My experience working with Joey and everyone I interacted with at Mitchell's was awesome. They took their time to explain my options and answer any questions I had. As far as timing, they came through as expected. The actual work performed made my truck look brand new and for a fraction of the price I was quoted from others within a 30 mile radius. I hope I never need them again but if I ever need body shop work done they have a customer. Before and after in the pictures.

I was impressed at the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating as well because they stored my car for almost one month because I was unexpectedly called out of town. My car was repaired and they also cleaned the interior and washed the windows. They went above and beyond! They have all my future auto repair business!

Michell's recently repaired some faulty paintwork on my black Mercedes. The paint work is perfect! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a place in which I felt very comfortable taking my car. I appreciate that they worked to schedule my car to be done while I was on vacation. They even stayed open a little past closing on a Friday so that I could pick up my car. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Mitchell’s did a great job. Even through my tantrums they were processional, polite & reassuring. Parts did take awhile to come in but Joey did his absolute best to have them in a timely manner-unfortunately we can’t control 3rd parties. A massive buck hit my jeep & did major damage. Now she’s back good as new (even CLEANED!!!)

I wanted to personalize my vehicle, and they did a beautiful job replacing my “make” emblem and “model” words. Not to mention when I got my vehicle back, I noticed the floor had been vacuumed and they wiped down everything. I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn’t expecting that. Most importantly everyone was professional and the price was very reasonable! I’ll be going again for future vehicle changes.

I would like to update my review and commend Dawson's Collision for ensuring my needs were met. I was involved in a fender bender and chose this company to do the repairs. My insurance company only covered my rental for 30 days and failed to extend the rental period due to car my not being finished by the 30th day. They found more damage after the car was suspended which pushed the date back. Dawson's Collision offered to cover my rental until the repair work was complete. They put me in a rental (the same day) until my car was ready. In addition, they covered my battery replacement fee. I am happy with the service I have received from this company and I appreciate this company for ensuring I was taken care of while they were servicing my vehicle.
