Recently purchased a car from them .
The car showed up filthy, tires were shot and the oil service light was on.
It took them two weeks to get the title from them.
If they were offering cars for free I wouldn't take one. Sales staff Ed was great but it fell of immediately after that. I also over paid for shipping my mistake.
Overall never will repeat.
I bought my truck here at the end of March, and it was the easiest time I've ever had at a dealership. Got my loan squared away at the bank before I came. Drove 3.5 hours to get there, took her for a test drive, fell in love, signed a couple pieces of paper (literally only two I think) and I was on my way. Worst part was the drive to get it lol 😂 My truck runs awesome and I've already put 1500 miles on her. Ray was very easy to work with too!
This place is absolutely trash! I had talked to someone about a specific car I liked, so I drive 3.5 hours to go check it out. I'm about 30 miles from town when the salesman calls me saying they just sold the car I was coming to check out. So I literally wasted a full day for nothing, let alone waste gas money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS
Excellent individuals and excellent client service. For the past 5-7 years, I've purchased numerous vehicles from them during and after college. This is a place that I strongly suggest. They are genuine people who will not lie or try to sell you something that is broken, so do your own research on the car/SUV/truck you want to buy, figure out what you need and how to fix it, and then make the decision you'll never regret. I just did a few minor things after purchasing from them, such as getting a new battery or getting an oil change, and shampooing and detailing my car.

Sold me a salvage title Silverado BUT LIED TO ME ON WHAT THE DAMANGE ACTUALLY WAS. Was told it was rear ended but actually was t-boned. Had Lamettrys look at it and told me IT WAS STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE AND SHOULD NOT BE ON THE ROAD. Such a scam and to lie about the safety of a vehicle. I should sue this dealership.
Don't fall for there bs, They spam there ad's for these wrecked cars. all they are doing is buying them from auction ( which you can do yourself, might need help from a broker) and make them look less damage and raise the price almost 50% in some cases.
Horrible customer service and very poor sales courtesy!! Misrepresented what had been replaced on the vehicle prior to purchase. Promised replacement parts which were never received.
