I bought one engine from this place and it was completely bad I don't know how long this engine was on the rain it was completely locked up then they replace it with a different engine and it also has an issue with the timing change and a knock knock on the crankshaft then they never get your money back this is the worst place to buy if you don't want to lose money and have a bad experience don't never buy from this place
These guys are absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to send me pictures and locate what I needed above and beyond the Call of Duty, I would absolutely send anybody to them! There's a lot of businesses that could learn from them. Thank you Willie and your staff!
Very poor customer service, called them severally for two parts and they told me their prices after tax, we agreed and they told me they would call me to come pickup the parts when it’s ready. Fast forward to 48hrs (2days) later, I called back since I didn’t get to hear back from them, the lady on the other side end then told me I had to pay for a deposit before they would pull out the parts for me, that didn’t sit well with me because it too 24hrs for them to relay this info to me, so if I hadn’t called? Just this Monday, I picked up a part from them without any prior deposit and all of a sudden they changed their policy by Friday (according to someone who claimed to be the manager). I called Wagner Auto Salvage and got the parts, asked me to come pickup before 5pm and I headed there right away.
Deals on wheels is by far the best salvage yard around! They went above and beyond to find the part I needed, and pulled it for me. And texted me a photograph of the part! The most important and helpful part was the salesperson Quita at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and one of the kindest people I’ve dealt with both over the phone and in person when I came to pick up the part! I can’t give enough praise to Quita! She made the whole experience so wonderful and so simple! She had an amazing attitude and personality, you could tell she actually cared about her customers and was a joy to talk to while waiting for my part to be brought up front. 10/10 would definitely recommend Deals on Wheels in Zebulon, over any of the other salvage yards or scrap yards around. The prices were better than most of the other places I called, and they all required you to pull the part off of the vehicle yourself, where deals on wheels does all of that for you, and still charged less than the competitors in the area! If you need a part for your vehicle, call deals on wheels in Zebulon and ask for Quita! You won’t regret it! She deserves more than 5 stars but that’s the maximum unfortunately, and if I were her supervisor…..I would be giving her a raise, immediately lol!

I just showed up looking for a wheel, (my rim was cracked) and they helped me tremendously. They didn't have the part; however, they took the time to write down options of other places that might. Then he went over how to make sure that I got the right one. (How to Measure) I tried to give him a tip and he refused it. I asked him why, and he replied "cause I couldn't help you." Well, he DID help me cause 3 hours later ($50 instead of $350) I had the correct part mounted on my tire! What did he earn you ask?? .. my future business!!! Highly recommend!
It took 2 days to get a part pulled which a the beginning, I was notified it would only take about 2 hours. Not a good place! I would never shop there again,
Waited all day for them to call me back about a window I need after being initially told it would be ready in a few hours. I first called at 829am. They never called and when I finally called back at 415pm, they told me they were unable to remove the window so now I need to find one elsewhere.
Bought a transmission for a customers vehicle been doing this 10 plus years it and NOBODY around here pulls out a transmission for you before you put down a deposit. DEALS ON WHEELS did !! I picked it up between my break from school no issues with these guys whatsoever. WILL BE SHOPPING AGAIN =)
