My daughter took her Jeep to have a battery replaced as it was under warranty. When she was there instead of asking her or calling me they went ahead and replaced the other battery which was just tested at Finley and it was fine. I was told it was going to be warrantied and now they are sending me a bill for over $600 and it was just a flippin’ battery. This is not the first time Adam has done this. He also assumed her dad was paying for it so that means he can do whatever he wants. He knew who my daughter was but when he was questioned about it “I didn’t know that was you daughter” was his response and I know for a fact he was told that day she was coming in. But it really shouldn’t matter if he knows you or not. If you take your vehicle there I would make sure to tell than not to replace anything without talking to you.
We drove about 2-1/2 hours to test drive and try to put a deal together with Tim after talking and emailing. We came together on a deal and was the best buying experience we have ever had!! We can’t say enough about Tim, no high pressure, no upselling or additional products. This is the way all dealerships should work. Comfortable and calm buying experience. We will definitely check with them in the future.

We had an incredible buying experience dealing with Tim at Christian CDJR. 99% of the deal was made over the phone. From start to finish everything was low pressure. We drove 2-1/2 hours each way to finalize our deal. Not once did we feel on guard or nervous about the transaction. We would recommend working with Christian to anyone who asks. Tim will be our first call when looking for a vehicle in the future.
Worked with Tim on a deal for a Dodge. Because I was traveling, he made it easy for the paperwork, trading my car in was a breeze, and I was out the door in a reasonable time. Love the car and would recommend.
Awful, and dishonest. I had been negotiating for a truck for weeks, at first they tried to sell me the truck for a higher price than what they were asking for, it wasn’t until I looked them up on fb and saw that they were selling the truck for a lower price, I let that one go because I really wanted the truck so I continued to try and negotiate. Finally came to an OTD cash agreement which the OTD includes sales tax and registrations fees, when they sent me the paperwork I saw that they did not include any sales tax and registration fees and wanted me to do them on my own. So back to trying to negotiate the price for the truck only, they told me they wouldn’t go any lower on the price no matter what. So I came back to hopefully finally get it, not only they sold it to someone else but they also sold it at a lower price but told me they wouldn’t go any lower. I’m very disappointed.
The guys there are Very nice. And it's nice that they listened to me when I expressed what was wrong with my pickup. And they didn't treat me like o it's a girl. I've had experience in the past at different places. Where they think I don't know what I'm talking about. So it's greatly appreciated to be treated with respect. My dad taught me to pay attention to my vehicles. So thank you guys for the good service.

I purchased a new Ram truck from Evan, and it was a great experience. Evan, Tim and MJ answered all of my questions over the course of several months. The dealership did not have the new truck in stock I was looking for, but they worked with another dealer on a trade to get what I wanted. The service department added the accessories I wanted, and the truck was ready for pick up on time. Thank you for the great service and great communication.
Purchase was good no hassle and did a good job finding me what I was looking for. Spent a decent amount on the truck, about a month later the check engine light came on. To their credit the dealer said they would take care of it and pay the cost.
The problem is that they had me take it to a dealer nearby to troubleshoot. Once that was done they took the truck and did repairs themselves. They didn’t do all the repairs and ignored some of the info the other dealer provided and showed evidence of (contaminated fuel, injector codes) and did the cheapest fixes (nox sensor, air sensor). I had passed along all the info and had requested they look at the fuel filter and fuel since they were changing out the fuel tank which was caved in. They did not do that.
Two and a half months later check engine light again, same codes, now I will foot the bill to have it done right I guess. I did message them which is how I got the work they had done and I was shocked it was so little.
This is certainly not what it seems their regular standard is but for the amount I paid plus now to get the truck fixed properly I probably could have just bought a new truck. Extremely disappointed with service department, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Tim was great . My husband knows I hate vehicle shopping and this was the best experience we have had . Straight forward no bs and they treat you right. From now on will be the first place we look when buying a vehicle . Keep up the great work !
Amazing dealer!!! Hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with they were courteous, fast to respond, and even delivered the vehicle with a tank of gas! I worked with the manager Tim Johnson and wow 10 stars he actually earned our business unlike most dealers now a days they gave us great deal on vehicle and great numbers on trade! I drove an hour and a half to work with them. Had some issues with he radio after I got it and they were fast and professional when working with them. They made everything right and were amazing to work with. I will purchase my next vehicle from them for sure.
You won’t find a better service department, friendly and knowledgeable. Long time employees have been the bedrock of this dealership for years. New ownership is geared up to continue a top notch dealership and has expanded inventory greatly. Best place in the entire area for purchasing and servicing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.
Small town dealership where the people are friendly and they have a surprisingly good selection of vehicles. No pressure type of place, definitely worth considering for a vehicle purchase. I'm considering a new jeep and if I buy one, it will be from here.
