one of their drivers almost totaled my car, and when i tried to tell him he needs to communicate better as to what he's doing with his *very large and heavy vehicle*, HE threatened to call the cops.i chose to walk away. i didnt want him to argue or to fight with him, i wanted him to be safer in the future.
When i tried to communicate that with his boss? he kept trying to fire the guy, saying it just be what i wanted. i didn't, and still don't want him fired. I want the manager who took my phone to be fired. failure in policy adherance, and to be honest? the guy i talked to didn't sound too bright, so maybe i'll come by the shop sometime and draw it out in crayon so its' really simple

Had my first tire blow out and called them. They initially planned to get it but called to let me know that there would be delays. In the past, I've had vehicle and tow companies not say anything and just take a long time to get me (dead battery or other problems). The guy was understanding and apologetic. Didn't get serviced through them this time but this professionalism makes me likely to call them again if I'm ever in a bind.

Vehicle was towed and is damaged I don’t have the time or energy to do anything. And I found out myself talking to Todd the owner that he in fact does need a serious attitude adjustment. Listen I don’t care about the amount of money payed. Just that my vehicle was damaged. It appears others have had same issue along with stuff taken. I’m sure I won’t receive a apology or call about this.
My son was driving his truck and had an incident where his trucks engine died. We called MTW towing and a truck showed up quickly. The operator was friendly and helpful and brought the truck directly to the repair shop.

They have the best rate and the cheapest for towing in town. They are very fast, friendly, and if you ever have to wait it's not very long cause let me tell you they take care of you and your vehicles like your family and if it was there own vehicles that they where towing. I always recommend them to everyone when they need a tow or road side assistant

MTW is our go to company for towing when our business fleet gets stuck in mud or snow. They are professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure our vehicles make it back on the road. We appreciate all they do for us and will continue to call them first.
Police towed my ride this place would not let me pick up my ride on the weekend but charged me for it 50 or 60 a night but you can't pick it up until Monday how's that work .100 dollars but not able to get it out of there they will tow the car on Saturday and Sunday but you can't pick it up Saturday and Sunday I called Friday they were there but couldn't get my ride until Monday. And there towing for police Saturday and Sunday but nope you can't pick it up and its another 100 .
But thats the way it is cause the police will back them up I want to sue them personally.
Very nice and friendly people for sure. Great service. Made sure no more damage was done while being towed. I would definitely go through MTW towing before anyone else. Pricing wasn't bad either like other places for the distance they had to tow for going out of town.
I was able to call and get my trailblazer towed within the same hour. The tower was polite and professional. Decent cost for a good service. I would use them again.
Had a crew break down in the middle of the night and they came out promptly and took care of them and were nothing but professional. They even stored the trailer for the weekend and met another employee at 4 in the morning on the following Monday to get the trailer. Great people, business, and value. Definitely recommend them.
Todd did a wonderful job for me. I had a long distance tow job I needed for my 1992 Camaro and he gave me a great price for picking it up 75 miles away. I had it at a 'friends' house of mine and at the last minute this friend started drama but Todd sent one of his best men to swoop it up and it was home with me before I ever expected it. Thanks for stealing my deceased husbands belongings out of my car. Then leaving the car unlocked with the keys in the ignition at the repair shop. Never again. I have cried all day and you guys don't even try to give my stuff back. My car was damaged inside. Thanks a ton
Requested for a flat bed tow to keep my vehicle off the salt. My vehicle arrived to me on a dolly. It was stated multiple times I wanted all 4 wheels off the ground. Will NEVER do business with MTW again.
Service was fast and driver was knowledgeable. He was able to correct the issue on site, saving me from having to bring my vehicle into the shop. Would definitely use this company again.
Would give a 0 if I could. We had pulled into our apartment parking lot and the tow truck driver was parked in the middle of the lot and didn't move when we sat behind him for a few seconds so we honked our horn to let him know we were there, assuming he just didn't see us. He continued to sit there and not move.. keep in mind we just got done at Costco and had a huge thing of water and vitamin waters and wanted to drop them off at our patio before going into the underground garage. So without saying or doing anything else I decided to get out and head in while my boyfriend had to back up, pull out of the parking lot and go into the next entrance. I was still in the entry way when I saw the driver speed forward like a bat out of hell so I did the obvious thing and looked out the door to see him flipping out on my boyfriend. When i walked out there the driver was threatening to tow his car for "flipping him off." Now let me begin by saying this: my boyfriend can be a dick, yes. But he would NOT do that. He told me he had waved his hand in the air in frustration. But even so, that does not warrant this driver to speed right up to my boyfriend, threaten to tow his car and accuse him of nonsense and then turn it around on us. We even had a neighbor on his patio (who we don't even know) that had watched the whole thing and told us if we needed a witness he would be one. So.. it doesn't end there. I go inside and instantly call the company and guess who answers? You guessed right. The driver himself. When I asked for the manager he replied with "oh, you're the girl in the pink shirt with the douchebag of a boyfriend." First off- DISRESPECTFUL. Second off.. what if I wasn't? Good first impression for a customer right? So that phone call obviously led into an argument and I am now waiting for the owners to get off vacation. Do NOT go through these guys considering he is THE manager. Absolutely ridiculous.
Used more than once. Both times drivers were nice and did a pro job loading vehicle. Charged flat rate at time of pickup and that was that. Highly recommend.
