I've been coming here for a few years now, and highly recommend them. Unlike many other auto shops, they don't overcharge, and neither do they try to convince you to fix more than you ask for. Very responsive to communications, and easy to work with. 10/10
Horrible, over torqued my wife's grandfather's lugs to the point they had to drill out the wheel studs, took them 2 hours to assess what I told them right when I walked through the door, she said that it says here in the computer they were torqued to 120 foot pounds of torque, I said well that's not accurate if it bent a tire iron with a cheater bar also I'm 180lbs and it wouldn't budge with me jumping on it. Do not recommend this shop. Oh and when I went to see what they were doing she insisted that I couldn't go out to the front of the shop to look at how they were doing it. Seems a bit off to me, almost as if they had something to hide. I should mention that I have 15 years experience and have serviced thousands of cars and NEVER seen anything quite like that, she finally admitted that the "tech" over torqued the lugs, like no duh lady I said that 3 hours ago.
We have taken our vehicles to Gordys now several times for maintenance and repairs.
They have been great with answering questions, diagnosing our vehicles, estimates. They have called and verified how to proceed with situations. The one hiccup that happened they took care of our family and made sure I didn’t leave with an unsafe vehicle. I believe cost wise was very reasonable.
They are timely, reliable, and flexible. Great customer service from Erin and Audrey.

Amazing service on a Sunday while traveling. Quoted new tires and they were on by the next morning and we were back on the road. Thankful for them and an awesome small town business
I was traveling through the area and had car troubles. I talked to Audrey and she told me they could look at my vehicle the next morning. They got it in got the parts and had me back on the road. Very friendly and accommodating and very reasonable prices

Gordy's responded when our SUV and 30' camper went into the ditch just east of Casselton in a rainstorm. The embankment was steep, tall, and we were at least 30-40 feet into the ditch, away from the road, in standing water. The crew pulled out our truck and 30 ft camper quickly and smoothly without any damage or issues. The charge was very reasonable and we were on our way quickly. Thank you for the help!
Had them make ready my truck over the last week with 2 visits in and out each day as promised and the truck is like new now ! Thank y'all so much for the great work and reasonable prices. Stay blessed and be safe !
Gordy's always does a fantastic job. They find the problem and fix it without upselling. They even came in under what they quoted us for new tires because they got a deal and passed the savings onto us. Honest people who do honest work.
Absolute worst service I have ever received. They damaged my brand new wheels off of my new pickup and would not make it right. They attempted to have the wheels repaired and made them look worst. I will not give them another chance to make the wheels look even worst.
Would NOT recommend, if has anything to do with your motor! Tires or radiator repair was good. They had my truck in I ran my own reader, asked them to replace air intakesensor. They ran a $50 diagnostic on it, replaced body throttle ( most expensive part), drove 20 miles and does same thing. They came picked it up. Drive $20 miles again same issue. Called talked to Audrey, she said we need to bring it in again, I said you've had it twice I'm reluctant to have you work on it again. Having someone else take care of it. Putting in the part I had asked for in the 1st place. Doing it ourselves and it is running just fine. Also stated I'd have to call Napa for warranty. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!!
While traveling with family had a problem on my wife's car hood latch and I found out it was missing couple of bolts and third was loose we stopped in and they had a busy garage but still took care of her vehicle right away. I tried to tip the gentleman (which he refused) and went in to pay and they charged me $5 for the couple of bolts, adjusting the latch correctly, and and the time to fix the problem. They are great people and I'm very happy they helped us out.
The staff at Gordy's was amazing when a friend of mine got stranded in the area recently. She provided glowing reviews of them! We would highly suggest!
Didn't finish the job, wouldn't come fix a dangerous situation that was do to then not completing a fuel pump replacement, I went to put gas in the vehicle, the hoses weren't attached, so...gasoline everywhere, called Audrey she said she couldn't do anything until the following Monday(really!). Told me to call Napa, cause they're a part of that group .
Long story short, they put us in a dangerous situation were unwilling to make our vehicle safe. I limped it in to Grand Forks, where the wonderful team at Tires One got it fixed and put back right.
They're quick to take your money, yet, I have to talk to a 3rd and 4th party. No thanks.
P.S. I don't write bad reviews, but they put my life in danger and could care less . Boooooo
