  Beware! They have NO security whatsoever at the vehicle storage place on White St. in Wake Forest. Your things may get stolen. My husband and I were in a collision that totaled our car, so the Wake Forest PD had our car towed by S & S. After both of us being in the hospital for 5 days due to injuries, we went to retrieve our possessions from our car and they had been stolen - a few hundred dollars worth of things - including a camera with pictures that cannot be replaced. No one even acknowledged we were there or asked for ID when we pulled in, so I imagine it would be very easy to steal from the cars there. Despite the fact that the gates are "locked" and there are signs stating there are security cameras in use, that is not the case. When a detective went to investigate, the man in the run down, smoke-filled office told him the cameras "are not working." How convenient. The detective also told me these places have to meet certain requirements in order to be on the rotation for accidents, etc. I would hate for anyone else to go through this sort of thing like we did - especially after being in such a traumatic accident. If you are able, chose a different towing company.

  I had S & S Towing tow my car about a month ago when i broke down. The nicest driver helped me and after taking my car to my mechanic when gave me a ride home. In all my years driving this has never happened. Wonderful people at S & S Towing.

  PLEASE NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! I called for a tow to my house at 8 am. Was told driver was dispatched and ETA 15 min. My wife was waiting to leave for work until they got there so she could sign for tow. 30 min. later she said no one has come yet. I called S&S again. Said driver on the way ETA another 15--20 mins. I told him she needs to leave for work and they are already 15 min late from what was told. 20 mins later still no one has come. I called again and told them she needs to leave and if not there in 5 mins we have to cancel tow. Guy on phone said he would have the driver call my wife immediately to give location. 5 mins later no one called she had to leave. I called again to S&S to cancel tow. Someone kept answering the phone then hanging up. I called several times. My wife was not home anymore and I did not want them towing my car if no one was there. Finally 20 mins later the driver called my wife's phone. He said he was just dispatched to this call. He said no one ever called him. This was unprofessional and immature to hang up on me several times. My wife was hour and half late for work because of this.

  Service was great and they worked with me on the price. Their affiliated shop(Michael's Repairs) they took me to was very good and replaced my belt within an hour. I live 40 miles away so I was very appreciative. Thank you for the good service.
