Overcharged Extremely bad. Its unfortunate to have one that represent the towing industry so poorly! Don't know about their other services, but do not call for anything towing related. (Sorry you feel like 15 min worth of work after driving 3 blocks and me pulling your line is worth 2 hrs charge when other reputable towing companies woulda came from town for that price ?. Get off ur high horse)
Rob is a great guy, always up front about the issues and doesn't sugar coat or screw you over or add extra costs. He does his best to get you in as soon as possible. I've NEVER had an issue with any work that leaves his shop. I can legit say he's an HONEST mechanic and his staff are really great too!! Super appreciate them and will always recommend this place over going to bismarck.
Great mechanic have never had an issue with the owner that will discuss anything about the vehicle and help you make a great decision I recommend this gas station to anyone and everyone
Diagnosed our check engine light problem. Unfortunately they didn't have the part we needed but the mechanic showed us how to change the part and where to get the part in the next city
I got a flat around 20 miles east of Steele on the interstate. I contacted my roadside assistance and they got Steele auto body out to me. He got to me in just around 20 minutes so he had to have left immediately. I can’t comment on prices because obviously my insurance paid for it but I can definitely talk about how nice the guy was and how good of a job he did. It honestly felt like I had called a friend to come help me. He was extremely friendly and offered some very good and true advice - that I need new tires and an alignment. He also was able to give me some company names that I could stop at in Jamestown for the tires. I know how to change a tire but I never would’ve been able to figure out how to get to my spare so I was pretty thankful to have someone else there to do it for me. I can be very anxious and awkward talking to people but like I said, this felt like he was a friend that I already knew so it was just a really great experience. I do have new tires and got the alignment done. If I ever get a flat again I sure hope it’s within whatever radius of Steele it needs to be to have them sent back out to me. I highly recommend anyone who needs some help in or around Steele to contact them.
