Lou and the guys at the front desk have always been good at what they do and courteous. You name it, they've got the part. But the loser renting the service bay in the back are gonna give them a bad name. Went back there with travis yesterday to look at tires to purchase off the shelf and travis asked Dillon if he would be willing to mount them for me. Dillon said yeah. Come back tomorrow and I'll do it for 100 bucks. Everywhere else is 35 a tire. But I said you know what. That's fine. I'll just buy them here and get them done here.
The next morning he calls to tell me he doesn't have a bead blaster to seat the beads. I told him I have one and I'll just bring it with me. He said ok.
Later he text me that it would be 100 dollars per tire because he didn't realize they were low pros.
Doesn't have the tools to perform the job, but agrees to anyway. Then later renegs on a deal he made because he doesn't really want to do the job.
100 dollars per tire to mount on a rim. Having to use my tools to do it. What a weak character this kid has.
Edited my review today because this place continues to be excellent. Best selections and prices in town. On the extreme off chance they dont have what you need, they know who does.
Over a month ago we bought a turbo from this company for my truck, after installing the turbo it did not work and the product was returned to the store. The manager stated that he cannot provide me with a refund right away until the parts is sent back to the manufacturer and they verify that is was a defective product. this happened over 30 days now and the establishment have not provided me with a refund. whenever I call them they would cuss at me and use profanitylanguage all because I want my money back. The product was over $3000 and nothing as been done and this is day 39, trevors the sale rep was very unprofessional about the situation, ended up buying a second one same problem then they overnight me a third parts to replace the 2nd parts after spending over $6000.
Open all boxes and make sure the parts in box have not been robbed or switched. Out here you GOTTA do there job because they will NOT!! They have no problem wasting your time or money.
