I called in with a vehicle emergency needing a tow. I had no roadside service so I paid cash for a in town tow. Their price was very competitive compared to the other local tow companies. 20 F cold morning. Broke down, able to coast off main road onto a side street. 3 other local Tow companies we all booked/backed up. Excellent response time, Very reasonable price to transport via rollback from Arboretum area to Woodlawn/I-77 area. Associate Daniel and the driver in training we polite, professional and arrived faster than promised. No damage to the vehicle. Glad I knew which cover to pull off the center stack storage cubby to access the Shift interlock. Amazing company! I slid off the road into a muddy drainage area, and had to call a towing service. Daniel showed up in less than 5 minutes. Though my rig weighed 108k lbs, he was very optimistic that he could get me out, though he had a tow truck too small for the job. We worked and worked together, and he did it!!

A guy named Sam,(nickname is Hammah) came to pick up my grandson's car which was very low in the front. He worked very hard without complaining. He is a super nice guy and if you ever need your vehicle towed, I would call this company and ask for this fine young man to come out.
Excellent quality, care and very timely service. Called IC Auto towing due to an issue with a recently restored classic auto. They answered the phone immediately and had someone there to assist in 10-15 minutes. We used a roll back due to the sensitive nature of the detailing of the underside of the vehicle. They treated every aspect with white glove service. I can’t recommend these gentlemen enough. Will definitely use them if the time and necessity arises for towing or emergency auto service.
