Hazer’s was great to work with. I was able to get my car sold the same day I called, and got a fair price for it, too! Definitely recommend checking them out if you have a car that needs to be scrapped.
Used to come here often, but since they switched polices/procedures up, it's hard to justify using this junkyard. Calling for pricing/availability gets you a call center agent not in the same country, pricing is sometimes posted, sometimes not, and when they say they will call you back, they usually don't. I would recommend other junkyards in the area over this headache.
Not sure how this place has managed to get a 4 star rating. I’ve dealt with this place a handful of times over the past 15 years and they’ve always been pretty useless. I honestly have no clue what they do to stay in business, I suspect there’s pretty shady stuff happening behind closed doors. Haven’t been here for almost 10 years but I needed a door panel for my pickup, figured I’d give them another shot since recent reviews looked good. I thought they maybe were under new management. Walked in and there isn’t anyone inside, you talk to a guy on a computer. Well, after that charade, he told me he needed a whole day to research a basic door panel for a Chevy pickup. Finally heard 2 days later that they don’t have anything which I find INCREDIBLY hard to believe. I had also asked about some stock rims and a pickup box. He just ignored those requests and told me to buy a door panel on eBay. So much for trying to keep my money local. Go to 7th Ave Auto if you need something, they’re not great either but they’re a hell of a lot better than this place if you don’t wanna leave Fargo. The place never fails to shock me with how bad it is. I don’t know anyone who has ever had a good experience with Hazers. Anyone I have ever talked to said they’re terrible. What’s the deal? Why are you still in business? I wish someone who actually cares about the community would buy this place and turn it around. Til then, they’re just an eyesore that doesn’t contribute anything to Fargo. It’s shameful.

A family member of mine bought a transmission from these guys with warranty on top, an now they won’t help or try to fix anything I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from here. If I could give a 0 rate I would.

I’ve bought a transmission for my truck back in April 8th 2024. I’ve purchased warranty on top of that just in case something happened. Now recently I had my truck give up again and called DANIEL AND JIM they have so many excuses and made us so much bs saying they can’t do anything. They made me wait a month for this answer. I can’t wait to see you guys in court for this you guys are the worst ppl ever stop scamming ppl and taking ppls money and the best part about this whole situation is I have all the videos of DANIEL AN JIM ADMITTING TO MY WARRANTY “YA YOUR COVERED” you guys are some stupid idiots
Easy to talk to and waiting area wasn't too messy or dirty. Have a remote person on a screen that greets you when you walk in, but it worked out fine. Didn't give us any amazing deals for our old, high mileage car with severe front end damage, but that wasn't too surprising.
Their service is good for getting your car back in shape. Very reasonable prices for parts! And thanks for the suggested auto parts Mechanic. He did a great job putting the bumpers on my vehicle. Thank you for your help Hazer's Auto Parts!

Would give 0 of possible bought a box online over a week ago. Got told 3 to 5 days removal and should be ready. Head out over 2 and half hrs to get told they removed a rusty bed. Why was I able to buy a part if it was already sold. If they wanna make this right refund me over 140 dollars for gas money it cost me
Absolutely do not work with this company. We called to pay for a part, went to pick up when they said it was ready, waited 2 hours, then they charged us an additional 200.00 because their staff had charged us the wrong amount. Awful people to work with, rude, will hang up the phone. We were a repeat customer, and now will not be. For FYI, Dan the owner and his employee Don, were the ones who made the experience unpleasant.

All in all I think this is great. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and candid staff over the phone. They all work great together in providing exceptional service. Every business wants to only provide quality service to stay in the game. The longevity of this company says it all. because it all boils down to the people. Their attitude, character and work ethic towards any other human being no matter what race or social status and their great. Because at the end of the day all you want is to have an auto part that you need that’s it, and this company delivers!
Pretty good service. I saw that they posted some tires on a buy and sell site. I asked if they were still available in the afternoon and got a reply a hour or so later. They had what I was looking for. So they were cool enough to meet me at Hazer's on a sunday night to get what I needed. Not sure if that happens often but thoroughly impressed by the service and very appreciative for it. A+
I originally contacted Hazer's for a couple of axles I needed for an old Chevrolet grain truck. I went over to their yard, and found a couple axles that looked identical to what I needed. I wasn't %100 sure they would fit, and I was assured if I had any issues with fitment, they would work with me.
Well of course they ended up not fitting, which is totally on me. I went back to Hazer's, and they went above and beyond to try and help me find the correct part I needed. They even contacted some other places to see if they could find the right parts. It ended up not working out, and they refunded the entire purchase price with no problems.
Very professionally run place, Kelsey and Duane were more than helpful and courteous during the whole ordeal. I will definitely be back for more business in the future for any of my parts needs.
I had a very good experience with Hazers. I received some great customer service from Jake M. He helped me tremendously when trying to find tires for my truck. He was very friendly, also. I will definitely be going back!
Bought a motor, sight unseen from half way across the country. There were a couple of surprises along the way, a core charge that was mentioned during payment and a last minute increase in shipping. The staff was more than wonderful waiving the core as the engine did need some work (which was disclosed not a surprise). They also met half way on the increased shipping charges (due to an original low estimation of the weight). The engine was packaged and shipped out the very next day after ordering and was delivered about a week later exactly as advertised. I will not hesitate to deal with Hazers again in the future, price including shipping was more than fair and the communication throughout the transaction was top notch and friendly.
I ordered a transmission from Kelsie Wentz. It was shipped fast and I received in a couple days. Turned out to be the wrong one but they were very easy to deal with and gave me a refund without a hassle. It was a pleasure to do business with her and she was very responsive to my emails. Great job. A+++
I needed a transmission and after exploiting my opinions I purchased it from Hazers. The young lady whom assisted me was very pleasant to work with. This experience was much better then my prior one's at salvage yards. I appreciate the promptness and will continue doing business with them in the future.
Don't bother going here this place is a joke and a waist of your time! First I called and was on hold for over 8 minutes before anyone answered. Every time I called back it was the same long wait. I ordered three parts. When I got there (they're two hours away from where I live but had one part no one nearer had) I had to come back because the guy at the desk didn't know what was going on and the one I talked to was at lunch. I asked them to call, which they didn't. So I went back and one part was broken, no one bothered to call and tell me that. Then the main thing I needed, they asked a guy to pull the part and he looked annoyed. Then after waiting on him to come, then waiting for the part (so I thought) I was told it was missing! I cancelled the entire order, I didn't want to wait for another length of time for them to tell me that the third part was also missing or broke plus it was new so I could order it elsewhere.
This place is a huge waste of time! Don't go here!
Update: April 2016, after two years I did get a call from Daniel Hazer who apologized for the poor service and states that they have made changes to their company. He states he would have called sooner but didn't have contact information. I hope the best for them and their future clientele. I didn't change the original star rating as that is how I viewed it at the time, but I do appreciate that they are trying.
