Car shut down on me in a fairly vulnerable position on the road in Apex at 5:15 AM. Peter came right away and was fantastic. Great service, great price.

Pete was friendly, professional and honest. I had been put off for two days with another company. Pete was there in a matter of hours. I live in Wilmington but was able to do everything remotely. This company is worth every penny. With real time updates and perfect service. It's nice to have someone reliable to count on.

Peter was super helpful in a crazy situation. His price was fair. I really appreciated his services & taking the time to explain how he was gonna lift my truck out of the ditch

Called to just to check on ETA for towing (first time getting car towed ever), person on the phone yelled saying they’re getting there as fast as possible and they are watching the driver’s odometer. They kept on saying they normally don’t do “motor clubs” and that OnStar needs to pay them more. Savage was already assigned to tow my car, that they were on the way. They came 2 hours later than expected. Unprofessional.

The owner or whoever dealing with my car was extremely rude said swear words on the phone cut me off when I spoke and was down right not very unprofessional. I would not ever use there services again. The business card doesn’t have an address on it and does not have all the hours properly stated on it. The man yelled for me to not call about my car again until the following Monday. Felt like I was talking to a child. If I could give a negative score it would be -10 for I was extremely hurt shocked and appalled at how he was on the phone.

They towed our vehicle from Holly Springs to Durham. When we left after paying the driver he said he would be where we were having the vehicle towed in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later when he had not shown up I called and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. Thank goodness I couldn’t wait because it took him another two hours to finally deliver the vehicle. If you’ve got all the Time in the world these guys might be good. Otherwise you might want to find someone else.

This firm was assigned to pick my car up. Gave a 75 minute window. And then forgot about me. Four hours later, nothing. Found Cricket Towing who came and got me.

Pete was very friendly and helpful. He arrived in ten minutes from the time I called. He treated me respectfully and professionally. His fee was much lower than another company’s estimate. He knew the Apex area very well. I believe he is very honest and hardworking. I will certainly call Savage towing again without hesitation if needed.

Customer service: Some businesses treat customer service like a leaky kitchen faucet; yeah, it’s gonna drip out whether you put effort into it or not. Some companies treat it like a garden hose. Multiple settings. Cover everything. Then there is Savage Towing. Savage is like Niagra Falls in reverse…in the desert. After our insurance company’s so-called roadside assistance left by the side of the road for four hours (Not going to name names, but it’s the one with the Emu.)) We were forced to try to seek help on our own. Savage Towing SHOWED UP. They helped. They were a massively calming presence in the chaos of the moment. It was almost midnight, and we were trying to figure out how to use an Uber; Savage made sure we were not left by the side of the road. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They said when they would be there and then SHOWED UP. So refreshing to deal with someone so good at their job you can just sit back and let them do it. I cannot recommend Savage Towing highly enough. There aren’t enough stars.

Got stuck in a ditch 10/3. He was very professional and was always reassuring me that it would be okay and my car would not be damaged. He was true to his word. Very friendly personality. I recommend this company highly!!!!

I highly recommend this company! My son's car needed to be towed from a parking lot to our home, so I called to get pricing information and spoke with Peter. Not only was the price better than all of the other companies we called, the arrival time was very fast. Peter was very professional and helpful, and made this experience seem effortless. I will definitely use their services in the future if needed!

Nobody likes to be towed. I gotta say though that my experience with Peter at Savage Towing was awesome. He gave me more information and guidance than my insurance company did and was kind throughout. If you ever are in the unfortunate position to need a tow, you can't go wrong with Savage!

Savage Towing should be the model for how the towing industry should work. Knowledgeable and Friendly staff, who work with an integrity not often see in this industry. They were professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and more than delivered the towing service needed. I would absolutely recommend their services and if in need of a tow again in this area, would not hesitate to reach out to Peter and Savage Towing.

Let me first start off by saying if you are calling for a tow you are probably having a bad day. Typically with reviews the unhappy ones scream the loudest. I called Peter at 3:30am for a tow as I put my truck in maybe one of the worse predicaments you could imagine. He asked for my location and said it would take 45 minutes. He showed up in 43 minutes. Him and I talked through 8-10 different options most of the time me throwing out bonehead Ideas and him having to explain why that would not work. After 30 minutes running every scenario we finally pulled off a way to get my truck out safely. Folks, I would be lying if I didn’t say I thought he may not have been able to help me. But he stayed with me and didn’t give up! He lightened the mood in a moment of embarrassment. He reassured me we have all been there. He told me exactly what was going to happen as he got my truck out and talked me through every step of the way. He then took the time to make sure my truck was okay and even gave my suggestion on my truck under the hood just being a nice guy. Is he human yes, could frustrations from both parties and other unpredictable scenarios have made this encounter go differently possibly. To me Peter was very calming, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend to any family or friends.

