I go as far as they say thank you to Carl and Mario they have been in the business forever have a tremendous knowledge of vehicles all vehicles from old and new and they could tell you what we’ll work and won’t work and they know backward compatibility to part numbers .the entire staff are just the best the best better than any dealership that I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been in the automotive business for over 35 years, there’s no other guys like this group and they have trained there people to be just as efficient as they are.GOD bless the entire crew
TRASH!!! Delivered a part, was told I could write a check. Guy gets here and will not take a check. Gave him a credit card instead. Will not take a credit card. Horrible customer service, trash parts, do not use.
Super professional and really nice. I forgot the gentleman's name, but he waited for me to get there to get some headlights when I got stuck in traffic. Quick, easy transaction and helpful staff. Thanks guys!
Do not but parts from this place they will sell anything saying that it will fit the car and when it dosemt they make it a hassle to return. Go to APO instead.

CertiFit is my go-to before I look for body parts or light housings anywhere else. The fog light I most recently replaced is fantastic in fit and appearance!
This place is a complete joke. I called and asked about a used car part and I was appalled when the price he gave me was $200+ more than the dealership for a brand new part. Don’t let this place take advantage of you be sure to do your research before purchasing from this company or you may be paying more than average.
Been doing business with them at this location for lots of years. ..The Manager Mario is the best and his team are Always helpful and professional and I like the Capa parts line as good as the factory orginal in fit and finish ...good price and availability of body replacement parts at a price point that won't break the bank !!!
Very bad customer service. I have the worst customer service ever. The employee had a bad attitude, he was slapping on the counter making a loud noise. I was complaining about a standard part that he was trying to sell it for a capa price. He was actually shouting on me with no reason.
I’m a regular customer and I was doing business with Certifit for a couples years but after what happened I rather go to frontier than deal with such person.
Certifit had exactly what I needed for the best price! I had been looking for a few days when someone suggested to call Certifit. It was the best advice that I received for weeks!

They told me to come down there and fill out an application because they were in need of a parts delivery driver. I drove 10 miles there, and the guy at the counter says, "You can't fill out an application unless you brought in your diving record"! I told him that I was not informed to bring my driving record and that I assumed it was the company's responsibility to obtain those things? I asked to speak to the person in charge and was informed that he would tell me the same thing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I won't be back.
Friendly, efficient service. Mario was a wonderful person behind the counter. Knew his job, friendly and VERY patient with customers...on and off the phone. Props to him, an asset to the company!!!
I originally left a 1 star review for this business but today I am updating it to a full 5 stars. These guys have really turned around every aspect of their business and I couldn't ask for me.
Waited at the counter while the person was constantly on the phone. Probably took 45 minutes start to finish and should have Been 10 minutes. While you have potential customers on the phone, I am standing there with money in hand. I am a customer, not a potential customer. If I could have purchased my part somewhere else, I would have left.
These guys are great! I called ahead, told them the part I needed, 2004 toyota camry driver's side fender because I knew I was going to arrive 5 minutes before they closed at 5:30. They said no problem. I pulled in 7 minutes before they are going to close, and the part is there ready for me to buy. . . and then it dawns on me. I gave them the car model of the car I had bought the day before, not my car, that I was currently driving, and that actually needed the fender. I apologized profusely, and they said no problem. I was out the door by 5:28, with my $42 fender for the 2005 Honda Accord. They are great, understanding, and professional.
My FIrst Experience was Very Poor and Very Unprofessional to me I was Quoted a Price on Friday 9/15/17 between 130-200 for 3 Items Headlight,Front Grille and Radiator Support Priced about $152.00 being cheaper then the other shops I called...Frontier (Durham),Keystone LKQ (Greensboro), Holland (Lynchburg) arrived Monday morning at 7:45 to pickup these parts but they don't open til 8:30 after working my night shift job and driving 1hour and 20mins bc I'm from Danville Va took a nap for 30 mins went in and was waited on by JONATHAN THAT HAS A VERY SHARP ACCENTS AND IS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND...So now the same items became higher Headlight, Front Grille and Radiator Support $246.00 so I'm like that isn't the Quoted I was given Friday...So basically I left from Danville, VA came to Morrisville, NC FOR NOTHING A WASTED TRIP I WASTED MY GAS,TIME,ENERGY AND BREATHE AND THE ONLY THING THE (GM) MARIO COULD DO IS BE APOLOGETIC (REALLY)
best place to get any car parts that are needed. Great prices and plenty to chose from. I got head light for much much cheaper then any online store. The online store prices were double of what I paid at Certifit.
Awesome place and staff! They had exactly what we needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When ordering they gave us options on the different parts. They ensured we had everything we needed and verified we had the correct parts before we left.
My experience at certfit was perfect from the assistance to the handling of the product. I believe the guy name was kieth he was very helpful and knowledgeable so I'm definitely coming back and telling everyone at my job about this place. It was a great atmosphere. Thanks certfit
Great customer service and very good selection of in stock parts for any car need. Call ahead of time and they can even hold posts for you to come pick up. Worth a call or stop if you are in the area
This is a great parts store for new parts should you ever need it. I went there not realizing that the part that I needed for my Buick was going to be brand new, I thought they were like a salvage yard because the price for my part was so low. But when I got there and opened the box, I was surprised to see that the part was shiny and brand new. I would recommend them to everyone that I know. Their service was phenomenal too. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Montez, who was very helpful and assisted me with getting the right part for my car! Thank you Montez for helping my stressful day to get a little better with your kindness.
