My son brought his car in for an issue with the air conditioning. They found a couple other issues to address also, which is fine. It took the better part of 2 weeks to get the car back, and when he finally got it, guess what? The air conditioning still didn't work, and he had to take it back, because they "forgot to fix that part".

Levi and Jamie were absolutely awesome to work with. Brought my truck in as it was shaking pretty bad on the highway, they quoted me upfront for the fix after finding the issue and kept me posted on everything that was going on. Then, they called me and let me know the fix was going to be even cheaper than they initially thought! 10/10 customer service, I will be recommending my family and workplace to bring vehicles here. Best place in town.

They were amazing to my car and I, they even showed me how to fill my coolant, and told me a bunch of tips and tricks and they were not overly expensive at all, and I’m a girl with no car knowledge and they made sure I understood what they were doing and what it does!

I started coming here a couple years ago because I lived close by. Even after I moved across town I still continue to come back. These guys always get me in quick and are honest with their work. Great people and always very pleased after every visit!

Worst repair shop I have ever seen. They rip people off. My car was shaky and they told me the issue was the fuel injection. I gave them the green light to fix the problem. When I went back to pay them and get my car, to my surprise, the car is still shaky. I told them how is it fair that they got the money without repairing the car? They said: "nothing we can do for you".

These guys are HONEST. I’ve been taking our vehicles there for 5 years never had a problem. I highly recommend auto doctors to everyone. They stand behind their work. They do not over charge and are up front with any issues with your vehicle.

We have had our vehicles worked on a couple times here and every time they've been quick and great to work with. They're the only place that can properly road force balance the tires on our Cadillac too. First place we call when we need work done that my husband can't do himself.

The guys did an amazing job. They were able to fit me in when I needed an emergency oil change and they also caught that my tire was super low. Some of the best service I've gotten in the FM Area.

I’ve brought my vehicle here multiple times and am always surprised at the quality of work and honesty. I’ve got Google reviews on other local shops I’ve stumbled across in the area, they all pale in comparison to this place. From years of spur of the moment repairs to vehicle modifications, Auto Doctors always performs quality work. They installed a slight lift on my Jeep that I purchased online, and only requested I printed the directions, with the finished quality of work and low price making me a lifelong customer. I've also had instances where I didn't know the issue, but they didn't charge me for diagnostics, only a friendly phone call with what was wrong and a fair price to repair. For those locals, Matt's Automotive will charge over $100 just to look at the vehicle if you don't know what's wrong. Auto Doctors is one of the busier shops in town, servicing delivery trucks on top of the general public. They’ve also opened a new location in North Fargo and stopped normal operations on Saturdays. Honestly, I’m happy that they no longer have to grind for business as a new LLC and have built a reputation for quality service, even if it takes much longer to get an appointment.

I was taking my fiances daughter to the airport in Fargo. I was 2.5 hours from home when my driveshaft came loose. I called Auto Doctors after simply taking a gamble not knowing any repair shop in Fargo. Mind you it's Sunday! Chris, the owner answered the phone. I told him I was illegally parked at the airport and unable to move. He told me he was on another tow but would be to me within 30 minutes. He showed up, jumped under the truck and found the issue. He towed it to his shop and we found a way home. Chris fixed the issue and found another problem caused by the issue at hand, called me to tell me about it and recommend a used part to fix it to save us money. The entire bill with the tow to replace all the seals, and Hanger bearings as well as the yolk was less then a grand. Chris was in a position to totally take advantage of us and didn't! Thank you so much Chris as we are litterally in a rate lock buying our home! If it would of cost anymore money at all we would have had to dip into the account holding our down payment money for the house! I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!

My son's car acted up with a huge oil leak. They took the car in same day and fixed the problem that day as well is did some diagnostic work I asked for, and did an oil change. They left the part that was faulty as I had replaced it only a few months before, so I could get it returned under warranty. The cost was VERY reasonable. I called them to thank them as I was impressed!

Auto Doctors saved the trip! My mom & I were in Fargo on a shopping trip from Canada. We had a guy hit our car and it was undriveable. Called Auto Doctors and they were able to fix it overnight for us. Thankful for the excellent service, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thank you!!

