Nicks Towing was a good price; much lower than the two other quotes I gathered over the phone that day. Nicks was professional, understanding, and quick to tow my car in downtown Raleigh. The tower showed up with a flatbed rig. I highly recommend.
This guy is professional. My tire popped and AAA was absolutely no help on a Saturday afternoon. They said they’d barely be able to get to me (in the center of Raleigh mind you) and if they could, the car would have to sit in a lot till they could replace the tire on Monday. Meanwhile, I called Nick and he came to the rescue and was on the way immediately and got me to the nearest discount tire just before they closed (with time to spare tbh) so moral of the story is, call Nick, he’s a great guy

Truly the BEST towing company! After calling a bunch of places, we thought we were out of luck. This guy shows up and goes the extra mile, changing the battery and preventing us from having to go to the dealership.
We are from WV and we were rear ended in NC. Being out of state with my sister, mom, and 4 month old daughter, we were concerned about my car. Nick was at the accident to tow the other car. When I asked him if he thought my car could be driven, he got right out, went to look at my car, and put my car back together without hesitation. Nick was the kindest person and my family will never forget him. When a day was pretty awful in a state we weren’t familiar with, Nick remind us there are good people who exist in this world! I was driving with my elderly parents and 3 small children to meet my husband in Carolina Beach. My Suburban broke down on the side of Hwy 40 in the middle of nowhere. I called Nick and he was there in 30 mins. He helped getting my elderly mother into the truck, helped with the kids, and reassured me that everything was good and made sure I was ok. He offered to take us 55miles to Wilmington to the dealership so off we went. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Nick. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick at Nick’s Towing! When my Tesla’s right front tire blew out, I was understandably stressed, especially since I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find low-profile tires. Nick came to the rescue super fast—within about an hour!
He was cheerful, informative, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. He even suggested that I call around to check for tire availability before deciding on a tow location, which was incredibly helpful.
