about 15 minutes later with 5 gallons of gas at $1.95. I ask him how much time he has into it (after he gets back). He tells me about 20 minutes. I was thinking $40 or at most $50 would be reasonable. NO he tells me that his boss said to charge $120! What a THIEF! This guy wants to rip off people with impunity.
