They dont deserve the 1 star im giving them but...Google. Believe the 1 star reviews. I am sitting at 21 Motors as I type this. It's my 2nd trip down here. I was here about a month ago for a back passenger side door. They brought out the back drivers side door which I did not notice at the time. I got the door home & put it in my building until my paint guy could get to it. Thats when realized they had sold me the wrong door. I called them & they still had the back passenger side door on the same car that the wrong came off of. I was not asking for a refund. All I asked was to exchange one door for the other OFF THE SAME DAMN CAR. The one I needed was $20 more which I had no problem giving them $20 more. I would've given them an extra $20 for the trouble of EXCHANGING doors from THE SAME DAMN CAR. Nope. Sold as is & my fault she got the wrong door after telling her 3 times over the phone & another 3 times in person. This was the first time I had ever gone to a junk yard for parts. She does this for a living. Again, not asking for a refund just a simple swap of doors FROM THE SAME DAMN CAR. On top of being unreasonable ( they werent losing anything by exchanging) the woman behind the counter is rude as hell. As soon as I get the door I need & roll out of this place, I will not be back. I suggest you dont bother bc judging by the reviews, screwing people over is their business model. Even if you get a part under warranty & bring your receipt they wont honor it. They sure as hell wont do something as reasonable as swapping the wrong door for the right door OFF THE SAME DAMN CAR. Screw these people. It's not worth coming down here & having to deal with rudeness & ridiculousness. Go elsewhere
Recently purchased a used side mirror for a 2014 Acura TL from 21motors.
I've dealt with automotive salvage yards from a business standpoint for nearly 20 years and my biggest complaint is how behind the times most of them are as far as digital communication.
I spoke with them on the phone regarding a part they showed available on "Car-Part" and they were very straightforward and helpful.
21Motors texted me photos of the actual part within 24 hours and I was thoroughly impressed. Once confirmed; the part was immediately shipped out and I had it very soon thereafter.
Outstanding communication, peerless customer service and expedited shipping that was packaged perfectly and safely.
I'm hoping that if I need parts in the future they will them.
What a great experience. 21Motors is so far ahead of the game in an industry that needs to get with the times.
Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Called ahead to check for 99-04 Mustangs. Specifically for headlights, and front bumper cover. This incredibly rude Lady answered the phone and I asked if they had any. The entire time speaking she had the most distasteful tone, and cut me off several times. She asked if mine was a 99, and I said that it was 2003, but those specific parts between those years are easily interchangeable. I didn’t even get to finish that sentence before she cut me off and said “no my interchange system tells me what fits.” Before hanging up on me. You guys need to hire someone that for one, doesn’t treat customers like this, because it also just lost you guys a sale. and two, get someone that actually knows what they are talking about and what parts fit what vehicles. If you’re a potential customer reading this, there are much better places and people to give your money to. Update: went and purchased some headlights from a 99 mustang and guess what, they fit! It’s almost as if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.
Lady didn’t honor warrant even after showing her the receipt with the part my name and how much I paid she said I was missing a small piece of paper with I’m pretty sure was the a transaction piece ridiculous honestly
The woman are lazy and liars I went there today and there are 4 woman in office my granddaughter had to use the bathroom she 5 years old they said they didn't have a bathroom there that's one lie the lady said gas station down the road the was a gas station but no bathroom 2 lie I have bought stuff from them before but after them doing my little granddaughter like that to hell with 21 motors the owner needs to change there employees or I personally will spread rumor about them lies I will not go back there ever again I hope they lose business and close there doors
The "lady" who answered the phone was very rude when I was trying to order a part. Flat out told me the part I had was wrong and I didnt know what I was talking about.
The experience while I was there was pleasant, everyone was happy to help and were ready to find the part I needed. The experience after was terrible.
While I was in the process of paying for the part, Angel, the woman that was working at the front desk, affirmed me that I had 30 days to make a return and even told me that sometimes the restock fee was waived. I directly asked Angel if I was dumb and bought the wrong part if I could return it, she told me yes.
