I couldn't ask for a better service department, Sheila, Wayne, Max, and Ashlyn were all great to speak to and work with! I was even able to purchase an oil change package deal at a great value! I was in and out of their Express Service in no time and was even able to pay on the go through a link they sent me. I was able to save time on check out that way since Im always on the go! Great efficiency and effort team!
One of the worst service ever, based on the reviews I tried to schedule here, because this is near my home compared to my regular service station, wanted to get my wiper blades changed , they said it’s gonna be 120 for rear camera wire tight they said 220 , you can get a new camera for 180. I got my wiper blades changed one of the finest quality for 60 bucks got my rear camera fixed for free. They are making people fool, don’t get your car service here.
My struts went out on my van. They were able to diagnose, quote and complete the work needed in one business day. Great customer service and kind people!
Cody was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me get in for a service I needed and to research information about my Jeep. I needed to know whether my Jeep would meet emission requirements for the EU. He took the time to do the research while I waited to learn that, yes, I can take my Jeep with me to France. It would have been easier for him to recommend I do my own research, but he was kind and eager to help. I've never had a negative experience with service at Auto Park. With people like Cody, they have earned my trust and gratitude.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed and tire rotation at Auto Park Chrysler Jeep. The service was quick, efficient, and thorough. Wayne was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait even better. I highly recommend Wayne for his excellent service and customer care. I took my vehicle in because I had alot of questions/concerns about my car. Cody Carlson went above and beyond to explain things to me. He showed me things on the computer…some of my electrical concerns. Then he sat down with me in my car and still continued to take the time to help me figure out some things that I was unaware of. Cody is a young guy. It is rare to find someone with that much patience at his age. He truly cared. I appreciated that greatly! Cody is a keeper. He is worth alot to Jeep.

Great service and advisor kept me updated throughout the process; also were able to accommodate my work schedule by providing me with a loaner rather than having to wait.
Took my my Wrangler in for a recall And was able to get it back within the same day. Wasn’t able to get a loaner car, but the Shuttle Service drop me off at my front door and I got a ride back all expense paid. Definitely a great dealership super friendly, helpful. Thanks for all the help Cody.
I've always taken my Jeep to Jeep auto park! Cody and Wayne have always taken care of me! They are so friendly and they explain everything very well! My car never had any problems until I took it for an oil change and break fluid flush to another jeep location, 2 months later my Jeep start to leak oil! So I took it to Jeep Auto Park and Cody did a phenomenal job! I will continue to take my Jeep to you!

He actually changed my perception about Dealer service department being ready to rip off to Caring and working to help out for cost effective repairs and do whatever is needed only. I stayed in many states and visited several other Dealers, but Wayne and his team always go extra mile to provide a peace of mind...
They diagnosed a hazardous fuel line leak caused by a rodent’s nest in our Jeep. Becky kept me updated daily on the progress as they had to ship a part out from the west coast. Outstanding customer service and fixed the problem. Sucks that it was such an expensive fix but they got us back on the road safely.
Special thanks to Tanner, Terry, and Ken from service department for their outstanding service quality and professional skills. I will definitely do all my car‘s services there. Highly recommended. Tanner was more than professional explaining everything to me and being honest with every detail!
