So not use this company! They charged me 1850$ to pull my truck out of a ditch. It took 1 hour to do. Only had to use his cable on flatbed cuz I got in truck and put in drive and drove it up as he pulled it, and still charged me 1850$ for 1 hour of easy work and a 3 mile drive. UNREAL! Never in my life heard of a tow bill even close to that for under 5 mile tow with no boom or crane needed or came to.job. flatbed only. So he backed up , pulled a cable 20ft to truck, hooked on my front tow bars, and ran the winch while I drove truck and steered it to make his job easier. Took 1 hour and billed me 1850 with a straight face.
Austyn was chill and helpful. Respected my car and my drive way once he dropped it off, making sure to not to scrape the concrete. Definitely knows what he’s doing and does it well. Appreciate the service.

Before the driver even came i let him know on the phone that my car was lowered and he needed ramps to get me on the flat bed.
When he showed up he realized my car was just as low as i said and he asked if i had a spare.
I said yes- BUT i have a sub hooked in the back. He asked “so its wired” i said yes. He asked again so i again said “yes hold on please” and as i was approaching my back seat to start unconnecting it he grabbed the sub box and ripped it out of my car.
Sparks started flying because the wires crossed. I yelled for him to stop. HE YANK AGAIN!!!!
He was too impatient to wait for me to properly unhook it and took it upon himself to yank it from my car.
What he should have said was that he was uncomfortable trying to put my car on the ramps instead of breaking my shit and saying “i guess youre just having a bad day”.
For anyone that requires a tow company you should give Steven's towing a call. I did when I had a break down with my SS Chevy nova that means a lot to me. Steven's showed up on time and was very professional and respectable in handling my car to get it back home for me. I now have this company on speed dial should I need another tow.
I was very pleased with Steven's Towing Services. While waiting for him to arrive, he kept me informed about his expected arrival time. Since I was dealing with an unexpected car issue, I appreciated his on-going communication. When he arrived, he was professional and polite. I would definitely want to use his services again and would highly recommend him.
My daughters car broke down and she requested a tow. Thomas arrived very quickly and did an amazing job. He towed it back home and while he was unloading, we had a great convo. He showed great customer service and truly cared about the customer. Steven’s towing was very helpful. It was a little challenging to get the truck loaded due to brakes not working but my driver, Thomas, managed it well. He even took time for me to change my destination mid route. Great service.
3 hours of delay with no communication, geico reps couldn’t even get ahold of dispatch.why accept a tow then after you accept the time and place reschedule it back an hour every hour, just to have absolutely no form of customer service, for 3 hours no response on the main phone line! what a joke
My roadside assistance company called Steven's Towing. Their tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. The operator was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and had my vehicle taken care of quickly.
Definitely used the same place twice this week and each time, everything went perfectly and smooth. And the person who came was very nice and polite love that!!! Will definitely be using them again. Keep up the good work guys! Thankkkkk you
Good service. The tow service was dispatched by my insurance company and everything was smooth and with no major issues. Not a five stars though, because their jack was broken and it took a little bit more time for them to figure how to lift my truck to change the tire, but the guy made it happen at the end. They came on-time and took care of my needs. 100% recommended.

Had to tow my vehicle broke down on Highway 70 at 6:30 am (8/14). While towing plan reps (Allstate) were incompetent in finding my location, the company and tow truck driver reached out to me and found me. The tow was quick, fast, and professional including the driver telling me where to be for safety reasons. A+ on the maneuvers for getting my car in the spot the mechanic wanted it while surrounded by multiple things in the way.
This is twice now that I have used Steven’s Towing Service for my emergencies. They have been professional, courteous, and very kind and helpful each time. I will continue to use them in the future. Joe, the driver who towed my car, is simply the best!
GEICO roadside assistance sent Joe, from Steven's towing to help me when a flat stranded me on the way to work. Joe was in contact with me to let me know when he would arrive. He was very pleasant and safety was his top priority as I was stuck on a busy, main highway during rush hour. I highly recommend Joe and Steven's Towing.

Within 3 minutes the driver who was also the manager was able to put the car in neutral and start the process of towing the truck. I had been put off for 12 hours by various tow companies in the area that didn't know how to put it into neutral or bring the right truck. I am so grateful for Stevens towing and their wonderful service. I would highly recommend!
I had a flat on my way to taking my kida to school. Joe came out in a timely manner was very kind and had me on my way pretty quickly. Highly recommend for those unfortunate car situations.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars! They damaged my car! I needed a simple tow less than 6 miles from our home. The driver called to advise he was on his way. We handed him the key, he reversed out of our driveway, then put the car on the flatbed and drove off. We got a call from the mechanic shop the next day who told us the key was jammed in the ignition and couldn't be removed. That's not what we sent the car to the mechanic for! They also told us the battery was dead. So apparently, the driver broke the ignition, couldn't turn the car off, so he left it in the middle of the mechanic's yard STILL RUNNING! The mechanic had to jump the battery to move it! I called Steven's and provided them with an estimate on how much it would cost to repair what their driver damaged. Every time I called, the manager "wasn't available". A week later, I get a letter from Steven's saying they would NOT take responsibility! Not one time did I speak to a manager! The driver did not call when he dropped the car off to say that there was an issue! This company will damage your car and then brush you completely off when you try to reach a resolution with them.
I would highly recommend this company! My Tahoe broke down while I was on the way to Durham from Wilson. The temperature was 27 degrees outside and I had three children in the vehicle. My insurance provider contacted Steven's to tow my truck and the driver Kendall was excellent! He called me on the way, was empathetic and very competent upon arrival. He was extremely nice, easy to talk to and got us squared away immediately. I believe in excellent customer service as my husband owns a business and this company is top notch. I am so grateful that Kendall and Steven's Towing had my back today and if I ever have any other issues, I will be using them again. Thank you Kendall for making our experience one of a kind!
