On October 26th my daughter had gotten into a bad accident. I called Mike as I was told at the hospital that he was the person that towed my daughter’s car.
When we spoke in the phone, Mike mentioned he noticed my daughter’s prescription medication that was in her car and wanted to know in case she needed it. Which she did. Even though he wasn’t working anymore that day he offered to meet me at the lot, so that I could get my daughter’s medicine.
Mike was sympathetic and very professional.

I can’t say enough good words about Mike! I had a very personal and sensitive situation where my car needed to be transported to another nearby city for a family member who I was NOT on good terms with. Mike made everything so smooth! He arrived on time and was genuinely sympathetic and listened to my backstory about why the car needed to be towed. After the car was loaded and towed down, I asked Mike if he wouldn’t mind letting me know how the drop off went. He kept his word and called me to tell me that my family member was NOT easy to deal with but got the job done nicely. I would encourage anyone in need of towing or transport to reach out to Mike. His professionalism is noteworthy. I called him for a quote involving a camper tow and he responded immediately with a phone call and stated cost. He asked clarification questions and when he realized that my needs might better be addressed by another professional, provided their contact information. Several hours after directing me to another service provider he again called to see if the towing services I was seeking had been adequately addressed. Mike's approach to business transactions is admirable.

I never had a good service I had with Mike, I called many towing guys to help me tow my car but didn't get a fair price or an immediate support. But when I called Mike he was right away on his way and he even came earlier than expected. I saved his phone number as my AAA guy in case I need him again. Plus after he towed my car and left he texted to collect info he needed to submit receipt for insurance reimbursement purposes. Thank you Mike.

I don't really write reviews, but Mike went so far above and beyond to make sure I was taken of. Genuinely an upstanding guy, very professional and fair. I never thought I would really have a "Preferred towing" company to use but Mikes is the only towing service I'll use going forward.
Ok sooo Yesterday I was cleaning my car out and listening to music and I completely forgot to turn off the vehicle. I left it overnight so by the evening when I decided to leave is when I realized it wouldn’t start 🤦🏻♀️ and I use up my battery apparently so today I decided to look for someone who can give me a jump, I came across Mike’s towing and he literally got to me within the 30 minutes he said and I live in the sticks 😒😩 so I was just happy about that alone lol! He was there for no more then 15/20 minutes and I was back up and running🙏🏽👏🏽🥳 thanks Mike for being so efficient and great customer service! Met Mike for the first time a few days ago when we needed our SnapOn mechanics tool box hauled to a different location. Mike came through in a pinch. Couldn't have requested a quicker response and luckily he was free at the time I was in need. Gave a quick proper assessment, handled his big truck like a pro, got me out of the ditch in a jiffy and made sure I was able to drive home safely. All this during heavy traffic and a bad spot. Edit: can't forget to mention he had a separate battery generator with enough juice to jumpstart my dying car after I had left the engine/lights on while waiting for state farm's roadside assistance (96min wait from whoever they were trying to get out there to help me). Mike showed up in 20mins and hit the ground running, boss.
Mikes towing did an excellent job. Our car was stranded on the side of the road way out in the country. We contacted Mike’s Towing and he picked up our car late at night and delivered it to the garage of our choice, and placed the keys into the key drop box. Mike is as good as it gets when it comes to tow services. Blew my bearings out on a boat trailer and he was able to get my boat and trailer home safely with no issues. If ANY of my vehicles break down in the future he will be who I call. Stand up guy who knows what he's doing. Highly recommend.
My Jeep was having electrical issues so my warranty company dispatched them. He was amazing. Arrived earlier than the estimated time on the app. Took time to disconnect my battery, car was making some possessed sounds. Asked me where I wanted it to go and then texted me once it arrived at the dealership. Can say enough good things.

After calling a few services on a Saturday morning Mike was by far the most reasonable. He stayed in contact with me via text even while he was tied up on another call. He arrived well within the quoted time, was extremely quick, efficient, and very friendly. He texted me as soon as he arrived at the destination with my car to let me know it had arrived safely. I don't look forward to needing a tow again but if and when the time comes I will absolutely give him a call. I highly recommend Mike's Towing.
Mikes towing was very professional and prices are good as well. when I needed my trailer towed to a local shop, he was able to do it within an hour of me calling and at an affordable price as well. I highly recommend Mike's towing. I called him on a Saturday as I needed towing to get my car pulled from being stuck in the mud. Mike was on his way back into town and came right away to my house as he had promised. He surveyed the scene, picked up his truck, and came back to winch the car out safely and with no damage.
