I had an exemplary experience at O'Reilly today with Ed helping me out. I had already been to a competitor auto parts store and the kid just typed some numbers in the computer and wasn't able to find anything for me. But when I came to O'Reilly, Ed was able to take the belt I was looking and match it with an equivalent on a specialty machine. He was able to call a number of other stores and arrange delivery same day. I had thought retail experience is like this where a thing of the past but I was pleasantly surprised.

I had a lovely experience with Sharon today. She was able to replace my battery in my key fob. She was sweet, kind, and confident! I will be back. All the gentleman working were nice and supportive as well. Thank you!

I had a check engine light that needed to be scanned. The guy at O'Reilly used odb, printed the results and suggested something to try before calling the mechanic. His suggestion worked but even if it hadn't worked it was worth trying.

Huge Thanks to Ed! What a day, what a day! What started as a quick stop for gas in Cary turned into a full-on car emergency when our vehicle refused to start. After a kind couple’s attempt to jump the car didn’t work, we were feeling pretty stuck—until we realized we were literally across the street from an O’Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that’s when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn’t stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind—exactly the kind of person you hope to run into when your car dies and you’re stuck with your plans derailed. I can’t thank him enough. He turned a stressful night into a reminder that good people still exist. If you ever need car help in Cary, O’Reilly’s is the place to go—and Ed is the guy you want helping you out. Absolute legend!

Gone into here on Thursday, asked for a diagnosis on an engine light and after checking what the meter showed, he took the time to throughly explain and suggested what could be done. I highly recommend this to be your spot to check certain issues. They answered every concern and were extremely knowledgeable. THANK YOU to the wonderful staff! They are gems. Thank you Ed & Caleb.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t warranty a battery that I purchased from them last year and wouldn’t swap out for a new one after I agreed to purchase one because “it was to much work” so I leave the store with a car that barely starts and no solution

Amazing service! We couldn’t figure out how to get to the air filter, but Caleb and Ed came out with their tools and replaced the filter and wipers. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially non-car people like us.

I stopped in this evening with an unexpected need for a battery replacement. The staff members were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ed quickly installed a new battery and my car was good to go in less than 30 minutes. He even took the time to answer a few other questions I had about car parts and show me some options. Thanks for the excellent service!

I had an amazing experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts! I needed a new battery for my old Jeep after 6:30pm and expected the replacement to take at least an hour. But thanks to Jerry’s help, we found the perfect battery, and he replaced it within 15 minutes! I was so relieved because I could still make it to dinner with my family. Huge thanks to O'Reilly Auto Parts for their fast and friendly service!

I just visited the store at 131 High House Rd. in Cary, NC. I have a BMW and the brake light came on, suggesting low fluid level. As soon as I entered the store Josh immediately asked what he could do to assist me, I guess he saw the hood up on my car. I'm ashamed to admit that I couldn't find the brake fluid reservoir, I told him! He came out, looked for a second and found it hidden under a removable plastic cover. Then not only did he check that but he looked at my power steering fluid too! He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a positive "I'm happy to help you" attitude. Thanks for having such good employees on staff!

I came in to get my engine light codes checked, not expecting much. I was helped by Jerry, who was happy to check the codes. Jerry went out of his way to provide me with more information than just what his system said. He pointed me in the right direction to get my car fixed, and provided resources so I can research the issue. I’m not one who writes a lot of reviews, however I feel that Jerry should be recognized for his warm demeanour and exceptional customer service.

This O'Reilly location is convenient to neighborhoods I frequent in the area. I've made multiple different visits and purchases here over the years dating back to 2020. Today Chris was in the store. I recognized him from previous visits. He always provides a warm welcome as soon as my feet cross the threshold of the entrance. Chris is an exceptional Auto Parts expert and works very quickly at getting what I need. Chris also takes the time to provide educational details on the different options. I needed a headlight bulb because if it's not a fog light it's my headlight bulbs blowing after a few years. The joys of vehicle ownership! Chris was kind enough to put the bulb in for me. I appreciate the service and the staff here not just this visit but every visit before this. I plan to hold on to this experience and I will return to this location if needed again and I will recommend others. Thank You!

Today my car would not start, so once I got a jump, I headed to one auto store and the customer service lacked. I ended up in the vicinity of O'Reilly's and decided to go in and get my battery. Barry was polite and nice over the phone. Once in the store, Barry was extremely busy and was working under pressure; however, Barry was still polite and attentive despite a ringing phone line and several customers in the store to help. I told him I could wait until he got his line down because I was in no rush. After he was able to get to me, he installed my battery and I was on my way. I am so thankful for Barry's ability to handle pressure despite being busy and still rendering exceptional customer service! Please know that Barry is an exceptional Assistant Manager for your High House location! Thank you Barry for getting my car going again!

Today I brought in my key fob to get a battery and have them change it. I already knew it might be hard because I had issues and could not fix it. The manager, a nice lady was so patient and kind and really tried to help. She had her assistant take over while she helped another customer. The assistant was able to get it fixed with a little patience of his own too. I am so thankful to them. This was not an easy battery change as most fobs are easy to change out a battery. Great team work there at that store!

The Msnsger there was so kind,helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to help me diagnose and get the best price possible for the parts I needed to fix my problem. They loaned me tools I could not have completed my task had they not trusted me with the tools. Everyone I interacted with both trips I made there and one conversation on phone was pleasant and I left store feeling great with my car fixed.

Absolutely amazing customer service Went in with a rattling under my truck - turns out the heat shield on the muffler was loose. Young man helped me immediately- found what I needed and installed it for me. Cost 2$. He was friendly, polite and New what he was doing. Many thanks Came back to this store because my battery died at the gas station. They tested my battery and of course it was dead (4 years old in fact) I had a new one installed and I was on the road in less than 10 minutes. This store really has great customer service. Highly recommend.

Every time I visit this store I remind myself to write a review. I wish I could single out one person for extra praise, but they are all consistently awesome. They are always polite and very helpful. There are three other auto parts stores that are closer to me, but I choose THIS store every time I need something for my car. Special note: There is a negative review here by someone who falsely claimed that good reviews of this O'Reilly's are fake. I read her reviews, and she seems to hate nearly everything. I have zero faith in her authenticity and objectivity.

Visited the High House Road location in Cary and Jessie was wonderful. I purchased the wrong replacement bulbs for my car and was able to return the opened package. I couldn’t remove one of the bulbs and asked Jessie if he could help me. He willing agreed to help and removed and replaced it for me. He was friendly and professional. I will be going back to this location for all my future auto repair parts.

Great, friendly service! My battery died when I was trying to leave a house I had just shown to clients (I'm a Realtor), and a neighbor gave me a jump so that I could drive my car somewhere for service, but it was 8:50 PM and the O'Reilly store closed at 9. So I called the store on the way, and they said they would wait for me to get there. I arrived at 9:06 and David got right to work, changing out my battery, then testing both my alternator and starter, and since the battery was purchased at O'Reilly a year ago, it was still under warranty so there was no charge. David was cheerful and proficient--totally went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this store!
