Wow! Amazing experience! My tire busted in as my daughter and I were traveling on the highway. Austyn came super quick and put on my doughnut. We were back on the rode in no time. I’m so grateful and I highly recommend!!!
Before the driver even came i let him know on the phone that my car was lowered and he needed ramps to get me on the flat bed.
When he showed up he realized my car was just as low as i said and he asked if i had a spare.
I said yes- BUT i have a sub hooked in the back. He asked “so its wired” i said yes. He asked again so i again said “yes hold on please” and as i was approaching my back seat to start unconnecting it he grabbed the sub box and ripped it out of my car.
Sparks started flying because the wires crossed.
I yelled for him to stop. HE YANK AGAIN!!!!
He was too impatient to wait for me to properly unhook it and took it upon himself to yank it from my car.
What he should have said was that he was uncomfortable trying to put my car on the ramps instead of breaking my shit and saying “i guess youre just having a bad day”.
I called another company to get the tow.
For anyone that requires a tow company you should give Steven's towing a call. I did when I had a break down with my SS Chevy nova that means a lot to me. Steven's showed up on time and was very professional and respectable in handling my car to get it back home for me. I now have this company on speed dial should I need another tow.
I was very pleased with Steven's Towing Services. While waiting for him to arrive, he kept me informed about his expected arrival time. Since I was dealing with an unexpected car issue, I appreciated his on-going communication. When he arrived, he was professional and polite. My daughters car broke down and she requested a tow. Thomas arrived very quickly and did an amazing job. He towed it back home and while he was unloading, we had a great convo. He showed great customer service and truly cared about the customer. Steven’s towing was very helpful. It was a little challenging to get the truck loaded due to brakes not working but my driver, Thomas, managed it well. He even took time for me to change my destination mid route. Great service.
3 hours of delay with no communication, geico reps couldn’t even get ahold of dispatch.why accept a tow then after you accept the time and place reschedule it back an hour every hour, just to have absolutely no form of customer service, for 3 hours no response on the main phone line! what a joke
My roadside assistance company called Steven's Towing. Their tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. The operator was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and had my vehicle taken care of quickly.

Good service. The tow service was dispatched by my insurance company and everything was smooth and with no major issues. Not a five stars though, because their jack was broken and it took a little bit more time for them to figure how to lift my truck to change the tire, but the guy made it happen at the end. They came on-time and took care of my needs. 100% recommended.
Was very impressed with the person who aided me. He was concerned with my safety, being that my flat occurring on a major highway with heavy traffic. This guy was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to help me get my car started after the lock broke and made my security system think I was breaking in my own car. Everytime I turned the key it set off the alarm system! Thank you so much for everything!!
Had to tow my vehicle broke down on Highway 70 at 6:30 am (8/14). While towing plan reps (Allstate) were incompetent in finding my location, the company and tow truck driver reached out to me and found me. The tow was quick, fast, and professional including the driver telling me where to be for safety reasons. A+ on the maneuvers for getting my car in the spot the mechanic wanted it while surrounded by multiple things in the way.

I would highly recommend this company! My Tahoe broke down while I was on the way to Durham from Wilson. The temperature was 27 degrees outside and I had three children in the vehicle. My insurance provider contacted Steven's to tow my truck and the driver Kendall was excellent! He called me on the way, was empathetic and very competent upon arrival. He was extremely nice, easy to talk to and got us squared away immediately. I believe in excellent customer service as my husband owns a business and this company is top notch.
