I put one of my front tires in a ditch trying to back out of a driveway, and Tony made it out in under an hour. He got the car out of the ditch without any trouble or additional damages, and was freindly the whole time. Could not have asked for more from a towing company.
Made a mistake and originally called a "scam" towing company. After realizing this (and getting my refund) I called R&R and instead of waiting 4 hours Josh was there in 20 minutes. Josh was quick and professional. He helped get my car with locked front axles up smoothly and took good care of my vehicle. Great company!

R&R towing is top of the line, best of the best around. I called them on a Friday after lunch time with a machine down needing it towed to Raleigh by 5pm and they made it happen! Had a great experience with R & R Towing - called right after 5p and a gentleman answered the phone promptly - I gave him a bit of info and he said he would have the driver call me back. Tony (the driver) called within minutes and confirmed details with me, we discussed the price (reasonable) and coordinated him picking up the vehicle. Tony was great - he called after he delivered the vehicle to the auto repair shop to update me (he even placed the keys in the drop-box for me :)) - it was just a great experience from start to finish. When your vehicle breaks down it's already a stressful event and you are just hoping for one thing to go right....and let me tell you R & R Towing took the stress right off of me by handling my request quick and efficiently. Josh is an amazing worker, he helped me out within 30 to 45 minutes and got the my truck to shop after waiting for AAA for about 5 hours. Definitely recommend for any vehicle/roadside assistant!
Had Josh come hook my jeep up, exceptional customer service and care while putting it on the truck. Communication was awesome knew exactly when to expect them and let me know once my jeep was dropped off at the dealership.

As a normal thing I don't write reviews because I believe that in doing business you should always do what's right regardless. But when a person goes above and beyond this should be noted. On Monday (6/9/2025) around 9pm at night my son was need of an immediate tow for his car and when we call R/R towing and told him what type of car he had he immediately knew what type of wrecker to bring. He was there within 15 min. He looked at the vehicle and took the time to troubleshoot and look at the angles and do what would cause the least damage. He did not have to do this!! He was quick efficient and above else a human being. I am noting the time and date due to the fact that I do not remember who the driver was but I hope records will show this and he will have a shout at the very least!! I so do appreciate the kindness and consideration he showed us and I if and when I ever need a wrecker in the future I will be calling R/R!! Thank you again for doing business the right way the first time..
They saved my bacon. Was in an unsafe spot during commuter traffic and they did all they could to get to me quickly, when no one else would even respond. Driver Josh was amazing! Great service. Highly reccomend .
R&R was very responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon, the driver called me back within 5 minutes and came directly to my house. He was very pleasant and professional when loading up the vehicle and called me when he dropped the car at the dealership to let me know he got it where it belonged
I ran into a last minute issue with my vehicle where the clutch went out and it was undrivable. I called R&R around 11pm that night and spoke to the manager about the situation. He said his team could take care of it and if I needed a tow immediately or the following morning. I confirmed that the service was needed the following morning. I called the office at 8am sharp and same manager answered my call and let me know that one of his guys will be reaching - of whom eventually was Tony. Tony provided great timely service and was able to get my vehicle from Fuquay to Cary on a wet rainy day with a positive attitude. I would recommend this towing company to any one in need of towing services in the area.

Excellent experience today with Josh helping me trade my 15 year old dead Subaru in. Car was dead in the garage and on a trickle charge meter for about 4 hours before Josh came with the tow truck. Car initially didn't even start at all when we took the charger off but Josh had the serious jump starter in the tow truck and we ended up getting it out and on the lift pretty easily. Came on time and got me to where I needed to go flawlessly. Would recommend. Thanks again.
Called R & R for a winch out when my vehicle was stuck in mud by the side of the road. Even though it was the middle of the night, the truck arrived within 25 minutes and the driver, Josh, was a pleasure to work with.

I needed my 2020 Dodge Journey pulled from a muddy pit at 01: 30 AM on a red clay road. R & R came through. In less than 30 minutes, Josh picked me up and pulled my vehicle free. I had called around and everyone else either said no, not this late, or I got voicemail. Mike gave me a reasonable quote and were honest decent guys. The Josh even waited for me to get to the main paved ensuring I would not face any more issues. I would highly recommend them.
Mike at R&R Towing was great. He spotted us on the side of 440 waiting for another tow company. The other company was going to be at least 4 hours. Mike took care of us in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend to anyone in need of fast response.
