DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! This man is a crook! He was supposed to relocate 2 of my vehicles from my home to a shop 10mi away. He tried to charge me over $400 claiming the location between my home and the shop was 35 miles away and he charges $6 per mile. When I told him no, he lied and said he already had my vehicles hooked up so I had to pay something. Then charged $8 more because “he forgot cashapp has a fee”. This man is a criminal!!! Don’t use him!
My son's' car broke down in the middle on nowhere on his way home from college and the insurance company contacted this outfit. They refused to drop the car off at the designated repair shop and demanded $100 overnight storage fee. The repair shop was in the town where they drove my son to meet us and 20+ minutes away from where they were taking the car to store it overnight. It made no sense at all and eventually he took off with our car. The absolute worst. What kind of person extorts someone in their time of desperation? If given the choice of being stuck on the side of the highway in the middle of the night or working with this company, I would strongly recommend staying on the side of the road.
USSA requested them to tow my car that hit a deer off I85 near Butner NC . 3 hours later they cancelled. Can not and will not recommend. USSA informed.
State farm contacted this company when my son's truck was broken into. Told we'd have a 50 - 85 minute wait. Called back at the 90 minute mark to be title their driver was in Virginia and they couldn't help us in Durham. Why then did you take the service call from State Farm.
Person I spoke to was very rude and condescending as if it was my fault his driver was out of the area.
Reported same to State Farm so others don't have this same useless wait.
These guys helped me out when on Christmas Day when I had 2 flat tires and no one else was around. Very thankful they were nearby and knew what they were doing.
Quinn is as a lifesaver!!! He’s the best out there. My door was locked with no battery and my car is push to start. He made a way to get inside of the car without the key. Thank you so much for your help today. I will be a returning customer 🫶🏾😌
