we came here to sell a car for parts and then the old man proceeded to say a bunch of random offers that weren't what we agreed on and he charged us more to take our car somewhere else after he took it from us and put it in his back lot. don't come here unless you want to be ripped off and threatened by police for just asking questions never again.
This is a great family owned business. The owner came in on his day off to help my fiancé and myself buy one of his cars. We just moved from NJ and really need a car. Great family, great company. Thank you so much

I placed an order for a hood and was told it would take 3-5 business days and after 10 days I was told the guy that was working on my order went on vacation and never submitted the order. They sent me pictures of the wrong hood after I waited for 2 weeks just for them to tell me they will reimburse my money because no one completed that order and can’t find the correct part.
Lelend at hazers was a godsend sold me an lmm duramax at 3pm I traveled from Williston and he was willing to meet and help me load it at 8:30pm Costumer service is top notch would 1000% recommend for used auto parts!
Would give 0 of possible bought a box online over a week ago. Got told 3 to 5 days removal and should be ready. Head out over 2 and half hrs to get told they removed a rusty bed. Why was I able to buy a part if it was already sold. If they wanna make this right refund me over 140 dollars for gas money it cost me
All in all I think this is great. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and candid staff over the phone. They all work great together in providing exceptional service. Every business wants to only provide quality service to stay in the game. The longevity of this company says it all. because it all boils down to the people. Their attitude, character and work ethic towards any other human being no matter what race or social status and their great. Because at the end of the day all you want is to have an auto part that you need that’s it, and this company delivers!
Absolutely do not work with this company. We called to pay for a part, went to pick up when they said it was ready, waited 2 hours, then they charged us an additional 200.00 because their staff had charged us the wrong amount. Awful people to work with, rude, will hang up the phone. We were a repeat customer, and now will not be. For FYI, Dan the owner and his employee Don, were the ones who made the experience unpleasant.
The sales person who helped me was very awesome and gave me a good deal on the parts I'm looking for. Virtual Assistants are so cool setup. Kudos to Hazers
This is the worst company to buy anything from. The customer service sucks and the staff is racist. I have never met such rude guys like them, especially the olderone. I simply went to exchange a used battery that I bought from them that have a weak voltage. I have the receipt of my purchase and the company refused to give me my money back or another used battery. It's a win for them.
It was an awesome experience. The front lady Dominique Ahhlfaio was absolutly amazing. I recieved great deals on my auto parts. The cost would have been more than quadruple the price if i got them anywhere else. Thank you so much Dominique!
Went there to see if they had a instrument panel for a ford. He said they had one and it would be $20 to go into the yard and pull it. When I got out to the vehicle, it was already removed. I went back In and told them it was already gone, he would not refund my $20. The only reason I went into the yard in the first place was he told me he had the part. That is a shady and fraudulent way to do business. I Would not recommend anybody spend any amount of money there and go somewhere else or buy it new aftermarket this place is a joke. Even if I would’ve waited for them to pull it how can they pull apart that does not exist. His response couldn’t be further from the truth. When you tell me there’s a part in the yard and the part does not exist you should not be able to charge people a “yard” fee. how many people have you charged $20 for that exact same part that isn’t even there.

Pretty good service. I saw that they posted some tires on a buy and sell site. I asked if they were still available in the afternoon and got a reply a hour or so later. They had what I was looking for. So they were cool enough to meet me at Hazer's on a sunday night to get what I needed. Not sure if that happens often but thoroughly impressed by the service and very appreciative for it. A+

I originally contacted Hazer's for a couple of axles I needed for an old Chevrolet grain truck. I went over to their yard, and found a couple axles that looked identical to what I needed. I wasn't %100 sure they would fit, and I was assured if I had any issues with fitment, they would work with me. Well of course they ended up not fitting, which is totally on me. I went back to Hazer's, and they went above and beyond to try and help me find the correct part I needed. They even contacted some other places to see if they could find the right parts. It ended up not working out, and they refunded the entire purchase price with no problems. Very professionally run place, Kelsey and Duane were more than helpful and courteous during the whole ordeal. I will definitely be back for more business in the future for any of my parts needs.

Just got my Hood for my F150 pick up, still in superb condition, no dents at all and paint its ok. I really appreciate way they handle customers for shure will recommend you for this. Keep up the good work and good image will speak it self for them to go to HAZERS. 5 Stars thumbs up🤓

Don't bother going here this place is a joke and a waist of your time! First I called and was on hold for over 8 minutes before anyone answered. Every time I called back it was the same long wait. I ordered three parts. When I got there (they're two hours away from where I live but had one part no one nearer had) I had to come back because the guy at the desk didn't know what was going on and the one I talked to was at lunch. I asked them to call, which they didn't. So I went back and one part was broken, no one bothered to call and tell me that. Then the main thing I needed, they asked a guy to pull the part and he looked annoyed. Then after waiting on him to come, then waiting for the part (so I thought) I was told it was missing! I cancelled the entire order, I didn't want to wait for another length of time for them to tell me that the third part was also missing or broke plus it was new so I could order it elsewhere. This place is a huge waste of time! Don't go here! Update: April 2016, after two years I did get a call from Daniel Hazer who apologized for the poor service and states that they have made changes to their company. He states he would have called sooner but didn't have contact information. I hope the best for them and their future clientele. I didn't change the original star rating as that is how I viewed it at the time, but I do appreciate that they are trying.
I needed a transmission and after exploiting my opinions I purchased it from Hazers. The young lady whom assisted me was very pleasant to work with. This experience was much better then my prior one's at salvage yards. I appreciate the promptness and will continue doing business with them in the future.
I've bought numerous quality parts from Hazer's and have found the service to be excellent. They go out of their way to determine customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. My mother was also extremely happy with her rims also purchased.
Excellent customer service. I knew I would be coming to town so I didn't want to risk shipping my two Honda Fit passenger side doors to Minneapolis. Not only did they hold my doors for two weeks but they came and opened the shop to meet me on a Saturday. I combine trips with my daughter's basketball camp at MSU Moorhead and couldn't be happier. The parts I needed at an excellent price in a color that matched my car. Hope to deal with Hazer's again - thanks guys!!
I ordered a transmission from Kelsie Wentz. It was shipped fast and I received in a couple days. Turned out to be the wrong one but they were very easy to deal with and gave me a refund without a hassle. It was a pleasure to do business with her and she was very responsive to my emails. The customer service from the first time I stepped in the door was amazing. Kelsey, is very knowledgeable and excellent with attention to detail. That did not stop at the front sales counter, it continued on through the salvage parts division , Wendy in bookkeeping, Daniel the general manager and Mr Hazers himself.
