Employee was knowledgeable about his work and very helpful with my problem.

The two women putting away stock seemed to have no interest in me as a customer and let me stand at the register for five minutes. I had a package to be sent UPS which seemed like a major ordeal and I had to INSIST that they scan it before I left the store. I WAS going to purchase some items for my vehicles but didn't want to disturb thier routine as they apparetnly considerd that the REASON the store was there was to provide them with a job.

One hour before leaving for vacation we had battery problems. It was 97 degrees outside and their uniforms are long sleeve and black!! The gentleman that help me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service was his goal as well as getting us on the road ASAP!! Thank you Mr. Ernie!!
