Absolutely outstanding. When I called, the owner had just landed having returned from vacation. He dropped everything to accommodate me and had my car picked up and dropped off in no time. Rusty of Reliable Towz came through for me in the winter! I had been driving my car and something suddenly happened to my tire. I pulled off to the side of the road to find the tire had completely come off my rim. I called Reliable Towz for help at such a late hour in the evening, and he still came to my rescue! Rusty of Reliable Towz has rescued me on more than one occasion! He towed my PT Cruiser to the garage of my choice when the motor seized on a back road. Additionally, he recently unlocked my car when I accidentally hit the automatic lock button after exiting my vehicle when the car was still running. From a woman’s perspective, he was prompt- arriving within 20 minutes, efficient, and kind, and he didn’t make me feel foolish for my mistake. My vehicle was unlocked without damage.
