Very highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond to get my jeep out of the mud and with transmission issues. Stayed in contact with me until they arrived. Staff was highly knowledgeable and professional. This is definitely the company to call.
Owner is a Con artist. My stolen dodge charger appeared in his hands, after the statue of limitations. My friend saw my car, that is still registered to me on face book and showed me. I reached out to him to let him know I even still have the keys, Told him it had been stolen And it is obviously in my name still. He not only read my message, but then he blocked me. Seems like a pretty Shady operation I would be very leery of doing business with this company.
I'm an old lady who lives full time in a class C motorhome with my cat. When i lost an axle and was stranded in a rural area of North Dakota it was Brady's to the rescue. Every one of them was so kind to me. It took hours and lots patience on their part to get me back to Watford City and into an affordable RV park. They even took care of arranging to have a repair service come to me. They charged me a fraction of what they could have. I am so grateful for their kind and generous assistance. I recommend them highly.

Fast reliable service - lost fuel pressure south of watford - Brady’s towing was on site in less than 30min - driver helped get my vehicle running - didn’t need a tow, but couldn’t have got going without the help of the driver - highly recommend!!
Brady‘s towing is the best towing company around the Watford city area by far. Awesome people to work with Great service they know exactly what they’re doing. Whatever situation you got they probably have something for it. They got all sorts of equipment to work with. If you get yourself in a tight spot, whatever the situation may be, don’t hesitate to give them a call. They will be there and and well equipped.
Albert was an incredible driver and really kept us down to earth during a tough situation stranded in Theodore Roosevelt National Park! He settled our minds with background info and is very knowledgeable/ experienced. It was a blast just getting to talk his ear off for our hour drive to the airport.
Bradys Towing came to help my daughter and I broke down on the side of the road during a storm. They were very fast to show up at our location very professional helped us out of a bad spot. I can not say enough about Virginia and the driver’s at Brady’s. They literally went above and Beyond for me without having too much information. But they Literally came through for me! I give them 100 out of 10! Customer Service was Beyond Amazing! And the 2 Drivers were Very Friendly, they were my Nights in Shining Red Tow Truck Armor!!! I can’t Thank Them All Enough!!
6 months ago my truck got towed by Brady's towing. and when i went to go pick it up I realize that a phone charger and a charger block was missing. and I just reorganize my truck, and some tow chains was missing from my truck bed
My car broke down 30 miles south of Watford City on my way to Fargo, ND. My insurance / road side assistance contacted Brady's Towing and I'm sure glad they did. They called me in a short time and sent a tow on it's way. My daughter picked me up and brought me back to Watford city. The tow was then diverted to an emergency and was delayed into the evening. I wasn't comfortable leaving my car unattended along the busy highway over night. They were very understanding and after they tended to the emergency they were able to retrieve my car and brought it to a repair place in Watford City. Very communicative & prompt. Highly recommend. In the unfortunate event you should need a tow choose this company.

The reason I'm giving Brady's Towing 5 Stars is because my experience with this Business was the most nicest and courteous People I've ever dealt with here in North Dakota. My wife and I have never been treated so well out of the 13yrs we have been in North Dakota, From our phone call to meeting these people in person really made us feel welcome. Mr.Brady himself toke out time of his day to meet me and my wife needs. We bought a vehicle from him and for him to be the Professional Businessman that he was, He really went out of his way to put a smile on our face's and joy in our hearts. If anyone that reads this review and in the future in need of a Professional Tow service and buying a vehicle from him you can't go wrong with Mr.Brady and his staff. Victoria who does the dispatching was such a pleasure to speak with. Brady what a great owner helped my client out 100% on getting his behicle back. What a great group, along with his brother who was in office was a tremendous helper. Hands down a great company.
First off, woman on the phone was Ridiculously kind. I was so nervous to call. Then Isaak called to give courtesy to the fact that he was coming from williston and would be late. Finally when he arrives he is quick and paying for it was simple. I am moving from the area, but will be giving all my friends in the area them as a rec! 10/10
Very cordial associates and owner. The only issue I had was I had to wait an hour to pick up my uhual cargo trailer. If I would have known in advance that the personnel weren't always in the office it would have helped. But the owner did everything he could to speed up the process.
Brady's was awesome, the only folks that would come get me. I was in the middle of Theodore National with a flat tire and missing tools to get my spare on (which was also lacking sufficient psi). Bryan was fast, friendly, and easy going. Cannot recommend enough. Give Bryan a raise.
Great people! Fast and Friendly we set up a job for there Rotator Brady and his guys showed up with plenty of help and knocked the job out fast and even helped with a little heavy lifting to help me finish up so I could get on my way. Great people definitely recommend.
WOW! I cannot even begin to explain the gratitude that my family and I have for Brady's Towing... We were stranded - My husband, twin 10 yr olds, 2 dogs + a new puppy, a large trailer FULL of stuff, and this stressed mama - and we were over 1,000 miles from home. UGH! But, much to my amazement, Brady's Towing came to the rescue! The driver arrived first thing the next morning and took on the heroic task of driving this crazy crew all the way back home. Brady, we cannot thank you enough, and to Cody - thanks for putting up with us on the long haul across Montana. What do you do when a herd of Bison charges you and sends you rolling off a cliff down a mountain and you lose your keys in the process? Call these people. Picked me up in TRNP north unit and got me home. Super friendly and good driver. Excellent company. Highly recommended.
These guys were amazing! Broken down in a commercial vehicle with the back full of product 200 miles from home would typically make for a bad day. These guys showed up quick, hooked up quick and were a lot of fun as they were towing my vehicle back to Bismarck with me in the back seat. Actually ended up having an enjoyable day. Now tomorrow trying to do 2 days of work in 1 day will be a different story.

Brady’s towing is awesome!! Lady on the phone was super nice and had Cody out to me in less than 10 minutes! Even after almost hitting him in the face with the car door he was still great and professional got the car unlocked in 5 minutes!!
They have fair pricing and came to my rescue pretty fast. Very nice and friendly! Pricing and friendliness is very big to me in customer service. I will be using them again in the future if needed. Good company and I recommended them.
This was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. The driver was friendly and helpful. From the time I called in until I was back on the road was exactly one hour and I was 25 minutes outside of Watford city. The driver was named Chris. He certainly deserves a raise!