First time customer of Auto Doctors in West Fargo, ND. Needed a wheel alignment since vehicle had recent rear suspension work done under warranty and was pulling to the left as a result. Brought vehicle in for an alignment. The alignment was completed as requested. After Auto Doctors West Fargo performed the alignment, I requested the before and after measurements of camber, caster and toe. I was informed that the alignment machine printer didn't work and that I would of had to request for that information beforehand so pictures could be taken of the screen. No courtesy inspection or test drive was mentioned as being performed on my vehicle. Upon driving the vehicle after the work was completed, the vehicle still pulled to the left slightly worse than before bringing it to the shop. I returned to the shop in West Fargo and they performed another alignment to check their previous work, made changes to the alignment and this time provided the before and after measurements. Took the car out for a drive and still observed a pull to the left slightly less than before but still noticable. Called back a third time and was directed to go to the north Fargo location. The alignment was performed a third time to check and they made changes to the alignment and provided the before and after measurements. Each time the alignment was performed, different results were produced. There was no consistency in the work being performed and the vehicle handling was not properly corrected. During the third visit, at the north Fargo location, I was treated in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner by the customer service representative, Jessica Koller. I attempted to ask questions about the work performed particularly over the fact that the results indicated a need for the alignment machine to be calibrated. She spoke in an abrasive and unreasonable manner and kept saying that she couldn't do anything more and acted in a manner that conveyed an unwillingness to provide any constructive help. She walked away from the counter twice and was not open to answering questions and discussing the matter. I reported the poor customer service interaction and as a result will no longer return to this location at any point in the future. No customer that is calmly asking questions to try to understand deserves to be treated in that manner. I requested and received a refund since the issue was not corrected after three attempts. Chris at the West Fargo location handled the situation in a professional and respectful manner. I took the vehicle to a different automotive shop, had an alignment performed once and from the before/after measurements found that there was issues in the front and rear toe from the work done by Auto Doctors. The vehicle handling was improved and is corrected after the alignment was performed properly at a different shop. I am disappointed as I expected better quality from this shop. However, based on my experience there seems to be an issue with their alignment machines which hopefully can be corrected soon to prevent further headaches for other customers.

Took my car in because I am having electrical issues with my vehicle and the alarm is going off in the middle of the night and draining my battery. My car also has been overheating. They fixed none of the problems and charged $800 for a new water pump that wasn’t even the issue for the overheating of the vehicle. Say nothings wrong with the vehicle.

I've had my car in for a number of issues ranging from routine oil changes to replacing my wheel hub assembly. They always do good work and at a fair price. 10/10 would recommend.

After trying 7 different shops to fix the front end suspension issue I was having with my wheels rubbing and not being centered in the wheel wells I was in and out of Auto Doctors in about 1/2 hour. They fixed the issue and tires are now centered in the wheel well. Handles much better and doesn’t pull either way going down the road. The guys were very friendly and professional and know what they are doing. I’m just thankful someone told me to take it to them and that they would fix it. Best shop in town!!

I have been a customer of Auto Doctors in West Fargo, ND for many, many years now. It's hard to find a mechanic that you don't feel like they are sticking it to you every time you take the car in. I have never felt that way at Auto Doctors. They are honest and won't try to sell you things you don't need. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend! Very honest and professional. My NDSU student was having issues with his vehicle, Auto Doctors were recommended from a friend. They found and repaired the issue the same day and charged a very reasonable fee. Thank you!

I brought my Ridgeline here and was not disappointed with the service and price. The reason why I decided to bring my vehicle here was because of their excellent customer service. The guy over the phone at least tried to give me some answers. I called other shops before calling Auto Doctors, and the other shops weren’t as helpful over the phone. The repair took longer than I expected but that wasn’t their fault. These guys went above and beyond to try to make sure my vehicle was back to 100%. Overall, I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I was worried about trying to find a trustworthy mechanic in Fargo, but after reading the owner's replies to these reviews I figured I'd give them a shot. I was very pleased. There were known issues on the vehicle and they found those, and also found other issues I couldn't spot myself. They're worth your money.

