My friend had someone randomly park their car in his driveway. We called two tow truck companies and they wouldn't come out. We called MAS towing they were friendly and ready to help. They even alerted the police before towing to ensure it was on record.
I didn’t choose this towing company — the police required me to use them because my car stalled in the road and my insurance tow couldn’t arrive fast enough. The staff were friendly and let me ride with them to the drop-off location, which I appreciated. That said, the cost was unexpectedly high: $209 for a short 15 min tow. If I had been given a choice or more time, I would’ve gone with a more affordable option. Just a heads-up if you’re in a similar situation — the fee may be steep.
I used M.A.S. Towing & Recovery after hitting a pothole and damaging two tires on my car. The process of getting a quote and getting the car towed to a shop was very simple. They had my car towed to the shop within an hour or so of calling and the price was reasonable!
Had my car break down in the middle of the day and was able to quickly get it resolved through MAS towing. Their service was expedient and professional, and I would use them again!
They arrived on the accident scene in a short period of time. They transported my vehicle to the body shop where I asked and provided me with the paperwork for my insurance at that time.
I put in a request via Yelp for towing services M.A.S. was the first to respond. They answered when I called and were professional and courteous. I did not have to meet them at the pick up or drop off point for my car. Tge car was safely towed and delivered to my mechanic and M.A.S. kept me up to date on the progress/status the entire time, even sending a photo of the vehicle. I was able to pay online via a secure link they sent to me. Def recommend them and would use them again !
Cecile and Eric were awesome! They arrived on scene quickly and took the time to walk me through step by step the whole process and gave the best customer service I’ve ever had from a Tow company. They turned an ugly situation (wreck) into a pleasant experience!
I have a testimony. My family and I were stuck on the street, the car wouldn't start and we were scared and not sure what to do. Out of nowhere, M.A.S. towing happened to pull up. They were so professional, and kind. They helped us and made my scared mother feel comfortable. They towed us to a safe place. When I say we were so pleased with their service. We were. I called M.A.S. today regarding a dead battery. I spoke with an actual person. Cecille was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She gave me the trip cost up front and an accurate estimated time of arrival. She called to confirm when the truck was 25 minutes out and called again when they arrived outside my home.
When the truck arrived, I believe it was Cecille and Rick, they were friendly and professional. Curiously, my car started without assistance, which they attributed to the cold weather. I'm sorry they paid a visit without a jumpstart or tow needed, but I'm glad I called them. M.A.S. left without requiring a trip fee and thanked me for the call. No doubt I'll give them a call the next time I need help.

I would recommend M.A.S. Towing to anyone that is looking for great people and service during what is most likely not a happy moment. I was attempting to drop my truck off at my mechanic for service and broke down along the way. I was so close (maybe 1 mile) from reaching my destination which was so frustrating to say the least. So the next morning I woke up called M.A.S. Towing and spoke to Cecile, she was so pleasant and kind,and told her my situation. She quickly sent Eric out in the rain to deliver the truck for me. No doubt it was one of the simplest transactions Ive ever been involved with.

What a wonderful experience I had with Eric and Cecile! In my time of need, not only were the quick and responsive but were also very polite and accommodating. I broke down at an intersection in the rain, and this team showed up expeditiously and took great care of me and my vehicle. I have t had many experiences with a tow company but the ones I have, are second tier compared to this one. My daughter was in an accident and M.A.S. Towing and Recovery were called to tow her vehicle. They were very quick to arrive and load her car. They were very professional and I highly recommend. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! This towing company goes above and beyond. I lost something in the grass on the side of the highway and they went back to retrieve it for me! They didn't have to do that but they did. Their work is also efficient, people are nice, prices are fair, and they know what they're doing. They also have a ton of great drinks by their coffee machine & a little play room for toddlers.
I was so impressed by MAS! After a VERY unfortunate car incident, this company was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. I was so grateful for their kindness, respect, and knowledge! My Wife and I had a wonderful experience! After my wife got into a car accident they helped her, gave her a ride to the school where she works and even carried her bags for her! MAS Towing has gotten me out of countless situations. From wrecks as far as 300ft off the road in the middle of trees. To broke down cars on the side of the road.
