I was in an accident recently and bandit towing was automatically dispatched. I had a great experience. Very friendly and professional service. Answered the phone when I called. Was available when I needed. Would highly recommend and would call them if I needed a tow in the area for any car troubles.
Everybody who works here is AWESOME. Super kind and were able to come get our car quickly. Bill came to pick up our car, it needed a jump and he also showed us how to get into it while dead so we didn’t have to do a lockout. Prices are also reasonable! Would absolutely call them for help again :)
Bill came to the rescue today in less than 30 minutes when my car totally shut off at an intersection and couldn’t even be put into neutral to move somewhere else! He’s a kind & polite soul & you can tell he loves to help others. Pricing was also very fair! Grateful for his help on what started out as a not so good day!
This team handled a frustrating situation for us with ease. We are out of town and got a flat tire. They were fast, efficient, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced.
My car broke down in the middle of road, the call to Bandit was picked up quickly and a quote and estimate was prepared in no time. The driver came well within the estimated time and soon sent my car and myself in front of an auto parts store. Highly recommend Bandit!

I had my pos truck break down and I cant lie, i was very upset! However, I called Justin and he sent an awesome guy named Devon to come assist me. These guys care about what the do and its not all about money for them. They understand stuff happens in life and they work hard to do what works best for you. Would definitely recommend!!
Great company! My car broke down in the rain on Hwy 40 during rush hour, so I called several local tow companies, and Bandit Towing was the only one to answer. Justin with Bandit Towing was able to pick up my car within 45 minutes and tow it all the way back to my house promptly. Justin communicated throughout the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The price was great too! I HIGHLY recommend using Bandit Towing and Transport!
Bandit towing is run by amazing people. I was shopping around for local quotes in the morning to have my car, that had a starter failure, towed back home when I got off work. Out of the 3 companies I called, these people not only had the best price but were also super fast. Bill showed up like 20 minutes into my approval for the tow not to mention that he also helped me push the car into my garage

I can's say enough about Bandit Towing. I use them for our personal vehicles and they are my first call for my business (I have an automotive repair shop). They have always been quick to respond and they are one of the least expensive towing companies around. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

Bill or Bob ( not sure of name ), couldn't have been nicer and went out of his way to assure me he would talk to mechanics about my concerns . The cost was most reasonable and I was told my insurance would most likely cover the cost of the towing . He explained how I could go about this ie. I HIGHLY recommend them !!

Bill and his son are both super kind and really care about you! They worked with me to find a time that worked to pick up my vehicle and then dropped it off at the shop, checked it in and even sent me a video of what was wrong by with the vehicle.
I hope to not really have to use the services again, but if I do, I’m happy to work with them!

I had a completely dead battery in my car and needed a jump. Conner from Bandit Towing was here within 20 minutes and helped me get it fired up. He waited for some time to be sure that the car kept running before leaving. Excellent quick service. I highly recommend Bandit Towing.
Got a flat tire on the highway and Bill came to the rescue. They quoted me it would take about 30 minutes and Bill was there in about 25. He did an amazing job and even helped me merge back onto highway safely from the shoulder. He kept his lights on and followed me to the exit to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future!

Amazing people that turn my day around. No one likes their car breaking down, especially a brand new chevy, but these guys were quick, and friendly with upbeat positive attitudes that really help me get in a better mood quickly. Conner the driver was more than helpful any of my concerns and even offered us to sit in his truck while he did all the work. The owner who answered the phone was just as friendly too. I can’t thank Bill and Justin enough for all they have done for a lot of great people. I broke down on side of us1 after my clutch gave out, on Justin’s birthday, I called Bill, he wasn’t sure when he would be able to make it out to me, but said he would call me when something was available. Less than an hour later he called me saying he was on the way. He was very efficient and caring and was happy to tow wherever I needed and even offered me a ride to where he was towing it. I can’t thank him and his family enough for the fastness and caring efforts put forth to get my car to my shop. I will continue to recommend y’all’s services to everyone I know. If you want a towing company who cares about not only making sure you’re safe, your vehicle is safe, and is all around trustworthy and kind call Justin and Bill!
Called Bill to have my car towed on a flatbed and what started out as a bad day, turned into a pleasant experience of meeting Bill. AAA quoted 3.5 hours wait and another towing company wanted almost twice as much Bill quoted for a faster service. Bill gave the best quote and arrived before the promised time (within 30 mins). He was very professional and friendly. His workflow is well sorted and he had my car up on the truck, secured properly and on its way in less than 5 mins. He dropped off the vehicle with care at the station and made it a great experience overall!

Absolutely amazing! Bill was my savior when my car broke down and I couldn't get help from AAA. I was calling around frantically, but Bill was the only one who answered and showed genuine concern for my situation. He arrived in 10-15 minutes, even though it was raining and dark outside, and towed my car to my driveway. His professionalism and care made all the difference, and he even gave me valuable recommendations for car repair companies. Thanks to him, I was able to find a solution for fixing my car. HOLY COW THESE GUYS ARE FAST! Called them wife had 2 blow outs, he said he would be there as fast as he could to get her safe!! They were there and loaded quick! They are very professional and courteous! They have all my business!! Their other truck drove by with another happy customer while we were loading!
this is Andy owner operator of forevergreen lawn maintenance in the Raleigh Wake Forest area.Justin Farley answered the phone on the second ring like clockwork and said he would be at my location in 45 minutes then the second bandit truck was even closer and said he would be there in 20 minutes and I was not in a good location in Raleigh off of Capital boulevard and Brentwood road and they were there to take care of me and drop my truck off at my mechanic shop and still loaded my lawn equipment on their rollback and took me to my shop which was 5 miles away from my mechanic s shop and I just want to say thank you to Bill Farley and Justin Farley for taking care of me today. You guys are the best and I look forward to our next adventure
After calling a few towing companies in the area I began to feel pretty discourage on getting any help. When I talked to Bill, he answered immediately and was surprisingly professional and really friendly. He gave me a great tip on where to take my car and that worked out great. Within an hour my car was towed to where it needed to go and not only that, the fee was also reasonable for the service I received. If you need a great local and honest company that loves what they do and take customer service and their craft to heart… THIS is the company to call! You will not be disappointed! A+ Customer Service!
I'd just like to add to the list of 5-star reviews. Justin has great customer service skills, and he demonstrates professional aptitude in his trade. He actually showed up early to tow my truck (busted fuel line). Before doing so, he called to make sure it was okay if he was early. This is such a difference compared to all my other towing experiences. I'm usually waiting for hours for a tow truck to show up, and then dealing with a person that seems like they don't want to be there. I'd recommend Bandit Towing to anyone! Oh yeah, and the pricing for the service was excellent!
