Truck brokedown on the busy highway and a call to A W got him there in short order in a well equipped professional service truck. It wasn't long and he had me on my way again.
I highly recommend this shop. I had my car hauler towed in with a blown turbo a few months back and I used them because of recommendations from other shops in the area. They absolutely did not disappoint me. They got everything fixed along with a major hvac job that I had them take care of. Everything thing was fair and competitively priced. The time frame was as promised. Good communication as well. This is a good business.
The service end of things seems to be very good quality but the communication end of things leaves much to be desired. Had them servicing a truck and was told they would let me know when it was finished but they never called. Instead, I had to call and find out that it had in fact been finished for several days.
Great Shop. Very knowledgeable. Fair priced. I can't say enough about how good the crew is there. Only place I bring my KW. Plus they'll help over the phone.
I had my truck on there dino to get re tuned for egt runing hot about a year ago and has run amazing ever since! They went above and beyond what i asked them to do also noticed a thermostat stuck open and changed an angle on my exhust pipe, and dident charge me an arm and a leg like every other shop does. Also they called and kept me updated about everything as they worked on my truck witch was awesome normaly im the one calling the shops. I just heard they stock aftermarket manifolds i called to get one and it was cheaper then anything i could of gotten online and showed up 2 days after calling about it! Definitely recommend for everything deisle related! They are one of the only honest shops i have been to and do a damn good job!
Outstanding customer service and efficiency. Had a minor repair to be done on my trailer. The tech showed up promptly and had me rolling again in no time. Thankfully I was within 2 miles of their shop when the part failed, but I highly recommend this company. Good job! Thanks.
Had my semi gel up from the bitter cold, the service truck was on another call but got to me as soon as he could. Very knowledge and had what we needed on hand. Will definitely use again when I need them! Thanks!
This place is phenomenal. Broke down, they were busy as can be but went above and beyond to get me going. Friendly people that know what they’re doing.
Toured their shop and was very impressed! The crew down there seems to work like a well oiled machine and have a business model that has been tried and proven as an successful truck shop. Keep up the good work guys, and thanks for the tour!
If I could give 10 stars I would. I broke down traveling through. Shop was real busy all of the techs we're tied up so Adam the owner repaired my truck. In and out fast and the price was extremely reasonable.
