Awesome customer service. Bought a transmission from them and the trucking company wouldn't pick it up to deliver, so a gentlemen drove it 3 hours to us!
I got a throttle body from them for my 1994 chevy and the price was great considering a completely new throttle body for my truck would have been around 490 bucks. Needless to say the throttle body works great and honestly it runs better now than it ever has since I have had this truck. They are one of my top 2 places for used parts. I appreciate the great service and great throttle body. I'm sure I will be calling for more parts in the future.
I was looking for a part for a Buick. Hopewells didn't have the correct color, but was close. I haven't decided if i am going with the close color, but they went out of there way to locate the correct one and even offered to deliver to my shop 100 miles away as they were going to visit family in my area. That's 5 star service right there.
Excellent customer service! Both on the phone and when we got there. The part we got from there works just as they said it would. Wish their warranty period was longer, but all in all a great experience!

I have a 2005 Ford F-150. I had an unfortunate mishap with the box which could not easily be repaired. I made arrangements with a salvage yard 5 hours from my hometown to purchase the box and have it installed the same day. I arrived only to find out that they made a mistake in describing the box they had on hand for me. Mine is a 6 1/2' which through multiple discussions is exactly what was listed. I got there only to find out that the one they had was only 5 1/2'. I was very frustrated at that moment. They called a couple other salvage yards including Hopewells. He spoke with the owner who was not sure would be able to install the box they had on hand that day. They were sort of along my drive back home, but it was already close to 11:00 AM on a Friday. So I made the 45 minute drive not knowing if the job would be completed or if I would be driving another 5 hours back home all for nothing. I got there somewhat desperate. The guys made a call, then rallied together to remove my existing box and install a super clean one (I believe from Montana), perfect color match and all. I stayed right there through the swap taking on meaningless tasks just to keep the project moving. There were two main guys that did the swap and they didn't skip a beat. Very knowledgeable. Tim knew just what tools he needed for each area. They worked like dogs for about 2 hours straight. I ended up driving out of there as though nothing ever happened to my truck. These guys are great to work with and made my painful 5 hour drive worth it.
I needed a transfer case ASAP. They had it ready for me by the end of the day and even waited after hours for me to come get it. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.
The woman that answers the phone is rude at best. Don't bother leave a message they will not call you back. If a part they sell doesn't work your stuck with it and they don't seem to care. I will never do business here again and will make an effort to make sure that I influence as many people as possible to spare them the screwing that I took. If there was an option for negative stars I would rate them lower than 1star.
Being they had no reviews I took a chance. Very happy to do business with Hopewell's. They did what they said they were going to do. My order shipped timely with no paint damage. They did a great pack job! Thanks
