Called to ask for a part. And when I asked for certain part, he said, no, we don't sell that, so I asked, is this a salvage? And Cory said, yes , but we don't sell those, go buy a new one. If it was so easy to find that part , I would have bought it.
Had a great experience with Martin's import salvage. I was having trouble finding a rim for my car after a minor car accident. While at other locations, I had been quoted numbers much higher than I thought reasonable, so I was thrilled when I got a quote that seemed realistic from Martin's. While there was a small mix-up with shipping, Corey was able to help me out and now I'm back on yhe road!
They are the best around I highly recommend to any and everyone very fair honest straight forward guys that work the front desk. I travel 1.5 hours away to come here versus going to local places In the area. Very accommodating and will get you what you need. The first time I came here was to purchase a Toyota truck engine that was listed online in good running condition. When I arrived and told him what I was looking for, he mentioned that when they ran the motor, it ran good, but all of the oil leaked out of a busted line and they shut it off immediately. No one didn’t have to mention this to me And could’ve sold me this motor but they wer honest and let me know And apologized that the listing was not updated online stating that. I just drove here from 1.5 hours away for a part that got lost in the mail twice and I desperately need They showed the truck in stock online, so I drove here without calling first and they immediately pulled the part off and got it to me.BEST AROUND AND YOU CAN TRUST THEM

I have ordered many parts from this place. They are always polite and will go above and beyond. Recently I was in dire need of a part and Don went out of his way to take care of me. It's not often you find a place like this, so I highly recommend you see these folks if you need a part.
We bought a 14 ft by 10 ft pj dump trailer brand new they had the best prices and we got it that day everyone else had a five week lead time on their builds for comparable trailers his son sessez was the best not sure how. To spell it but he was awesome

Horrible service i swear it use to be fast and easy now the workers act so slow like as if they don’t know anything , and such attitude coming from the younger guy at the counter , definitely will make it a hard time for you
They will definitely waste your time.... I called ahead of time to ask for a specific make and model told me the price when I get there they didn't have and gave me an attitude like it was my fault don't waste your time!!!!!

I worked with Homer from Martins Imports and he was so helpful and considerate. He even shipped what I needed to me and sent me photos straight to my phone of the part I needed. I truly recommend this place and the guy I worked with I’m pretty sure his name was homer.
Most Decent people you can work with, very fair priced. Make sure you give them ample time to get a part of the vehicle for you.Also weather is definitely a factor.
Bad!! Sold me a part that was defective and was overall rude. They told me that it was because they had 5 people call in. Then I proceeded to ask if they were hiring and they laughed at me. It hurt my feelings. I would never shop here agian.
If i could leave a review with no stars I would. Not sure about the rest of the staff, but don't talk with Corey. He is rude and disrespectful. Our teenage daughter was going to buy a part for her car and had an accident with a little sibling involving spilled drink on her note. So she simply called back and asked for the VIN# again so could take the few secs to make sure the part matched. After Corey cussing at my teenage daughter and being belittled due to him having to repeat a 2 minute job to sell
a 400$ part he apparently couldnt handle it. I tried to call and handle the situation myself. He was rude and short with me. So I decided to take our business elsewhere. If you have an option to get parts elsewhere do so, they could not care one bit about customer service or in the way they treat teenage girls.
I asked for, and described a part in detail. When I arrived to pick it up, 60 mile drive, it was not the part I described and took a picture of. Instead of getting it for me, I was told I would have to purchase an entire console to get a small plastic ring. I already purchased a few parts to make it worth their while to sell to me, but was not going to be upsold for a small ring.
Not worth the time to haggle over parts when you can get exactly what you want, at a decent price, shipped to your house with ebay. You would think being local would help, but nope.
