My car decided it wanted to overheat today and shut down on me. I called other places, but of course it’s the weekend and no one was answering their phones so I ended up calling here and he told me he’d come get me within 30 mins! And sure enough he was there within the time frame! Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either to get my car towed from Fuquay to Angier. If I’m not mistaken, I think it was the owner who came and picked up my 3 children and I after we were stranded for an hour and a half. I was so pleased with the services I received today. Customer service was A1! My kiddos and I were truly appreciative! Thank you!!
Called and they had a driver out of in 30 minutes, fantastic customer service with text updates and pictures after the job was completed. When called I was asked knowledgeable questions and given a price based on distance, after the service no further charges were requested, price was competitive and fair for my distance and vehicle, it’s nice to see a tow truck company not taking advantage of people and just doing good business 10/10. I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again.
I hope everyone breaks down on the side of the road, just so they can experience this customer service.
My truck was stuck on the side of Highway 55 in a really weird place. (unfortunate turn of events, losing power mid-drive) All Pro responded early in the morning and towed my truck quickly without any problems.
I am so pleased with my service today. He came out quickly and was efficient. And so kind!
When others were saying "I can't do it", he said "i can do it, i have done many others in this same situation ". He laid out the possible risk, but i heard the confidence in his voice. He came, he saw and he conquered. All praises to God for putting All Pro Towing in my path. I would highly recommend.
The only tow truck that answered my call when I needed them. He arrived on time with a very clean and professional vehicle. And he gave us a ride. He also drove very safe. Would definitely recommend.
While it is never a good time to need a tow—All Pro Towing was great. They were quick to answer, arrived on time, attempted to help diagnose potential issues, and provided excellent service. I would definitely call them again if I need a tow.
Quick to pick up the phone. And they will call you back if they were on the line with someone else. They were actually helping other people and then got over to me rather quickly. They took the time to help me figure out where I was. They told me to screenshot my location on Google maps and they found me within a very reasonable time. They had my 2000 F250 power stroke up on their flatbed before I knew it. Drove me to my house actually reversed into a very tight spot didn’t break anything did an outstanding job! Lowered my truck into my parking spot. They are really good at what they do. Kind, honest and hardworking that’s the vibe I got. They also have a debit card machine with printable receipts A+ hopefully I won’t break down again but If I do I will call them!
I called around to maybe 7 or 8 other places first and they all said they didn't want to tow my car. One of the front control arms and axles was broken so the wheel was just flopping around. I was asking tow companies if they could tow it and stabilize the wheel so it didn't push into the front bumper, fender, etc. And damage that stuff. I didn't expect perfection but was just asking if each company could tow it with minimal to no damage. I told each company I was willing to pay extra and would sign something saying the tow company is not liable if anything gets damaged. So like I said, 7 or 8 companies said no we don't want to do it. I was honestly shocked. I thought tow companies were in the business of towing. And one company in particular really irritated me: company name rhymes with Ravage Towing but replace R with another letter. They really do ravage their customers and treat them like Savages like their name. They accused me of trying to get "Ravage Towing" to come and pay for damage that was already done to the body. They accused my mom and then also me in separate phone calls of trying to get them to pay to get body damage fixed on my car. I couldn't believe it. And then the guy hung up on me. All I was asking was a simple question: can you tow my car, stabilize the wheel so it doesn't move around and do more body damage, and get the car to my preferred repair shop.
So anyways, the 8th company I called was All Pro Towing. Man I wish it was the first call. I will NEVER call another tow company again if I can help it. Can't remember the guys name but him and his apprentice were beyond professional, polite, nice, and great to converse with. I even paid them an extra $20 on top of the very fair quote they gave me. Still under $200 final total with tax. They loaded my car without doing ANY further damage at all. And they unloaded it at my preffered repair shop also without doing any damage! I was hoping for that result but not expecting there to be no more body damage. I wouldn't have been upset at all if there was. Because I'm a realistic person I like to think. They were so helpful. I even requested they drop the vehicle at the repair shop in a way I knew it would be easier for the technicians to pick it up and bring it in the shop. I'm a former dealership technician myself so I understand what helps. And I understand sometimes things happen and they're just going to. But I was amazed at them using incredible finesse, patience, and skill in loading and unloading my vehicle. And he did a great job showing his apprentice how to do what they were doing so he will remember for the future.
I couldn't have asked or hoped for a better Towing experience. These guys have 4.7 stars for a reason and they just got a 5 star to add to that from me
The first two pictures are from when they unloaded the car at the repair shop. The last two pictures are of the car before they loaded it onto their tow truck. No additional damage whatsoever!!! Love this company. Highly recommend and I can't stress that enough.
Service was excellent no complaints at all my car is pretty low and driver even had planks of wood to put under my car so my exhaust and body kit would not scrape the ground he knew what he was doing he even helped me push it out of my storage unit first time I felt comfortable with a tow truck driver towing my car would use him every time I need a tow.
Very quick and responsive, showed up in time quoted and final bill was original price from initial phone call. I hope I don't need a tow again but if I do they will be my first call.

What a great experience from a tow company when having to get one isn’t how you wanted to start your day. Super nice, very professional, very personable. My daughter and I felt very safe. I have plugged him into all of our phones because if my kids or I ever have to call a tow company again, we know who we can rely on and feel comfortable around.
All Pro towed My 2015 Dodge Journey today from the mechanics shop and placed it safely back in my garage. Mind you it is a push start , dead battery and locked engine. I live on a hill and he manually pushed my car into my garage after he could go no further using the tow truck which took so much work I had to tip him nicely! He arrived right when I told him too, very courteous, polite and affordable. Definitely would recommend!.
Sadly got a bit stuck in a wet/muddy yard - Was my first experience using All Pro's services. When I called the gent was very professional, quick to respond (it was a Sunday after all) - he showed up within 30mins and had my truck freed from the beastly yard in no time!
