I had a very bad experience with these people and do not recommend doing business with them. I had inquired about a part and spoke with them about coming to get it. They told me that they do not pull the parts until you come because they have had too many people not show up after they said they were coming which I understood. I said I was coming Thursday and asked if I should call that morning before I came, and they said no just come on. It was a 40 minute drive to get there and when I arrived they said they couldn't pull the part because their mechanic wasn't there. It would be the next week before they could pull it. Well I was naturally a little bit upset and then the lady that worked in there became rude and nasty to me and told me to just get the part somewhere else. This really set me back because while I could get the part somewhere else it was too late to get it that day and I had planned to work on the car that weekend. The lady's attitude was the worse part.
I've been twice now for some hard to find parts for an old Mitsubishi. The people are great and so are the prices, and this time Wayne went out of his way to make sure I left with a fender in better condition than I expected. Thanks y'all!
This place has the rudest secretary i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I just wanted a part for my car. Ill let that car sit and rust away before I spend one cent with a business with some as rude her working. Its a wonder this place is still in business.
Nine's Auto Parts provided excellent support in all regards. Their website has all of the essentials for easily locating auto parts for all kinds of vehicles nearby and contacting them to place an order. I needed a transmission for my 2000 Dodge Dakota and quickly found 5 used options at amazing low prices. Nine's staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Lindsey and Jamie visually verified that the transmission I wanted was still available. They scheduled delivery on the first available timeslot to my preferred automotive shop (Murray's Tries and Auto Service). Lindsey delivered the transmission herself and ensured it was available within 15 minutes of my truck being dropped off for servicing. GREAT EXPERIENCE by a GREAT TEAM!!!
I WOULD NOT RECCOMMED THIS PLACE TOO NOBODY. THE RETURN POLICY ISNT RIGHT. I BROUGHT A STARTER AND DID NOT EVEN NEED IT. I RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY AND I COULDNT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK. NOR WAS I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT DO RETURN POLICY TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. INSTEAD OF GIVING YOU THE MONEY BACK, STORE CREDIT IS OFFER. IF SOMEONE RETURN A PART BACK AND THEY DIDNT NEED IT, GIVE THE CUSTOMER THERE MONEY BACK. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY.
The lady was nice on the phone. Lots of vehicles to look through. Some are pretty picked though. Decent prices. They don't charge to go in and look at the vehicles like other places do. They do take cards but prefer cash. Called other places and they only did cash. Wear old shoes especially after it rains. There are places that get pretty muddy back there. Also be careful of the tall grasses. I had a lone star tick crawling on me when I got in my car. Other than that I will be back to look for a few things for my older work van. Definitely recommend going for your items you need. The lady seems to know what vehicles she has in the yard when I called before I went.
Purchased a engine for my 1996 Honda Accord from this place and it was leaking oil. Then found out the number 2 piston was bad. Called to and spoke with a man who was very nice about bringing it back and they said when ever I could get it to them that they would check it out. But the car was not drivable at the time. When I was able to get the car back to them Jamie(who I spoke to) was rude and not willing to listen to me and my issue. I would not recommend this place, go somewhere else that will be more professional. Jamie was the person who sold me the engine and she was very nice then when she wanted my money. Do not go to this place!
They didn’t have the part that I was looking for. However, the lady who answered the phone took my number and went out and looked in the yard for the unusual part I needed and called me back promptly. It’s cold out and it was far from being a very profitable part. Thank You! Nine’s is now at the top of my used parts call list.
Woman at the front desk acts inconvenienced whenever someone calls or comes in. Nobody is ever at the scales, the place is poorly managed, and girl behind the counter is rude to everyone. Sorry excuse of a business.

This place is awful. I called inquiring for some parts then told me they were going to check if they had those available....called them back at the end of the day and they lied saying that the person who looks into the parts was not in at the moment. Why would you lie? just be honest with the customers.
It was truly a wonderful experience purchasing parts from Nine’s Auto Salvage in Wake Forest. My Dad bent his front bumper on his truck and the staff gladly took pictures of the bumper they had and sent them to me to ensure the bumper was correct. It was well worth the 3 hour drive to deal with very professional and thoughtful people. I highly recommend them for any of your auto parts needs.
I 've been a customer for almost ten years but sadly will not be returning ever again. Staff at counter completely unaware of inventory. Quoted one price and upon delivery quoted alot higher. Quoted 100 dollars for a rusty old shortblock. Once engine was pulled they wanted to charge me 250. Engine was locked from rust but they still wanted more. They said that I was playing them. Worst customer service i have ever encountered. Don't changed the price on me just because you didnt reach your sales goal for the day. My advice. Find a better yard that strives for customer service not greed. If you take care of the customer they wil take care of you. This place is sorry. Sorry. Sorry.
An awesome yard staffed by really friendly people. They have this little donor car to travel around so you dont risk your tires. Easy to access scales for selling a car. Great prices, accurate database for car searching, staff available to pull parts if you need. No hesitation to recommend.
First place I call for parts. They've often had all the parts I needed for the right price and have delivered them to my house for no extra charge. The parts they haven't had they even pointed me to other salvage yards or specialty stores in town. Plus they're open on Saturday!
The staff are nice over the phone but to your face they don't care called them before I went asked if they had hitch for my van and they said yes then I arrive and ask them again and they say yeah we have plenty they didn't have a single one them I tell them and they don't even acknowledge that I said anything about it and if you want a part you better plan to lug it with your tools they don't offer a wheel barrow this place sucks will never do business with them ever again
Nine's is awesome. The ladys up front are friendly and more than helpful. They had a part ready for me by the time i arrived and even drove me across the 30 acres of cars they have to look at additional parts. If you need parts for everything, the car is more than likely there
