Refused to sell me a $1000 part because they didn’t like that my billing address is in another state from where I wanted the part shipped. Tried to explain that we travel full time in our RV and use a permanent address from a mail box store, like every single other person that full time rv’s. Instead she was laughing at me on the phone and refused to sell. I bought online and they canceled/refunded my order after the fact without so much as a phone call to clear the situation up.
Had a great experience dealing with the staff. Was having a problem finding a good low milage transmission and they helped me get a great part to get my truck back up and running. The turn around was was fast, price was great and everything arrived how it was suppose to. Best salvage parts dealer in the state I definitely recommend them for any parts you need!
We were having issues finding body parts at a decent price for our car. Finally tried CK Auto to see if they could help. I had never been there before and could not believe the amount of inventory they had. We pulled up to the yard and I thought, "there is no way we are going to find this car in here. There's way too many to go through." But none the less, the guy in the yard, Chris(?), knew exactly where to find the make, model, and year we were looking for. He went through extensive detail on the body parts that were available, and it looks like everything is going to work out for us. Everything was quick and easy (considering we got there close to closing time), and they started pulling the parts for us the next day.
I will definitely try here again before I pay the outrageous price for new parts online.
Purchased a 2800.00 dollar engine and was given only a 30 day warranty from Mark and Devon there, although 90 percent of auto wreckers out there give a 60-90 day parts warranty for engines costing much less. The engine I bought was not the one I got, because all of a sudden the engine I purchased was leaking oil and had a cracked timing cover, so they gave me a different one, mind you it had more miles on it and they did not discount it what so ever I even asked for one and they refused.
I get the motor installed and take it to our local Ford dealer in Tigard Oregon, when they finally get it in the shop they are telling me this engine is junk and has internal scoring on the cylinder walls and is no good. I called CK auto and gave them the news and they are now telling me sorry for your bad luck we are not going to help you, but they offered to sell me another engine for 1900.00 . Are you kidding me. I will never buy another piece of junk from them again. I advise anyone reading this to buy your used parts elsewhere and not from CK automotive, you’ll be extremely disappointed like I am. Dean S.
I miss when you could go out and get your own stuff from the vehicles in these types of yards but you can't anymore so they want to charge you astronomical prices might as well just order a new one
Today Mark helped me find a part that I've been meaning to get taken care of for awhile and was a real gent.

To make long story short. Due to loss of communication between insurance and ck auto, we were told CK would be at lake on Monday 21st right after lunch to pick up our camper that was totaled on August 1st due to storm. After not hearing from them and it being 1:45, I got ahold of Devin, he explained they weren't coming tell Tuesday, was never a plan to come Monday. I explained to him that we drove 3 hours and both took time off work to have it ready to go, it needed to be picked up today. He then called me back and said he would send someone, Christopher was 3 hours south of Bismarck, he got back to Bismarck got another truck and came up to the lake, he was here had our camper hooked up and back on the road by 7 pm. The service was excellent, FAST to fix a problem that wasn't completely ( if any of )their fault and 2 nice guys to deal with. I would definitely refer anyone to them, looking for auto salvage, parts ect...
Shout out to Mark and CK Auto for quick response when my auto battery died near their shop. Sent someone in minutes to jump my car and let me get off the road at no charge. I will definitely seek repair/service at CK Auto in the future.
Don't ever buy parts through this company! I ordered a part through CK, the part did not work right. I got a new part that did work from elsewhere and had the labor done elsewhere. CK refused to do anything about the unusable part they sold me! Now I am out $300 and sitting with a bad part that I couldn't use, one that no one can use! They did not honor their written warranty. Go elsewhere for your parts; your pocketbook will fair better!
I have bought multiple used engines, transmissions, and other drivetrain parts from CK Auto, and have always have been completely happy with parts, and their services. Mark and Devin are awesome to work with, and Dan will get you loaded up and on the road. Thanks guys!

Devon and Carson are amazingly resourceful. I needed a very small part and they accommodated me like it was a priority to find it for me. Which they did it in a very short time.

I needed a small part for my vehicle and the parts stores did not have it. It was suggested I go to the dealership and have it special ordered. I went to CK Auto and they had the part for me. The guys there were very helpful and came through for me.

Locally owned and operated. Very awesome and friendly service and its a buy here pay here dealership. Salesman Perales even gives me a call from time to time to see if in interested in new cars that have just arrived. Its good how much he keeps customers in mind.

I called CK Auto about getting a used headlight assembly. They had one in stock, but it wasn't the best quality front lens, so I couldn't use it.
What I really needed from the headlight assembly was the wiring harness itself due to mine being fried. Rather then selling me the entire assembly, they were able to get me only the wiring harness for a great price!
If you are specific to what you need, they will do their best to work with you on getting that part if it is available! Will definitely check with them before I go anywhere else for new or used parts.
Great experience, had my parts and sold them to me cheaper than quoted on the phone, got my 1000.00 4wd issue fixed on my truck for about 145.00. Happy to do business with these guys. A+++ I buy and flip cars, I know where I'm going for parts for now on!

Do NoT buy a vehicle from this “scam operation” I bought a BMW, and they gave me a inspection from 2012. Then they tell me they would Fedex a inspection sheet, at no charge. I’ve been waiting for weeks. I’ve had my vehicle for over two months and am unable to get it registered. Technically I shouldn’t drive it. The tires were all dry rotted, so replaced that. The battery was dead so as soon as I made the drive back to Minot the car wouldn’t start until that was replaced. To boot the gentleman there is extremely rude when I call to discuss these problems.
CK Auto was incredible with the purchase of our Murano. The vehicle had an issue with the steering a few weeks after we bought it. We were quoted $2900 to have it fixed at the Nissan dealership. I let CK Auto know of the issue, and without hesitation he told me to bring it to them, and that they would fix it. They gave us a loaner and within a couple of days it was fixed. I will definitely let them know the next time we are buying a vehicle.
If I could give a zero I would. The man that helped me (I think his name was mike or mark). Was so rude to me. How can you run a business with people like that working there. I needed a part but then came to the conclusion that I wouldn’t be buying it. I only used up about 3 minutes of his time but he seemed to think that that was too much and told me to not come there and waste his time and ended on my dad when he tried consulting with him. I will never be going back there I am beyond livid.
Need a part for my 2007 Monte Carlo. Neither Chevrolet dealership in town had what I needed and it would be 4 business days to get it in. CK had the part I needed and the price was great. Everyone I talked to was friendly.
Called about a part for a 2000 Chevy because GM no longer makes it. CK was able to tell me they had it over the phone and had it waiting when I arrived. Fast, friendly, and professional service.