One day later I look at the part closer and see I bought the wrong part but it was raining so I didn't bother trying to return the part. Two days after purchase, I was told I could not return the part because of what I had planned to do with it. I reminded Angel that she personally confirmed that I could return it, she told me flatly that I could not bring it back, even if I never even touched the part besides looking at it.
I literally never moved the part I bought from where I placed it in my back seat, and I can't return it because of what why I wanted it. I will never return to this business and will actively tell all friends and family to never go here.
This place was horrible. The woman working behind the counter completely lied to me and sold me the wrong part and refused to take it back. After telling me I had a 30 day warranty. This place needs to get better staff that do not go back on their word And I am surprised people like that are allowed to get away with it
Drove down from Canada for a truck cab, was exactly as explained. They did send me current photos which made the long distance purchase a lot easier. The guys were great and incredibly fast loading it!
awful! i own my own business i went in to get a wheel for resale. The “lady” was very very rude! She said i thought you were getting the wheel for your son! i said no i’m getting it for resale! i understand it’s used but it has marks all over it and no discount for that. They also give you a free tire to dispose of, BAD BUSINESS
Bought an amp, installed and didnt work. Initiated return and was supposed to be reached out too. Called again and was apparently 3 days out of warranty. Junk yard across the board. Employees, parts, etc. are all inoperable
Be wary of the parts you buy from them. Don’t expect them to help out after they told you it was in good working order. The parts may be worse than the part you’re trying to replace. So just avoid them if at all possible. It will cost you more time and money than it’s worth.
These people don’t stand behind there parts and are unwilling to help remedy any issues. Just wasted a lot of time and money paying a shop to install a faulty rear differential
It's a long story and unfortunately, there's nothing good to say about the experience. Would recommend other businesses with more integrity and better customer service.

If you want to sell scrap metal, They will only pay for steel. Technically, they will buy your copper aluminum, etc. But they will just give a scrap steel price. But there is always an employee there to help you unload. A few months ago I purchased a used fuel pump from them that was defective. It was almost a week later when I went to return it, and was a little worried that they wouldn't give me another one seen as how the one I got was the only one that they had at the time. But since I had the receipt there was absolutely no problem at all and exchanging it. I had to wait three or four days for them to take another one off of a vehicle, but totally worth it for the money I was saving. That's really the only experience I have on the used parts side but refreshingly was a positive one.
Great place to buy used auto parts. the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Priced just right. Would definitely make the 5hr drive to buy from them again.
Couldn't have been happier with my experience. I bought a pair of H3 seats and center console, paid for them over the phone and picked them up a few days later. Items were ready when I arrived and in excellent condition. Before I bought them, the employees went out of their way to get additional pictures sent to me. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you!
Drove a over a hour after calling to purchase door panels. They told me they where available a price and a cut off time .I arrive on time to then find that the panels where not in useable condition.
Traveled from Va over 3 hours away to pick up a hitch for my VW. Paid for it 3 days prior..once i arrived it was pulled and ready to go. Even worked with me and met me on a holiday. Great price too. Thanks guys!
I called the day before to see if they had the part I needed. The woman who answered was very helpful. She found the part I needed and we talked about the price. I went up today to get the part and they were very busy. I told them who l was and she remembered who l was. She sent someone to get the part and the price was better than everyone else's. Part is in great shape with no issues. I would go again if l needed something else. I drove 35 miles and still saved money. Thank you 21 Motors. D. Ramsey
I paid for a winshield online 5 minutes later i called to cancel order the refused to cancel order told me i can take it or leave it. They did finally make it right but after frustration
I usually don't write reviews... but I had a great experience at 21 Motors. Billie was very helpful and knowledgable at the front desk in helping me get the parts I needed. Everyone that I came in contact with was polite and accommodating! I highly recommend 21 Motors to anyone that needs a car part for their vehicle.
Top notch Customer Service. I love the home town feel of the place and the office is like a mini museum. I also love how even if they do not have your part they will help you find it somewhere else.. Not to mention they all ways seem to be the cheapest.
