Courteous, and so in tune with our needs and checking in on where we were at, and he was passionate about us getting help and back on the go to meet up with our son, he really cared about us and it showed. The driver for Jim's Towing jump started our vehicle, looked it over and offered to still tow it to repair shop. This allowed me to not have to track down a ride home. Very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Jim's Towing when you are in a bind.

The guy that helped yesterday was very nice, but they have a nasty female dispatcher that answers the phone. Hanged up on me twice, won't deliver messages. A very nasty human who might affect their business reputation.

This is a great company. They brought me back to their shop to thaw my truck over night. They gave me a place to stay and food to eat. The next morning the mechanic figured out the problem in a short time. He ordered parts an did the repair. I am very grateful for these wonderful people. Very reasonable rates. And the home made chicken soup and breakfast was wonderful. Thank you so much!
As a truck driver, I highly recommend this family if you need a tow. My freightliner went down and they knew exactly what to do. I'm from out of town and they made me feel at home. Very professional and very good price for towing of tractor and trailer. This family was a huge blessing
