I was pleasantly surprised to see, a young woman driver, least of all one quite capable of her job. Amanda was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, assuring, patient, and kind. At a time when everyone is struggling, Impatient, deceitful, judgmental, dishonest etc. Amanda was like a breath of fresh air. I don’t often do reviews, however I could not, let this young woman go unnoticed! Please tell her AGAIN, congratulations on her upcoming wedding (in October) from Mrs. Younger and I wish her a lifetime of joy.
Amazing customer service. Very kind and professional. I needed my flat tire changed. Not only did he come out to change my tire, he also let me know what had happened to the tire and mentioned it would be worth taking it to the tire shop to see what could be done. I also was able to call back to ask a question even after the technician had come out and he was so kind. Thank you for your assistance. Kindness really goes a long way, as we never know what people are going through.
KD was very professional. Needed to get my car towed to the dealership called them & they came in a timely manner! Even told me what was leaking from my car. Definitely will call them if needed again.
Needed help quickly for a lockout with keys in the ignition and car running. Technician arrived within 15mins and had the car open about 10mins later. Alls well that ends well thanks to One Direct.
Amanda is hands down the best driver ive had the "unfortunate pleasure" of dealing with. Tough day, watching my new corvette smashed . Amanda explained her plan , showed me her personal lowered bmw and put the entire situation at ease, answered my silly "frantic" questions with pure heart and understood my position and frustrations with the entire situation. Was able to drive the car on , professional, more than courteous, polite, but prompt, understanding, caring, and had me actually SMILING and giggling by the time she was strapping my baby down. A+, oh I should mention- I work for a large corporate dealership chain and deal with A LOT of tows everyday. Amanda? STELLAR ! If she gets a bigger Rig, shell get all the contracts she wants from us over at Mack volvo . 100% satisfied and will be using this service again, BUT HOPEFULLY NOT ON MY CORVETTE ! I was headed south on the beltline and my car’s dashboard lit up. It said to stop my car and cut my engine off immediately! I called a tow truck whose name I was familiar with and was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours before they could send someone. I hung up. I called another tow truck. They said approximately an hour and a half also but they recommended another tow service to me. Long story short they recommended 1 Direct I called. The young lady came out hooked my car up and towed me to Apex she was so very friendly, kind, knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience if having your car towed could be considered a wonderful experience. I have to admit I had never heard of 1 Direct. But now they’re saved in my favorites for any future emergencies. I have told my friends about your service. You are fast, reliable & friendly! Thanks again for helping me out.
My car broke down on my way to work (blown head gasket), so I called one direct and was swiftly taken care of… ETA was beaten by 5 minutes. Communication was thorough and the cash payment discount saved me a few dollars. $40 cheaper than roadside assistance from my insurance provider. Terrible circumstances but One Direction definitely helped ease the pain. Highly recommended.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. I’ve got a lowered Corvette and usually have trouble with scraping on anything. She got it on her bed and off her bed within 5 minutes each time, no scraping, absolutely flawless. Thank you Amanda and thank you One Direct Towing.

KD handled the situation perfectly. He showed up on time with clear communication, assisted in jumping my truck and loading it to the flatbed. He was very personable and made the whole process easy and simple. He got my truck to the shop in a timely manner and even texted me to let me know the key was in the dropbox for the shop. I will never use another tow company and I will always ask for KD from this point forward. I’ve used other tow services before but I will from now on always use One Direct and ask for KD specifically! Give this man the raise he deserves!
Cannot rave enough about the service I received yesterday from One Direct Towing in Cary, NC. I stupidly locked my keys in my car and called One Direct for help. Not only was the person who I spoke to on the phone quick and easy to talk to but the tech, Dennis, who responded was so wonderful. Dennis got to me within 15 short minutes and got me into my car retrieving my keys within another 5 minutes. Super fast, super efficient and great value. I hope never to need the service again, however, I would not hesitate to call One Direct Towing in a heartbeat if I ever found myself needing roadside assistance. A plus job!!
I can’t say enough about how awesome Amanda was! She came out on one of the hottest days and still handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. She was friendly, down-to-earth, and made a stressful situation so much easier especially since I had to ride with her 35 minutes while she towed my car. Super easy to set up and they arrived in under 15 minutes on a Saturday. The driver was super friendly, efficient, and easy to talk with. I can’t say anything on price because this is the first time I have needed a tow, but it was $111 for a 2.1 mile tow, so probably a little steep, but that’s kind of the normal for everything these days
However, we ended up needing a second towing, from the mechanic to the Subaru dealership, and they gave us a discount for the second one, which was very awesome. $105 for 5.2 miles. Once again, the guy was super cool and personable. Highly recommend for your towing needs!
Let me start off by saying if I can leave Amanda 10/10 stars I would do it without hesitation! She was super sweet and very nice and very understanding of the situation and it was a super quick, fast, and easy tow she went above and beyond helping me get my car to the dealership I cannot thank her enough for everything and how quick and easy the whole process went thank you so much!!! :)

My car had issues and with Geico’s help, I got connected to the One Direct Towing. From then on, my experience was super easy and smooth. Denis was super quick in calling me and was very responsive. He also explained what could have gone wrong with my car and helped jump start the car and made sure it was dropped off at the dealership for servicing. He was very kind and nice to us. It was the best out of a bad experience. I got a flat on the highway while out delivering. The wonderful tow driver they sent was incredibly kind and suggested a close business so that I could get my tire changed and I wouldn't get overcharged by my insurance getting towed home. I would definitely use them again!

Fantastic service! Amanda was my tow truck driver, and she was awesome! She called when she was on her way so she knew exactly where my car was, she arrived much faster than was originally estimated, and she was very friendly. I’m super grateful to have had her as my tow truck driver!
