This companies drives have no respect for other people and the community they are in. Their drives consistently think they don’t have to wait at the intersection of woodwinds and Cary parkway. Many times they’ve driven around people waiting patiently for their turn. But Yesterday was the last straw. The driver drove in the oncoming lane on woodwinds, passing a line of traffic 5-6 cars long, to then block everyone and turn RIGHT in traffic. They don’t have respect for their neighboring businesses or anyone’s safety. And if the rebuttal from this shop is this man was on an “emergency call” you can kick rocks. No efforts were made to indicate an emergency and this wasn’t the first time.
Saved the day for me again.
I used tow trucks a LOT as a mechanic, and they have never once let me down or overcharged me a cent.

I had a very good experience with Brace Towing & Recovery a week ago. Shortly after my call for help with my car's dead battery, David came out and tried to recharge the battery. It was so dead, and the car wouldn't start. I tried to look for a trustworthy garage in the area (I'm not from there) and he helped me with that too, in the 80-90 degree heat out on the driveway! At the end, he didn't charge me any and, because towing my car to a garage on that day was not an option for me, he agreed to come back to tow it when it works better for me. That's a kind of service I definitely want to recommend.
Told me they didn’t have a driver in the area because they didn’t want to get out of bed I only needed a tire change. I’m from out of town and don’t know anyone here so I was stranded. I ended up having a nice company come out had my vehicle towed

He was professional, courteous and friendly. He replaced my flat tire with the spare in less than 20 minutes with a fair price. Brace Towing was amazing! I called them to tow my car after the battery died. I had already tried jumping the car 3 times and they came and taught me a different way to jump the car. They saved me a lot of of money on the tow!

Superb service, just superb! Our car got stuck on our very steep driveway, after sliding on an icy patch. Brace towing came quickly, and he was kind and cool as a cucumber getting our car out of its precarious situation. He was competent, skilled, and professional, Watching him safely move our car which was halfway on our icy driveway and halfway on the roots of our crepe myrtles was truly impressive. If we ever have any towing needs in the future, we will absolutely be calling upon race Towing. Thank you again SO much!!
David and his partner were timely in picking up my motorcycle for towing and were very knowledgeable about how to secure it on the truck because of the custom parts on my bike. I highly recommend them motorcycle towing.
I have absolutely no complaints for brace towing. I have used them two times within the past 6 months and both experiences were top notch. Fast, friendly, and affordable couldn’t be more true. If you’re in the Apex, Cary, or Raleigh area they should be your first call.
My car wouldn’t start while in Cary and I had no one I could ask for help. Luckily a kind stranger told me to call this company and they came to my rescue quickly. I’m so thankful he tried to jump my car instead of just towing it off because I was able to be on my way with just a jump. Super friendly, professional, and helpful.
I managed to get myself stuck in a ditch, in a precarious situation. (The car would have flipped onto its side if I wasn't hugging the driver's side door.) I called Brace - quietly distraught -- and he had a tow truck out there in about 15 minutes to my rescue! I was winched out and on my way in a few minutes. Very grateful!
A family member's car went there after a crash. We went to retrieve things from it the next day. They never mentioned that there's a $35 a day storage fee, so we took our time getting things arranged to sell the car for scrap. They suddenly said there was a $35 storage fee and a deregistration fee of $100+ and those added up to hundreds of dollars. I suspect that they "forget" to mention this to people so that they can charge them more money.
I want to say a huge thank you to David of Brace Towing & Recovery. The skid plate on my Audi convertible came loose after my front bumper pulled off slightly. It finally fell off while I was driving, and a metal strap was dragging on the ground under my car. It was my lucky day when I pulled off to investigate only to have David come over to ask if I needed help. Without hesitation, he grabbed a wrench, got down under my car, and remedied my situation allowing me to drive home safely. Without him, I would have been stuck there for quite some time waiting for someone to come help. Definitely give these guys a call if you are stranded and need a tow! Thank you again!

Needed to get my van from Apex to my mechanic in Durham. Brace Towing was very quick to respond. They were on location in under 30 minutes. Their driver Johnson was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. He secured the van with chains and straps onto the flatbed truck. Could not have been more professional. Would definitely recommend this company!
These guys are amazing and reasonably priced. We were having trouble getting a vehicle off another truck and needed it towed to a shop. They told us when they could get there, arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and were so kind. Picked up the car without any problems and did it quickly. Highly recommend!

I arranged for Brace Towing to transport a '63 Morgan to an upholstery shop. David Lamkin was very efficient, courteous and respectful of the freshly restored classic car. I could not have asked for a better experience; the cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I had a nearly dead battery, stalled and needed a jump. I was told about Brace by a passerby. Gentleman came out and helped. When things got complicated he helped by towing me a short way, and still wanted no money. Very happy with the response time, helpfulness, and friendliness.
The current owner seems to have recently purchased the company from Tim and then it was at least 5 star service. The Brace business car was in each vehicle I owned and for 20+, we trusted Brace to pick us up, deliver our vehicles or pull us out of ditches.
For my most recent experience, the actual time of arrival was twice what was originally stated. The owner/driver is not familiar with the country roads around Apex. When he arrived, I ask how much it would cost for a tow to Colonial Village apartments (3.1 miles) - $90 was the reply. I told him that seems a bit high and maybe he could check with Tim to see if a better deal could be negotiated. At that point he explained he was now the owner. He sped off, turned around and stopped to tell me "the prices is now $100, you want a tow or not, I do not have to be here" We had no choice but to agree. The most I ever paid Tim and his son was $65 for a 15 mile tow last year. I understand that prices go up but the customer service experience from last night will be history and Brace towing will never be used again.
Great professional service. My Audi needed to be towed home. Brace Towing was called after other tow company could not figure out where and how to pick up my car. Brace was fast and professional! Great service, very careful and gentle with my Audi, friendly and gave excellent recommendations (three of them!) for local auto repair options. Fantastic experience and highly recommend!
Wonderful Customer Service! They were there in less than 15 minutes. My husband had a great experience with the person that came out as well, he even tried to help him get the car started just to make sure we needed a tow. Would recommend them to anyone!