I’ve used this company twice and both times have been impressed with their honesty and efficiency and overall service. My car broke down on the way to work this morning at 6am. I called and they immediately answered and even offered to give me a ride to work. Their prices are the best in the area and they offer customer service that is second to none. This is the only towing company’s name you need to know if you live in the Triangle. They are top notch. Thanks for the help this morning. Total lifesaver. Keep up the great work! Joe

Peter showed up within minutes, and provided excellent customer service. My car was stored at his facility for over a week, and during that time, he was beyond polite and returned my phone calls promptly. I plan to use him again if needed.

My wife's car did not start after work, and she called Peter. I arrived just as Peter had the car on the flatbed. He was super polite to my wife. And he assured us that he would take care of all the paper work at the dealership, which he did. Hopefully, we will not need a car towed anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Peter.

Last Friday I had savage towing tow my car. Pete from Savage towing was very professional and he was very knowledgeable about how to safely tow my car. The response time was very good and I would recommend Savage towing anytime someone needs roadside service. I will never use any other towing company that isn't Savage towing. Prices seem to be very fair as well.

Peter with Savage Towing was very helpful. I called him needing a tow in the Apex area and he was there within the next 20 minutes like he said he would. Great customer service. Had me to my destination with no problems. Would recommend this guy to anyone in the Apex or Cary area.

I got a flat in the middle of a Saturday..which has happened to me once or twice in the past, previously with extensive wait time. Not this time — Savage towing saved the day. Answered on the first ring, I was on the flatbed 22 minutes later and at the shop 34 minutes later. Truly a professional company, met with courtesy and politeness, as well as an extremely reasonable price, so reasonable that I insisted on tipping. I specifically asked for a copy of their card, so that I can share it!

Had very good experience with Savage Towing - twice! Both when they towed our car after an accident to the body shop, and when, after the shop determined it wasn't worth repairing, they came and purchased and took away our (at that point) junk vehicle. Very friendly and professional, lots of good advice.

I had an out of town visitor towed from our neighborhood. There we no "no parking" signs, and people park there all the time. We called the company, a very rude man answered and gave us the address to where the car was. We get there and it's this sketchy lot 20 minutes away in the woods. No office or anything. Call the company back, and he says he didn't know we were coming? We had to wait 20-30 more minutes for him to get there. We ended up calling the Cary PD because we felt unsafe (and had a baby with us). He was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Even the cops said they had a lot of trouble with him. He then wouldn't let us have the car because the registration was 6 days out, and the new one was 2 1/2 hours away in my visitor's hometown. He wouldn't take the 6 day expired registration or check the vin #. He kept making comments about how does he know this was our car. I'm sure he just wanted to be able to charge us for storage. Complete jerk. Thank goodness for the cops. Four cops ended up there, and then the tow truck driver just left. He left us there, 2 women and a baby without letting us have the car back. The landlord had his phone number and was able to call him and he ended up coming back. $150 and 1 1/2 hours later we were able to get the car. This guy was such a scum. Obviously he has no concern about his image going by the reviews, and an F with the BBB. When we mentioned reporting him to BBB he told us he didn't care he didn't respond to the complaints anyway.

Was a very good experience. Car broke down in the carpool lane. Called him and he was available asap but offered to wait til the carpool was over so not to interupt. I was ok with that due to his consideration of the situation. Was reasonably priced, very quick, and was a friendly, good natured guy. Will be using him again for any towing matters(which hopefully isnt often 😜 sorry Savage lol) definetely recomend

I used this service in October of 2016. I've been meaning to write a review. He came out, jumped my car, told me I definitely needed a new battery, and wasn't going to charge me anything. I had to insist that he take the money for his time and assistance. As he was driving away, my car shut down again. He noticed, so he turned his truck around and towed my car to the closest autozone. They hooked it up to the machine and he was absolutely right, the battery was completely dead. I just really appreciated the quality service and the time he invested into helping me.

Earlier today my families car broke down, with my 4 month old daughter inside (very stressful) called around but everyone said an hour plus or didnt answer their phones. Savage towing answered and was there within MINUTES. The man was very friendly (wish I could remember his name) and loaded up the car and gave my husband a ride all the way to the Apex Toyota. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

Very fair pricing, and quality job. Towed my high end car with no damage. Have had towed before, they always damage it by dragging it on the ground while trying to pull it up onto the bed. Very knowledgeable, have used multiple times, ONLY tow service you can TRUST! Thank you savage towing!
