  Chad and the guy that towed my car was very nice, but be prepared to pay high prices. $555 total for my car to sit over the weekend in their lot. I was also charged a full day for Monday even though I picked my car up when they opened. You can not get your car out of the lot on the weekend either which I was not aware of. Very nice people, but as most towing places go it is not cheap.

  I needed my car towed on a flat bed, and when I called, I got Chad. Super nice guy, very helpful. Great communication! Chad gave me a time, and Roger showed up, right in that window. Roger got my car hooked up and ready to go. Roger was just as friendly as Chad. I enjoyed talking to him. Roger is an asset to your company. I will be using Wall's Towing in the future, and will also recommend them to anyone needing a tow. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this company. 10 stars! Beth Wilson Raleigh, NC

  Walls Towing was on time. Driver was knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt my car was in good hands. I went through AAA roadside so can't remark on cost but I am saving their number, just in case.

  10 out of 10!!! Super friendly and fast to respond! I got my car stuck in the mud and called them to tow me out and they where at my door in lest then 20 minutes! Extremely professional and not to mention fair pricing! Had my car out the mud in less then 10 minutes and I was on my way like I never got stuck! I highly recommend

  Shout out to the guy who towed my 2004 ford explorer today from Raleigh to Hillsborough! He was super prompt and super friendly! He asked if i needed to ride with the vehicle to the Hillsborough location as well. I didn't need to but atleast he asked. And when i got to the other shop in Hillsborough, they told me that he was super nice to them too! Now my service was through AAA. And that makes it even better. Because they treated me just like i was paying top price. I definitely recommend their service to anyone in their area. I think my driver was named "Roger". Please keep being a good example of great customer service Roger because it's truly appreciated!

  Highly recommended! Had a flat bed truck tow a lifted Jeep to a mechanic a decent distance. Myles was the driver, and was friendly and familiar with lifted vehicles. Secured the vehicle and got it there with no issues. Can't imagine anything could have made the experience better.

  Needed to have a forklift moved before the snow storm came in. Saw the good reviews for Walls and gave them a call. Chad was able to have someone out within an hour and once Myles got there, he was awesome. Everything was strapped down well and it made the hour drive back home safely. Thanks again guys. Will call again.

  had a issue with tire continually going flat. Went to tire shop and they couldn't find leak. Roadside guy came out and was able to pinpoint the leak in the valve stem. He put air on tire and didn't try to upcharge me on service not needed. I will definitely keep in my phone as a tow company

  At 5:48 pm I put in a request for a tow through AAA due to my brakes going out on me while driving on a super busy interstate. At 6:08 Miles, the driver, was pulling up to pick me up. Miles I personally want to say thank you. I’m sure this review won’t possibly be able to describe the level of professionalism, and customer service you’ve shown to my son and I. I would recommend this company to anyone. The reviews are 100 percent accurate.   I called AAA this morning as my truck broke down in the middle of the street. Wall's Towing responded and was fast - faster than the estimated time for a tow. The driver Miles, was awesome and really helped me out. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Honestly these guys were awesome!!! Me not knowing what to do, they helped me get my car towed and actually found a local tire place with fix my flat. SO HELPFUL would have not known what to do without these guys, my mom was so happy to have them help me!

  This was the best AAA experience! This company has an employee by the name Myles and he came quick and he got my tire changed in no time and gave me information to be able to get another one! On a Sunday! I am from Virginia but was in the area picking up a family member and he made things easier and made me feel a lot better being that this was my first time having to go through this. I wish AAA had more tow companies that were as effective as this young man and company was!

  Needed a tow from my house to the local repair shop, Miles came within less than 5 minutes of calling me back to notify me he was on the way. Asked all the right questions and precautions with my car. Even let me ride with him to the repair shop so I didn’t need to uber or find a ride. And the price is pretty fair as well.

  As a 70 year old diabetic I had a front tire blowout in very heavy traffic on 64W outermost lane. It was frightening and I was fortunate to get the car onto the shoulder. Roger responded promptly to my call and changed my spare then remained for a little extra time to help settle down my concerns and make sure I was okay to continue. Great service!

  Just drove by one of your trucks on the 95 and i am not sure if you guys have some kind of “rules” but truck is in the left lane, with his flashing lights on (blinding everyone), and not letting anyone pass him by and he has car on the back, when we tried to get around him and he almost ran us off the road (moved in the middle of the highway). Were watching him for a while and he did the same thing for at least three other cars. Maybe i don’t know the safety of towing... but what i saw didn’t look safe to me. Hope it was helpful to the owner. P.s. yes it was easy to find you because you have your name and number on your car.

  I want to Thank Wall’s Towing for their speedy response after I unexpectedly became stranded. As a female driver, time is really important when you are alone!!
