Terrible Service! Please do not use this company! Very Unprofessional! I spoke with receptionist and scheduled to have my dump truck towed. She didn't get any details accept for location but assured me tow truck would arrive in 30 minutes. 2 HOURS later I call to see eta of truck. I spoke with the manager "Frank" a he very rudely told me the driver tried to contact me via his cell phone and I didn't answer so he went on a different haul. Not only did I not miss any calls but I was not told to be on standby for call from driver. Very unprofessional! Will never use this company again.
Just had Matthew assist my brother and I with towing our van back home. He was so kind and efficient and we are so thankful for his help. Our van was stuck at a private business and needed the van gone by 9pm (we got stuck there at around 7), and Matthew responded and arrived by 730. Excellent customer service!
WOW! Dylan is absolutely amazing! One the nicest and caring drivers. The hospitality level he has first class. After having a bad two days, he was able to make me feel better even though I was in a high stress situation. If all the employees are like him, there is no other choice. Willing to hire him away. Needed my car towed today after blowing out a tire. Dante got to me quickly and did an excellent job getting my vehicle to the repair shop. Adding Puryear to the contact list should I ever need a towing service in the future. Highly recommend!
I was on a long trip, far from home, and stranded on the side of I-95. Through my insurance I had contacted a local towing company (not Puryear) who indicated for nearly 5 hours that they were "on their way". Someone from a nearby construction area was kind enough to stop and check on me, they called Puryear, and Puryear's tow truck was there in minutes. They towed my truck and helped me figure out local arrangements and transportation to a hotel since it was too late in the day for my truck to get repaired. The Puryear folks were awesome and professional and I so appreciate them, their services, and all of the help they provided that day!
I never do reviews..but place is horrible.i was stuck at 4 am called these jokers and said we well be there 20min...almost 2 hrs later a no show..tried calling dispatch for their so called 24 hr service..and no one answered my call.was almost 3 hrs stuck time..would not recommend this company..its plain rude service...apparenty there has been a management change from a year ago cause reviews were good up to 1 year ago..someone good left
Very polite with outstanding customer service, they arrived on time, they knew exactly what they were doing, and their prices are very reasonable. Also drivers have years of experience, so you know you are putting your valuables into good hands.
The Puryear Towing truck is a great looking piece of machinery. Their main operator has years of experience not only in towing but in HazMat Recovery. I'm excited to see the other types of machinery they add to their fleet!
