I took my car to the nice folks at Mineral springs automotive after having a nightmare at our local Kia dealer. Sherrie and Allen were extremely helpful with our Kia who needed some extensive work as suggested by the dealer. They thoroughly checked our vehicle and performed only the work that was needed. Cody the mechanic was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail before doing any work. Their honesty and hard work were second to none. They saved me literally 3,000 dollar by being honest and only providing the service that we needed. I truly cannot say enough. They made us customers for life.
Had transmission fluid serviced. Price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. The mechanic I spoke with explained the procedure and definitely knows what he's doing. I'll be back with my other vehicles in the future.

Friendly and professional staff. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and inspection. They were able to get me in same-day and were ready for me when I arrived. They completed my service in a timely manner. I paid a little less than I expected to, which was a nice surprise. They also take walk-ins. Excellent service. Definitely recommend!
They have propane refills here!!! It is cheap and they rill them all the way up. I will never exchange a tank again, unless mine is getting dirty. I think lunch is 12-1 or 12-2, so don’t show up then. They are nice people and answer questions honestly. I filled up 2 tanks and one had a little less than a gallon in it already, and it cost $31. I paid with cash, and they charge you less if you do so.
Very welcoming. The receptionist was very ready to take my info for my state inspection. Even though they were busy the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. That's probably because they know what they're doing. They have certified technicians and their shop is clean and organized. I like how you can see into the shop as the work is being done. I would highly recommend this shop.
I've been going to the same inspection station in Uptown Charlotte for the past few years, only because I used to work in that area. This year, I have a new job, which is no longer in Uptown. Since I didn't want to drive all the way to that inspection station from Waxhaw, I decided to choose something in the area. I picked this due to the good reviews. The guy (I'm assuming the owner) was quick. My one and only gripe is I leave with my car getting a bit dirtier than when I arrived, due to the gravel and the water puddles in the entranceway.
These guys are great! They really take the time help me understand what repairs needs to be made, etc.
The staff are super friendly. My wife and I trust them with all of our vehicles!
Just found this place after living 4 years at Mineral Springs. Only 4 minutes away from me and reviews were solid. I got my oil changed a few days back. Staff was very friendly and very quick with the oil change. I am definitely going back for my automotive needs and would definitely recommend this place.
Have been coming out to Mineral Springs for 5-6 years now to have Alan and team do our inspections. Out there again today the morning of September 12th and they are always efficient, professional and friendly. A quick in and out service, easy process and when there have been any minor issues over the years (light out or something) they have the supplies for quick remedy. I highly recommend them and will be back again next month for another vehicle inspection.
I have visited this shop for three state inspections and all have been extremely smooth and timely. Everyone there is friendly and seems very knowledgeable. MS Automotive will be my first consideration for any future vehicle repair.
I can not say enough about this hidden gem in Mineral Springs. I've taken my truck 3 times now for different things and the customer service is above and beyond and no price gouging. My tire was literally fixing to fall off when I pulled in 🤣🤣. They ordered the part and had me back on the road the next day!!! Thanks guys for not ripping off a lady and her beloved truck, Black Betty is rolling along hopefully for another 100,000 miles. Chevy and GMC are the best!!
This place is the complete package. From the customer service on the phone, until they hand you back your keys, the professionalism is top notch. Even after I had given someone my car the rest of the crew was asking if I had been helped. It looked like everyone was busy doing something but they weren't to busy to pay attention to who was walking in. They answered all my questions and got what I needed done quickly. Even when I asked for something they couldn't do they recommended a place where to get it done. I'll definitely be back here. They continue to impress me every time I come back.

Called them to see if they could inspect my vehicle. I had already called around to other places in the area with no luck. Many of them booked out a month or two. I came the very next day and was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Friendly staff...will definitely be back!
I have been going to Mineral Springs Auto since I moved to the area 3 years ago. The owner is always fair and takes the time to explain and show you what was needed to fix any problems or repairs. Never overcharges either! He is always busy and people come from all over to get there vehicles serviced there! When you find a repair shop that is honest , fair priced and timely then you will never go anywhere else! I know I won’t !!
Got my yearly vehicle safety inspection done here and was literally in and out within 5-6mins. They are also much cheaper than other places that do inspections. Really friendly staff, and had FREE popcorn for customers. Top tier customer service, will def be returning!
Great place for a quick car inspection. I called 5 minutes before arriving to see if they could fit me in and the guy who I spoke to. I didn't catch his name exactly but I think it was Tomb. Either way he was awesome. I was in and out in minutes. And I love that if I had to, the shop takes cash app. Nice to see other options for paying. Thanks for the quick service.
