Red Top is AMAZING! Super nice staff! Lisa made me feel valued and not like I was an inconvenience. The tow truck driver they sent for me was amazing too. I cannot recommend them ENOUGH!
He saved the day! Stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire. From the time I called to the time I was ready to drive away was less than an hour. Upfront about pricing. Highly recommend.
These ppl are so amazing. Truely cant say enough. Was broke down in blizzard so zero temps. Al was one in a million was so worried bout me getting warm n was Johnny on the spot. When towed was ended he even took tomy motel so I wouldn't be cold walking the 1/2 mile. I will never forget these ppl and I truely thank god for such good n gracious folks. If ever in need you wont find a better service or ppl. I was blessed to have them help me.
It's always a bad day when you have to call a tow truck but if you find yourself needing one, don't hesitate to call Red Top. EXTREMELY helpful, caring and great to work with. Hopefully I don't have to call for a tow truck again for a long time but if I do, you'll be the only call I make.
I was 12 hours from home and the motor in my semi decided to let go. Red Top came and got me and brought me back to their yard where we separated the truck and trailer. Then after I offloaded they helped me load my broken down semi. All around a great team to deal with.
I was stuck @ an I94 WB rest area in Menoken, ND with all four individual trailer brake systems hopelessly frozen, rendering them totally useless. The tech that came to my rescue (AL), was personable, uber professional, highly knowledgeable and impressively quick and efficient. He had me out of there in no time flat. Took him less than 5 minutes.. Only holdup was the post-job paperwork from the company that owned the trailer. We all know how that goes. Not the tech’s fault, obviously. Kudos to RED TOP RECOVERY, and AL in particular. TOP SHELF! Almost forgot: Great price too. Only reason I’m giving them/him 5 stars is because GOOGLE won’t let me give them/him SIX.
Huge shout out to AL aka. “The South Dakota kid” I had a great experience with him. He was very prompt showing up got right to work and it wasn’t long after we were hooked up and headed to our destination.

HUGE shout out to Ashley! Us at goodwill have a cube truck for our store that broke down and needed a tow. After calling location after location there was no luck. Then there was one final place to call... it seemed they had no availability so we were at a loss. Then suddenly we get a call back from Ashley! She said there was an possible opening within a good amount of time. With her patience, kindness, and professionalism we were able to get serviced. Best towing company I’ve ever dealt with! Got a flat tire a couple days ago. I am a Gold member for AAA and they said that my vehicle could not be covered for some reason. Best membership and absolutely no help from them! Was stuck on the Mandan strip for 3 hours trying to work with AAA and they didn’t do anything! Called RED TOP TOWING, they had us picked up and on our way home in 30 minutes! The owner who is a working owner was such a nice guy and even cut us some slack on the pricing because of our situation! Great guy, great company and will definitely be my first choice if need be in the future! The desk gal we talked to as well at RED TOP TOWING was great and super nice! Thanks again RED TOP TOWING!

Al was wonderful! When I called a person, not an answering machine, answered right away. Al arrived at my truck within 10 min. He was very considerate & friendly. Also very helpful answering questions I had. He helped me with my belongings as I'd just been to the store & gave me a ride home. They have a new customer in me!
I had a very large wreck recently involving my semi with spray trailer and a large case ih sprayer being in a ditch on its top! Fast recovery and top notch service! Very impressive job they performed! I hope to never have a wreck this big again but if I do they are who I’ll call!
