These guys totally saved me today. I had a shredded tire on I-40 in Raleigh during rush hour. One phone call got them there in 15 minutes. They hauled me and my car to Cary for repair. These guys are really good at what they do and they take pride in taking care of people. Will use them again if I need a tow.

I would recommend this service. They quoted me a fair price and showed up at the promised time. Bill was courteous, took care of my truck and was a pleasure to ride with. If I need another tow he will be my first call.

Needed a last minute tow from Holly Springs to Sanford to get my vehicle to the shop before the shop closed, got in touch and was told they could arrive in 45 minutes. The truck showed up on time, the operator (wish I could remember his name) loaded up my vehicle, knowing my time crunch he secured my vehicle, skipped the paperwork (besides the quick basics/sign here), got me to the shop in a safe and quick manner. We arrived, got all things done, finished up paperwork, and brought the vehicle back. All in all, everyone was great to work with, extremely friendly and understanding. Over the past year or so, I've had a few tow's due to owning older vehicles. These guys know their stuff, friendly, understanding, and great to work with, If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call. Thank you for your help in my time of need.

Amazing service and fair pricing. I was involved in an incident Memorial Day weekend and there weren’t many towing services available. William quoted me the price, made sure the auto shop we were taking my car to had the tires I needed, and explained to me exactly what I needed to know regarding repairs and what to expect so I wouldn’t be cheated. As a single woman trying to navigate an unfavorable situation during a busy holiday weekend, I was so grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. Wonderful company to work with and I’ll be using them for any future emergencies.

From the time I called to request a 15 - 20 mile tow, to the time Raleigh Cary Towing arrived, was only 45 min. The price was competitive with other towing services I checked. More importantly, the service and care that they showed for my situation and my vehicle was excellent. They seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. Their equipment was in good condition and I was never concerned for the treatment of my vehicle. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I called for a local transport from Apex to Clayton. I was leaving a message, when he called me back. His quote was fair and I scheduled the transport for the day needed. He actually called me back after reviewing the mileage and lowered the price! Awesome in my book. He called before pickup to confirm. We met him at the vehicle. We thought it would start, but the battery was dead. Our jumpset didn't work. He brought his and it started right up. He informed me that the jump would be extra. I was a bit disappointed, but in all reality he didn't know this at the initial time of estimate, so really more happy that he was able to get it started. He was polite, respectful and treated our vehicle as if it was his own. We will definitely use them in the future. Also as a side note we chose them even though we have a roadside service, which would have been a free tow!

Great service at a reasonable price! My car broke down at work and after calling a few places, thinking they'd be more affordable because they were closer, I called Raleigh Cary Towing. They were significantly better priced, showed up when they said they would, loaded the car without any issues, dropped it at the dealership for me. Would definitely call them again.

Raleigh Cary Towing was excellent and priced fairly. Utilized their services when debris in the highway slashed two of my tires and had them tow my vehicle to the garage. Would use them again in the future if needed.

This place was a life saver for me last night. Ball joint went out on my Jeep and my tire blew. I was getting off work and this was the only place open near my location. Bill the tow truck driver was great! Affordable price and fast service. I would definitely recommend using Raleigh Cary Towing

When I called needing my vehicle towed I asked for basic pricing information. I was told it was $50 hook up fee and $3/mile. A quick estimate of miles and calculation brought me to right around $100, which I stated over the phone. I then asked how quickly he could be there. He told me about 20 minutes which was roughly the time it took. When the truck arrived I was told that the mileage from his starting point to the pickup location was also billed. This would have been nice to know beforehand. Not knowing if this was normal I didn't make an issue of it. After hooking up and climbing into the cab the driver showed me his cell phone that showed a GPS mileage of 27 miles. That equates to $81. Has I been told this ahead of time and if this is normal charging practices of towing companies I would have found one much closer. I was told he came from the office on Old Apex Rd. in Cary to pickup point on Hwy 540 @ Leesville Rd. When entered into a GPS the 3 routes offered range from 17 miles to 22 miles. The longest is the fastest but uses tolls and only saves 3 minutes from the shortest route. When I am paying by the mile I'll gladly wait 5 extra minutes to save $15. In any case, 20 minutes to travel 27 miles, even all highway, is not possible without excessively exceeding speed limits. Additionally I have no way of knowing where he actually was when he received the call. Am I to believe if he was in Clayton or Garner he would charge me for that distance? He was very "generous" to knock $32 off the $182 total, which should have only been $101, as a "discount" for paying cash.

This company is not all about how much money they can get off of you, they actually lookout for you and your wallet. Was going to tow my car, but we realized it just needed a plug. Saved me a lot of money. Will definitely use them again!

We made an appt. for 2:30pm and agreed that if the tow truck was going to be significantly early or late, they would give me a call. At 2:50pm, I called to make sure they hadn't taken a wrong turn or something. He said it wasn't 3:00 yet, I told him we agreed on 2:30, then he said that I hadn't been there at 2:30 so he (sort of angrily) said he sent his guys to help somebody else, I responded by saying I had been sitting there since 2:20pm and hadn't seen or heard from them at all, then he said they never heard back from me so they didn't think I was still interested in the tow. I said "what are you even talking about...You we're supposed to call me!?" Then he said "well, uh, there was a nasty wreck" that his guys had to get to and that's why they were late. Then he asked me if I was paying with a check or a card, hahaha. I wish I was kidding. It was so ridiculous I wasn't even mad, I really think the guy must have been high. But seriously, take your business elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time (and money...it would have been $110 for a 10 mile tow if I had gone through with it). These guys are apathetic and dishonest.

William was great! Arrived quickly on a busy night. Car was in a difficult spot, but he was very careful in pulling it up. Fair price too!
