Clutch had a surprise issue driving home and I couldn’t get into a gear coming off the highway, so I ended up stuck in neutral on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance took forever finding somebody so I looked for another option, saw Nick’s had great reviews, and after calling him up he was there in 20 minutes. An absolute lifesaver compared to waiting endlessly on roadside assistance. Super friendly guy, the ride back was great and saved what was a terrible night for me! Price was also very reasonable, especially given how quickly he helped me out. Overall a great experience amidst a stressful situation, Nick is the man.
I have to speak from experience, the best towing service in the Raleigh area. First of all, a real solid professional. I'm from western NC. The tire on my Mercedes blew out, I didn't have the studs to put the spare on. He went back to his shop to get the roll back, returned roadside, took my car to a tire shop, then took me to my destination to see my grands. THIS company is a MUST CALL if you need assistance on the highway. Skilled and solid. They get it done. Great pricing, good solid equipment. Great people. They were the answer to my prayer
P. S. The other companies that advertise 24 hour service could not or would not come out. Even IMAP doesn't do 24 hour assistance. Imagine that

Had such an amzaing experience!! Got rid of my 2012 Jeep Patriot that was no longer running. They arrived within 35 mins after of me calling. Nicks Towing was a good price; much lower than the two other quotes I gathered over the phone that day. Nicks was professional, understanding, and quick to tow my car in downtown Raleigh. The tower showed up with a flatbed rig. I highly recommend.
This guy is professional. My tire popped and AAA was absolutely no help on a Saturday afternoon. They said they’d barely be able to get to me (in the center of Raleigh mind you) and if they could, the car would have to sit in a lot till they could replace the tire on Monday. Meanwhile, I called Nick and he came to the rescue and was on the way immediately and got me to the nearest discount tire just before they closed (with time to spare tbh) so moral of the story is, call Nick, he’s a great guy

Can’t say enough good things about Nick and his above and beyond personal service and help during a very stressful time. He was prompt and helped us navigate a very complicated breakdown. He volunteered to assist us in ways that really are unheard of in today’s world. Without sharing all details , Nick ended up towing us 2 1/2 hours to get us home which at the time seemed impossible. He was so personable and professional the entire time. We had great conversation the entire trip and I told him he’s now part of the family. We are from WV and we were rear ended in NC. Being out of state with my sister, mom, and 4 month old daughter, we were concerned about my car. Nick was at the accident to tow the other car. When I asked him if he thought my car could be driven, he got right out, went to look at my car, and put my car back together without hesitation. Nick was the kindest person and my family will never forget him. When a day was pretty awful in a state we weren’t familiar with, Nick remind us there are good people who exist in this world!