Very reasonable pricing for quality service! I called Auto Doctors on a Thursday afternoon to have my water pump, thermostat, coolant, and transmission fluid replaced. They got my truck in the next morning and it was done by noon. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing maintenance done to their vehicle.

I've had a few things done to a friends car here and have received the Best service of any auto repair shop I have Ever been to. The person running the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident in speaking with them about the car and what needs done. I plan to continue to use their services and take my car there in the future!

I am so thankful to have found Auto Doctors. We are new to town and haven't been able to find our "go-to mechanic." Auto Doctors towed my car to their shop, diagnosed the issues, fixed it up, and got me back on the road in a timely manner and for a very fair price. No up selling, no pressure, just friendly, helpful, and knowledgable customer service from beginning to end. I will certainly be back again and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic. Thanks :-)

Two positive experiences... first, this winter they attempted to repair a bearing assembly that I messed up... it was beyond repair but they attempted it and didn’t charge me a cent. Second, just had them recharge my AC... they did it for $50 cheaper than two other places I called. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here. Also- they have an awesome dog there named diesel. He’ll hang out and keep you company as you wait.

I had to get an exhaust rattle fixed on my pickup. All other shops said it was a common issue after installing aftermarket exhaust kits. They said it’s no more than a 2 hour job. I called this place and they said they could do it, but I told them I need it before the next day, they said that won’t be a problem. I let them have it and it was not done until the next day at around noon. They said the exhaust clamp broke so they needed a new one. I later found it sitting on top of the engine below the turbo, so it did not break, they just dropped it and could not find it. They were dishonest about their own mistake and were not willing to fix. Not impressed. Also was very expensive compared to other quotes I received. Especially after the mistakes, and the problem was not completely fixed.

Got my tire checked because I had air leaking out from what I thought was a loose valve stem. They told me my tires were bald and I should just get new ones but they didn't have tires there for me. Later that night i went to check my tire pressure cause the sensor was going off and the valve stem came out of my tire so I got a flat at about 11pm in the middle of winter. I took it to a shop the next day to get it back on and they said the valve stem was not properly tightened. The shop also told me my tires had plenty of tread and would fine for 4-6 more months. I appreciate they didn't charge me anything but the job they did wasnt great and they obviously didn't fix the original problem

I've never been more unhappy with an auto repair facility. I had a slow leak in my tire and called them. They said they could help me out. After looking at my vehicle, they told me there was no leak but I needed two new tires due to the fact the tires appeared to have not been rotated. I bought the vehicle used less than six months prior and had the oil changed and tires rotated at that time, and nothing was said about uneven wear on my tires. I should have told them no, but I agreed to replace two of the tires on my vehicle. Two days later, the same wheel (with a new tire) was 10 pounds low again. I called and they got me an appointment that day. This time, they found the leak! So I purchased two tires from them for no good reason, have unmatched tires on my car and not once did they admit they should have looked more closely for the leak the first time. I would NOT recommend this place.

I have been a customer of this auto repair place for a decade or more and have ALWAYS been very happy with how I've been treated. They are very fair with their pricing on repairs and I feel they're very honest. They only want to do what's necessary unlike some other places. They just built a brand new facility because they are growing so much. That's a big sign that they're taking care of their customer's well. I would HIGHLY recommend going here to anyone.

Alternator gave out as we were driving from Seattle to northern Minnesota to visit relatives the day before Christmas Eve. The Clinic was very busy, but made time to help us in the morning with our repair. Apparently they have a policy to help out-of-towners. We waited for just an hour or two inside with our dog while the alternator was changed out. Price was about $300 -- standard cost for this kind of work, no gouging. Staff was friendly. Very pleased.

I was in Fargo from out of town and the water pump started leaking on a Thursday night at 10:00 pm. West Fargo Car Clinic took my call at 10:00 pm and walked me through getting the car to their repair center. I let them know that I needed to be home on Saturday, they got my car repaired prior to the end of business on Friday. They could have taken advantage of my situation but their pricing was very reasonable. Drove 700 miles Friday night without any issues. Thank you West Fargo Car Clinic
