This dude is a "Savage", and in all the good ways.
Got a flat yesterday, and I tried calling a few towing companies. One I couldn't understand the operator, the other was a 4 hour wait. Savage Towing (I'm sorry, I didn't get the driver's name!) got there in a little over an hour, with constant communication via text on their status.
Very friendly, rates were very fair, and otherwise outstanding service.
I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.
Peter gave me 100% peace of mind when towing my car. Very good communication. My wife and I will definitely use this company going forward. Thanks so much!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! RACIST??? We are stuck and needed a tow truck but I guess because we was asking too many questions and it’s “Saturday” he felt the need to hang up in our face. CALL SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU NEED HELP DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!! Terrible terrible attitude but I believe in karma so all I can say is God bless whoever was otp w us at this TERRIBLE establishment!!!! 0 stars honestly disappointed!! I guess when business is “successful” you don’t accept everyone or maybe did he tell that we were BLACK? Smh God bless yall!
I was in an unfortunate automobile accident on 1-15-25 on I-40 and just by the luck of the draw, the Highway Patrol called Savage Towing to handle my wrecked vehicle. It was an extremely cold morning with rush hour traffic and I was still dealing with the after-effects of pneumonia.
Upon the driver's arrival (Peter), I informed him of the situation and he quickly loaded up my car and took me to the nearest warm place, informing where my car would be and assuring me my personal items still in the vehicle would be safe with him. After he dropped me off, I quickly secured a rental and went to his lot to retrieve my personal belongings and he was true to his word. I retrieved them without issue.
Easily 5 stars for the personal, honest and compassionate service.
Peter was very helpful in getting my car towed immediately after my accident. He was also great with communication when I had to come back to retrieve my belongings. I would recommend his services!

I needed a car moved from one automotive center to another. The service promptly picked up and I spoke with Peter. We discussed the details and within a few hours he picked up the car and delivered it to its destination. Great communication throughout and a great value for the service, if I'm ever in need again, I will definitely be using them.
Called numerous towing companies and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Luckily they called me back and were able to help me out. He was extremely nice and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a towing service that doesn’t want the run around or to be more stressed.

DO NOT USE!!!!!Absolutely unprofessional! On the first interaction with the man towing our vehicle that was stolen from us, he immediately put his hand out and said stop talking. If I hadn’t said anything he would have backed up directly into a tree. There are plenty of other companies in the area, use a different one!
Savage towing and Peter saved my life. I was stranded for 3 hrs waiting for AAA to arrive which they never did. Finally I called savage towing who raced to get to me. Peter helped get my Tesla loaded with extra caution. Honestly the service was the best I’ve ever had with towing. Arrival time was fast to reasonable, service great and for a midnight call the price was beyond fair.

Peter personally towed my beautiful FIRST car from a terrible accident. In so much distress, he made sure that I knew the next steps after the towing and that my car would be safe in his tow yard. He did not answer or discuss business with my insurance until I personally said it was okay. With this tragedy he was very kind, punctual and trustworthy and this made saying goodbye to my beautiful silver Chevy easier. Thanks so much Savage towing.
Called to just to check on ETA for towing (first time getting car towed ever), person on the phone yelled saying they’re getting there as fast as possible and they are watching the driver’s odometer. They kept on saying they normally don’t do “motor clubs” and that OnStar needs to pay them more. Savage was already assigned to tow my car, that they were on the way. They came 2 hours later than expected. Unprofessional.
Pete was friendly, professional and honest. I had been put off for two days with another company. Pete was there in a matter of hours. I live in Wilmington but was able to do everything remotely. This company is worth every penny. With real time updates and perfect service. It's nice to have someone reliable to count on.
The owner or whoever dealing with my car was extremely rude said swear words on the phone cut me off when I spoke and was down right not very unprofessional. I would not ever use there services again. The business card doesn’t have an address on it and does not have all the hours properly stated on it. The man yelled for me to not call about my car again until the following Monday. Felt like I was talking to a child. If I could give a negative score it would be -10 for I was extremely hurt shocked and appalled at how he was on the phone.

Customer service: Some businesses treat customer service like a leaky kitchen faucet; yeah, it’s gonna drip out whether you put effort into it or not. Some companies treat it like a garden hose. Multiple settings. Cover everything. Then there is Savage Towing. Savage is like Niagra Falls in reverse…in the desert.
After our insurance company’s so-called roadside assistance left by the side of the road for four hours (Not going to name names, but it’s the one with the Emu.)) We were forced to try to seek help on our own. Savage Towing SHOWED UP. They helped. They were a massively calming presence in the chaos of the moment. It was almost midnight, and we were trying to figure out how to use an Uber; Savage made sure we were not left by the side of the road. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They said when they would be there and then SHOWED UP. So refreshing to deal with someone so good at their job you can just sit back and let them do it. I cannot recommend Savage Towing highly enough. There aren’t enough stars.
They towed our vehicle from Holly Springs to Durham. When we left after paying the driver he said he would be where we were having the vehicle towed in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later when he had not shown up I called and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. Thank goodness I couldn’t wait because it took him another two hours to finally deliver the vehicle. If you’ve got all the Time in the world these guys might be good. Otherwise you might want to find someone else.
Nobody likes to be towed. I gotta say though that my experience with Peter at Savage Towing was awesome. He gave me more information and guidance than my insurance company did and was kind throughout. If you ever are in the unfortunate position to need a tow, you can't go wrong with Savage!

I highly recommend this company! My son's car needed to be towed from a parking lot to our home, so I called to get pricing information and spoke with Peter. Not only was the price better than all of the other companies we called, the arrival time was very fast. Peter was very professional and helpful, and made this experience seem effortless. I will definitely use their services in the future if needed!
Pete was very friendly and helpful. He arrived in ten minutes from the time I called. He treated me respectfully and professionally. His fee was much lower than another company’s estimate. He knew the Apex area very well. I believe he is very honest and hardworking. I will certainly call Savage towing again without hesitation if needed.
My wife's car did not start after work, and she called Peter. I arrived just as Peter had the car on the flatbed. He was super polite to my wife. And he assured us that he would take care of all the paper work at the dealership, which he did. Hopefully, we will not need a car towed anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Peter.
