My daughter was in an accident and M.A.S. Towing and Recovery were called to tow her vehicle. They were very quick to arrive and load her car. They were very professional and I highly recommend. Her car was safely stored and the owners were very nice and helpful during this time. Again, I would highly recommend.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could! This towing company goes above and beyond. I lost something in the grass on the side of the highway and they went back to retrieve it for me! They didn't have to do that but they did. Their work is also efficient, people are nice, prices are fair, and they know what they're doing. They also have a ton of great drinks by their coffee machine & a little play room for toddlers.
It's never a great day when you have to call for towing, but Cecile and Eric do an outstanding job of helping in anyway they can. They are caring, understanding and so polite. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I can't recommend them enough. They have earned my business for life. They truly understand what it means to be in the customer service business. Thank you both for all your assistance with my suv. I truly appreciate it.
